    This business keeps sending spam email even after EVERY single spam email received I have gone through and followed the unsubscribe link and filled out the request. The spam emails all take you to the same unsubscribe page but they do not respect their own unsubscribe policy. I am not sure how they got my email in the first place, but they need to stop emailing me daily.

    I have been asking them for weeks to stop emailing me with their adds but they continue to send them. I just want them to go away!

    This consumer does not have an account with the business. This complaint is being escalated to management to make sure the consumer is unsubscribed to from all emails.

    Several times daily receiving unsolicited emails for all sorts of products... never signed up, never bought anything. AM SICK of these emails. I hit unsubscribe and they keep on coming.

    Ordered a security camera for *****. The company added a charge of ***** for a free ***** from gift. It is a recurrent charge of ***** monthly. I did not order this and the already charged my PayPal account, including this ***** charge.

    I have been getting numerous emails every day from Dot Com Products and have tried to unsubscribe dozens of times. Is there anything that can be done to stop these emails?

    It has been over a week since I filed a claim against Dot Com Products (#********) and they are still sending me unwanted spam emails.  Hav you heard anything from them?
    do you have any recommendations of any steps I can take to resolve this matter?

    I continue to be bombarded daily with emails advertising products i don't want or need. they have created and endless auto generated email address lists that no matter how many times i block continue to morph and invade my life..I need to this to end now or i will find a way track these guys down and work non stop to figure out how to completely shut them down. Hoping to get a sold resolution in under one week. This business model is invasive and while they do provide on the surface a way to unsubscribe its just for that product and them they are off on others. The do not offer " Subscribe from all emails option" BBB you have dealt with these folks before. Please provide me a contact and business address that i can communicate with.. Thank you **** ********

    Dot Com products emails me constantly with trash advertisements. They do not respond to repeated requests to unsubscribe.

    Placed an order on line with DOT COM products for 3 security lightbulbs. ($128.25) Within in 1 hour I emailed and asked for them to canceled the order. I received 3 emails from them 1) asking why, 2) offering me 25% off to keep the order, and 3) offering me 40% to keep order. I said no and I wanted to cancel. Then got another email saying they didn’t have the order #. I sent it to them. Had they scrolled down they would have seen it in the 1st email I sent. I just received an text from them indicating the product has shipped.. I will refuse shipment and argue with them for a refund. Do not buy anything from this company.

    Every day I receive countless emails from dotcom products. I unsubscribe to all of them, but they continue to come. I'm so tired of it!
