      Since having this credit card I have been enrolled in *******. Now they are telling me ******* was off and they reported me to the credit bureau. I have made every payment on time for every credi card I have. Now my credit score went down 30 points. My sccount is now up to date but they really have screwed my credit report. There website and app never work and they hang up on you when you try calling so I didn't feel the need to check my account everyday because ******* was on. Please look jnto this company. I'm sure they have done this before. Thank you

      This bank placed a huge error on my credit report that made my score plummet. I had a credit card with Overstock.com that I NEVER USED. I never made a purchase but I made payments. I phoned Overstock over a year ago and asked if I closed my account, would I be penalized. The customer service representative told me I would not be. Now that Overstock has gone out of business and rightfully so, I see this charge on my credit report for $1,200.00 dollars. I did not receive a bill, email or phone calls saying I had a balance and where did the balance come from if I never made a purchase??? I want The Bank of Missouri to remove this erroneous charge from my credit report.

      I submitted a dispute on 1/14/2023 and 2/23/2023 and asked for a reinvestigation on 3/18/2023. The company/consumer reporting agencies responded that the information was valid and accurate. This account cannot be accurate. The account still shows the inaccurate date of last activity. This account should be removed because my rights have been violated.

      I noticed I had late payments from **** * ********* on my credit report. During these months I did not receive anything stating I was late. As you can see, majority of my payments have been on time so I am requesting the removal of these late payments from my account. I am trying to increase my score to purchase a home and would greatly appreciate if you guys can submit a request to the credit reporting agencies to remove the late payments.

      Dealing with Fortiva credit card the business model is malicious and feel like it’s a unethical business models over charging customers for late fees and gouging prices non of their customers service representative speak English proper and have no understanding of American business models feel as if this company is praying on the weak and have I’ll intent towards a every day person was just charged 170$ for one late payment and the money was supposed to be debited from account but they didn’t draw it now they are charging me a arm and a leg

      In May 2023 I paid a service charge on a card with a zero $ balance and requested account to be closed. On the subsequent months I received late fees totaling $108 due to late fees on an account I requested to be closed.
      It has been reported to the credit bureau as late for 2 months. I would like to have toe monies credited and the credit bureau record cleared of any late fees.

      (I paid the balance so as not to occur any futures fees and credit bureau issues).

      I would like to accept the proposed solution sent by Bank of Missouri. There is one thing that needs to be corrected. They mentioned there was no reporting to the credit bureaus. This is exactly how I became aware of the situation. It appeared as a late payment on my credit report. If they will correct that, I am in total agreement with the resolution proposed.

      The account for Total Visa Card ending in **** is listed as charged-off account - paid. Under the ssn ending in ****. I paid the account via a collection agency. That agency removed the collection account from my credit file. The account listed on my file is now nearly 5 years old and has prevented me to get financed for a new home and does not reflect my current financial profile. The mark on my profile even indicates a payment was made to them directly, So not only did I Pay them directly, I paid a collection agency as well...for a total of 375.00 dollars when the balance due on the account was 150.00. The account was closed at their request. I have called numerous times to have this resolved and removed from my credit profile and have told that it was sold a collection agency and it was up to the agency to remove it from my profile. The agency did do that for the listing that was in their name but they say it up to The Bank of Missouri which over sees the Total Visa Card and it was up to them to have it removed. The same bank has granted me credit, with a different card that is active and in good standing. If I was such a bad customer why give me another credit card.

      Even if you didn't receive a Form 1099-C, you must report canceled debt as gross income on your tax return.

      The IRS Clearly defines a charge off as Gross or Ordinary income, INCOME DOES NOT GET REPORTED ON THE CONSUMER REPORT which in fact makes your reporting of this account inaccurate!

      By Definition The IRS Clearly says a Cancelled debt or Charge off is Income. The reporting of this account as a debt is inaccurate.
      15 USC 1681 s-2 Says The Bank of Missouri is a furnisher of information to a consumer reporting agency.
      The Bank of Missouri IS PROHIBITED BY LAW to furnish inaccurate information. I demand The Bank of Missouri to Cease and Desist the reporting of incorrect/ inaccurate information immediately.
