      on 10/18/2023 I ordered a bunch of Stihl chainsaw parts, including engine housing, engine cylinder and piston, crankshaft, connecting rod ignition coil bearings and seals, muffler, gas caps, gaskets, bolts, etc... All I received was a piston and rings, where are the rest of the parts?

      The order is still showing as not even having been packed and I cannot get ahold of customer service. I was in desperate need of this product and feel very scammed. I am a fixed income veteran that can’t waste hundreds of $ on products that never show. I needed this to help with my breastfeeding journey. I would like to have the order cancelled and refunded immediately.

      Having purchased a product from this company on Dec 1st I have yet to receive the product I purchased. Their website says they received the order but they haven’t even packaged it up. At this point I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges if they don’t take care of this. So much for that Christmas present.

      I ordered items as it will take much longer than expected for them to arrive. I canceled the order (************) and requested a refund by writing an email to Everymarket on Dec. 10. As of today (Dec. 14), I still have not received any communication from EveryMarket regarding the cancellation. I would like BBB to help to cancel the order and get a refund. Thank you

      I was intentionally scammed by *************** and am seeking a refund or replacement product.

      I bought a Kirkland package containing a 6 month supply of Kirkland Minoxidil (6 aerosol cans) and received 1 can in a shipping box.

      Attached are pictures of what I received vs what I bought.

      I tried to resolve the issue with the company but the customer service representative told me I got the product I paid for and that he was sorry the product didn’t meet my expectations.

      FYI, the amount I paid for this product is also consistent with a package containing a 6 month supply of minoxidil.

      Please help me.

Emails have been sent with no response. At this point in time we are in need of a refund ASAP. My mother cannot wait for these products so we have ordered with another vendor. My mother has an extremely limited income due to health issues and this experience has been extremely stressful and disheartening. This company is a scam and completely unprofessional organization.       My order number is ************.
      I ordered the product "2 Bottles of Puritan's Pride Green Source Multivitamin" on 11/18/23 from EveryMarket and was charged a total of $79.72. The transaction went through on 11/21/23 and the sum was taken from my bank account.
      According to EveryMarket's order delivery timeline, my order has been "packed" since 11/19/23 but not yet shipped. It is now 12/8/23, three weeks after I placed the order, with no updates from EveryMarket whatsoever. Their customer service line does not answer via phone or email. I want to cancel the order and get a full refund.

Now, we have done research on Everymarket. All the support numbers are disconnected or are wrong numbers. Then, I searched for the company or who owned the company and you can't find a person.
