  My son bought his first new car in January of 2023. I was with him when the finance manager sold him a ***** extended warranty at the time of purchase. In August, he got a bill from this 3rd party outfit, stating he owed $184 for a service contract. Thinking this was some type of activation charge, he paid it. When he brought it to my attention, I told him that his ***** extended warranty was already integrated into his payments, and that he best call ***** to clarify his contract with them. They verified his contract, and told him he was covered through them.Today, He received a coupon book from Eleras, stating that his contract was purchased on 9/6/23 and the $184 is a monthly payment. This is fraudulent to say the least. The fact they these people try to take advantage of people who neglect to read the fine print is just appalling. I doubt a state like ******** has an attorney general who goes after people like this. They should be closed down.

  This company has sent me letters stating :Our records indicate that you have not contacted us to have your vehicle service contract activated. We are informing you that if your factory warranty has expired, if you will be responsible for paying any repairs. However, if expire, you can still activate a service contract on your vehicle before its too late.It has all of their information and mine and seems legitimate to the untrained eye.I then proceeded to contact them assuming that they are my dealer. I then proceeded to contact Eleras group automotive, to be harassed by people when I called back they want me to avail the warranty. Unfortunately they proceeded to the transaction and they didnt tell me their company until I was alerted by my credit card company that it was a fraud. Then I go to ********************* and theres multiple scams about this company. People should be warned that people like this are just straight vultures , beyond rude when you confront them , bordering on abusive. No one deserves to be scammed for their money. Please I want to cancel the policy with confirmation number **** ******. I already have the same policy and warranty.

  To everyone: report to the *** at *************************** if you were duped by the letter.I am the owner of a new vehicle. I received a letter in the mail owners received a letter in the mail from "vehicle services division" that said "RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED." It made me think this was from Honda.The letter gives the impression that I NEED to call the number or I will lose my car warranty. That's what I believed.Calling the number revealed this is Eleras group and not my manufacturer. It's extremely deceptive and looks like it's an official notice. Reported to the ***.

  Please delete the one star that I had to enter to leave this review!These are scammers sending out misleading marketing mail about providing service warranties. They specifically format the pitch to appear as though they are affiliated with, or actually are the ********************** and I'm sure many other auto industry companies. They have my mailing address - how is that legal?This is mail fraud, and these clowns need to be prosecuted.

  I receive mailers for vehicle protection plans and the company name is no where in the letter or the envelope. I called to find out who they are and ***** at Eleras said yes it was. I told him I was looking at the letter and it did not. He said he is the only working there and has been for a long time so he knows he's right.After insulting me he still wanted my vin #.Unscrupulous to not have a company name and address on solicitations.

  I am being harassed by this company! They have sent me postal mail about my Lexus stating my service contract is not activated. I called Lexus and they said my platinum service contract is activated with Lexus and to just ignore mail coming from Eleras Group ** license #********* do not know how ********************** got my address and info on my car. They need to STOP sending me mail constantly! Its harassment!

  This company has sent me multiple letters stating :Our records indicate that you have not contacted us to have your vehicle service contract activated. With a picture of what I had received from this company. They told me that I am one of thousands of people who receive this and that it is an absolute scam and to disregard.I then proceeded to contact Eleras group automotive, to be harassed by two people when I called back with insults when I said, I believe that youre a scam and I just was calling in to alert you that I do not need your services and to please remove me from any phone calls or Letters. Unfortunately they proceeded to say nasty things to me and hang the phone up on me when I tried to confront them in this matter. Then I go to Better Business Bureau and theres multiple scams about this company. People should be warned that people like this are just straight vultures , beyond rude when you confront them , bordering on abusive. No one deserves to be scammed for their money, and or abused, for not allowing them!!! These people need to be shut down ASAP! !

  Received a letter, called to have my name removed from mail. I asked to speak with a supervisor was told by representative he needed my customer **. I asked where the ** was located He responded with if you have called before you should know where th ** is located. He then got extremely rude telling me he did not like my attitude. ******* was extremely rude very unprofessional. I called back only to be hung up on twice, the third time I was connected with a supervisor. My car has less the **** miles on it, if I decided to do an extended warranty it will be with a different company with respectful representatives.
