    Ordered 3 as gifts. Good idea but requires a monthly fee to record. Gifts should not require more money. Hard to figure out how to return for a refund!! 30 day window!!

    I ordered 3 of the cameras in November, 2022, just put 1 up the week of Christmas and it stop turning left and right. I changed it yesterday January 4, 2023. The second one I tried would not scan the ** code to complete setup. I got the 3rd one out and didn't have any problem setting it up, so I replaced the first one that stop turning with the 3rd. Called Dotcomproducts today January 5, 2023 they said they could not replace the other 2 because it had been over 30 day, not taking into consideration that I had only used 1 for about 2 weeks and it stop turning left to right and the other one would not scan. Definitely will not buy anymore of there products. They was willing to give me a discount on another order. Are you serious?

    The website was not very clear on the products being ordered and there was no confirmation before the order was confirmed. I canceled the order with a customer service representative due to the bad reviews. I had the money credited back in my account within one day and received a follow-up call. Therefore I gave this company a high rating for the excellent customer service, but only four Stars because of the deceptive website. Not sure of the product, since I canceled the order, but it seems that this company has taken steps to better their practices.

    bought 6 of theses [pieces of trash cameras they dont work or link up with wi-fi threw the dam things in trash already,dont waste your money these people are rip-off artists .dont trust them or any of their products.if i could give zero stars they would get it Date of experience: January 03, 2023
