    Worthless junk ordered one light bulb camera .came with no instruction charged twice the price .plus some kind of reoccurring charge that hit us twice in one week both over 50.00. you can buy them at Walmart that work for 20.00bucks.I have had zero luck with this place.so now have to get bank involved probably change bank info so they can't keep charging .where like at 200.00 that they have taken. Calling better business bureau in morning .And attorney general.tired of this ******* places ripping people off.they don't deserve a star should be minus 1000 stars

    I ordered 6 security cameras and chips. The product won't work. I contacted them repeatedly. They did not respond. I am putting on hold for an hour know and no one answer the phone call. Do not do business with this company.

    Very focused on the deliverables we established in our discovery meetings The turn around time frames have exceeded what we thought it would take and after reviewing the final product we were expecting that we would need to tweak it a little bit.     This organization has quality products and gamifies purchasing and browsing. Usually, if qn or service does this- its HORRIBLE.DCP does much better at integrating rewards, purchases, discounts, cash back, ...Team: Keep improving - Contupusly. Never stop - you could become the next "Khols"-like integrated incentive models on a large scale. Intriguing. Good work.

    So far i don't have an iphone or android so this is useless to me. I wanted a return label to send it back but they require you to pay shipping. You can barely hear them so much noise in the background. I don't know what's going to happen I will take a camera shot of the label and hope my credit card returns my money.Apparently, they need REAL customer service. If I read these reviews I would never have gotten anything from them.

    Dotcom Products has a deceptive web offering which tallies your choices without giving prices after you agree to buy the initial item offered. If you cancel the order you will be called and told to call them as they have charged your credit card. Then you talk with someone to receive a separate transaction number for each item you are refusingand the lady I spoke to seemed to forget a few items so we had to go over some 3 times. I decided to cancel the entire order. It finally dawned on me that this could be a scam. I hope this isnt a ploy to steal our information. Well have to monitor our card activity every couple of days.
