  A big old Scam and I'm finding out that it is easier to get into ************* than getting someone to respond rather thru email or phone. I've sent emails after emails following the prompts of cancelling the service, but NO acknowledgement of receiving my email. When I call and try to cancel, I get more options of either lowering payments or some of the ** instead of canceling my service and saving each one of us a headache. All i wanted was to cancel my service, is that so hard too do?I get constant calls from them, but no headway of cancelling my service, only to pass another number off that I cannot reach or I'm on hold for an hour. Now I have received a notice of cancellation where they say I owe them an X amount, which I have repeatedly asked to cancel as I've mentioned earlier. If I have to go to court, I will because I am not paying for something I asked to be cancelled before the 30 day window was up.

  I received a letter from them about my car warranty. There was no company name in the letter. I called twice to inquire why and the first person hung up on me and the second person told me the name but wouldn't explain why it wasn't noted in the letter. I told him they were nothing but a scam and to remove me from their mailing list

  Company is a scammer. They send letters to seniors to prey on their vulnerabilities. The letter tries to scare them into acting hastily and fall into a trap. Thank god my mother was smart enough. SHAME ON THEM!!

  Received a snail mail which was actually from Eleris , but their name didn't appear anywhere on the letter and the letter was crafted to look like a letter from my car manufacturer implying that I needed to contact them to keep my warranty current. It had the details of my care and my name, as well as a "customer number". It stated "Our records indicate that you have not contacted us to have your vehicle service activated. We are informing you that if your factor warranty has expired, you WILL be responsible for paying any repairs"Those are true statements but leave the impression that I should have contacted them, and am risk of losing warranty coverage if I do not. Further the name of the company does not appear anywhere on the letter. The only company name that appears is my car manufacturer. They are trying to sell me insurance but I already have warranty coverage. It's obviously fraudulent for a company to impersonate another by not including their own name. SHUT THESE HUCKSTERS DOWN.

  This business engages in dishonest commercial activities. In an attempt to offer you their services, they send you a letter presenting an official look from ****** and stating the specifications of your vehicle. The name of the company is never mentioned in the letter. They inquire about your no longer having manufacturer warranty servicing when you phone this number on the letter. The caller misrepresents the price and offers a five-year warranty. I had no idea that was a monthly expense. But the card never arrived in the mail. Unaware that I would be charged for the card the following month, I called the company to inquire about it. I received another letter in the mailed that was precisely the same as the one I received from Eleras, but it contained a different phone number.After receiving the letter, I called the number to inquire why I would receive another letter. The offer was more than the package the gentlemen was selling than the one from Eleras. He corrected me when I said that I wasn't interested in the service because I had already paid a one-time price. I looked at my credit card statement and saw that Evercare Direct had charged my account and ***** had charged the next month.I called to discuss the fees for a service that I never received; I gave Eleras a call. After never receiving any paperwork or a card, I called because two different companies had charged my credit card. I told the woman I spoke with that I didn't want anything, and she tried to sell me a cheaper package. After being told I didn't want any services, she became assertive. She finally instructed me to send a letter and cancel the service. I demanded a refund in a letter that I wrote, along with detailed information on their service. I have not heard anything back from them yet. I am glad that I paid with a credit card and not my debit card.

  I've been receiving mailed notices that my auto warranty was expiring on a Dodge Journey, that I have never bought. I called The Eleras Auto group to notify that I do not own the vehicle, the gentleman said that he would take me off the list. A few weeks go by and I am starting to receive the same notices, so I've called and a different guy just started telling me how warranty is important. I've told him i didn't want a warranty with my current vehicle. He kept telling me how I needed it and I would rather spend thousands of money to fix the car, than just buy the warranty from them. Definitely disappointing with this company. If people tell you they don't want the warranty, then take them off the list and stop trying to reach out to them. There's a reason why they are not BBB Accredited Business with a rating of D. Please remove me from your calling, emailing, and mailing list. I do not want any contracts with this business or any of its affiliates. Legal actions will be taken if this company or any of its affiliates Do not stop contacting me.

  BEWARE!!! These guys are crooks! Just bought a used vehicle and purchased a warranty from the dealership. The I receive a very official looking notice from this company saying I had 5 days to act or lose coverage. Nothing but a scam! They prey on people to make money by scaring you into thinking you have no coverage. Always check with your dealership! Shame on this awful company. Go out and earn an honest living and stop taking advantage of hard working people.

  Eleras Group is a predatory, dishonest and deceitful company with shady business practices. They made it see like they work with your manufacturer when they do not. I called to cancel my policy within the 30 day window and cited their horrible reviews to which I was told "the company that I'm signed up with has great reviews". And ************** has some bad reviews". That in itself was dishonest because I was referring to the reviews about ELERAS GROUP. NOT whoever they played the middle man for. I was told I would receive my $99 refund in 5 business days and up to now I have NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND! They were quick to take it out but are taking there sweet time to give it back. Do NOT go with this company there is so much better out there. Their dishonest deceitful letter that they send in the mail should be outlawed! If they were an honest and good company they would not have to resort to such slimy tactics for business.

  I am not impressed at all , and was told my warranty with Eleras Group for my 2010 Chevrolet Impala was canceled in August , and my vehicle was never covered due to the fact that when I had finally received the title from the owner of the vehicle , she took forever in doing so , and by that time the vehicle had already broke down before I could switch the title directly into my name, and it clearly showed that I was the buyer , and so I was instructed to file a letter , due to the fact the 2010 Chevrolet Impala was never covered from start , and given these facts , it was brought to my attention to write a letter for cancelation to receive a full prorated rate refund, and I was told by a **** that my Warranty was canceled out , after finding out the vehicle wasn't covered from start from May 1st to August 2023 , so then I was told it would take one to two months to receive my prorated refund and then someone yesterday said two months , but yet should have been canceled already from conversation with Eleras Group Representative **** , but I had to write ?? a letter to supposedly have it officially canceled to receive my prorated refund , why should I have to wait one to two months for a refund given these circumstances , this is very upsetting!!!!!!!

When you originally called in regarding a claim the representative did his due diligence to help you move this claim forward. Advising we would need some maintenance records for the vehicle. Since the vehicle was not registered in your name as you mention above. At The Eleras Group we pride ourselves in great customer service. 

  We needed documents and per the notes, you reached out to the original owner and you were having a some trouble getting the documents from the original owner.
