    This service is terrible it is a 100% complete scam and nothing will be covered no matter how much money you spend with this company or if everything checks out on your end.

    To Whom it May *********** contacted us and set up coverage through Lariat Automotive Group on April 26, 2024, on your vehicle. You purchased a 5-year 60,000-mile Enhanced Powertrain Plan. The agent went over the covered components listed in the contract through ********************* In your review you stated, Nothing will be covered no matter how much money you spend. Having the coverage for 53 days doesnt make a difference if the repair facility you chose couldnt verify there was any failure to the engine. ******************** reported they requested a teardown to provide any failure has occurred and you refused it because a repair facility needs teardown authorization from the customer before one is completed. Therefore, ******************** will not repair anything that isnt failed based only off a recommendation or suggestion of the repair facility. We do not handle claims at Lariat Automotive Group, which means we do not pay out claims either. That process goes completely through the administrator directly and they reported this claim for not being able to provide a failure to the engine and will remain closed. We can, however, cancel your policy and send you your prorated refund at this time. Thank you.

    I'm calling to cancel my policy and they were rude didn't want to cancel my policy like I told them to please do so. I told them please let me speak with a manager the lady kept arguing and wouldn't let me talk. I'm calling and no one is picking up.

    To Whom it May ************* further review we have 3 recorded phone calls where you had spoken to each representative regarding the cancellation of your policy. The 1st call was to verify the cancellation was completed, the agent advised the contract wasnt cancelled at that time, you requested a manager, you disconnected the call after waiting less than 2 minutes. Your 2nd call requested to speak to a manager, you then asked the manager to cancel the policy, the manager stated your account was cancelled at that time. You requested an email for confirmation of cancellation that was sent to ********************************* Your 3rd call was to verify with the same manager that you would get a full refund, you were advised within 30 days yes after would be prorated. Your full refund in the amount of $195.00 was issued yesterday and you will see it reflected in your account within 5-7 business days transaction # **********. At this time, we have found your concerns were unable to be located with the correspondence you had with our agents and manager on June 3, 2024. We apologize for any confusion with what took place yesterday. It appears we also answered every call from you yesterday regarding your cancel request, confirmation email of the cancel request, and the refund in the amount of $195.00. If theres anything else, you need please contact customer service at **************. Thank you

    To Whom it May *********** set up Coverage on your vehicle on April 19, 2024, with one of our selling agents. We have not heard from you since inception, and we do not cover any claims, however, your policy was through Motoassure. We reached out to them regarding your concerns, and it was relayed that no one has called in a claim to them on your vehicle from you or any repair facility. While your complaint is colorful, we apologize for your misunderstanding that a claim that wasnt filed nor called in. We have cancelled and refunded your account in full because of the severity of the matter are completely fine with your decision to cancel. Have a wonderful day. Thank you.

    Dont ever work with this business. I have been calling them over and over to cancel the extended warranty due to already having one from the dealership i purchased my vehicle from and without my permission and consent they have opened my account again and proceeded to give me a new payment plan. I have never experienced anything like this from any so called business its a scam they just trying to take peoples money. I cant believe i have to go through a process to cancel the plan when i have already spoken to them directly.

    To Whom it May *********** called in to set up coverage on March 20, 2024 on your Jeep. You called in to cancel your plan on April 22, 2024 and your account was canceled. Your refund was submitted back to you in full which you will see reflect your account within 3-5 business days from that date. Although we appreciate your opinion, the information you submitted regarding your personal concerns aren't matching what we have on our records as we completed your request days ago. I'm not quite sure how you deemed us "scammers" when we completed your request the day you called in with you on the line. I apologize if you misunderstood the end of the phone call with the agent.     Do not ever sign up with this company!!!!! Terrible service and THEY WILL NOT REPAIR YOUR VEHICLE. Bought their coverage when I purchased a used vehicle. After only having my vehicle for less than one year but purchased the coverage soon as I got the vehicle had an issue with the transmissioni call in to place a claim and they instructed service records and I submitted all ..they then denied claim and said it was due to one service record not being an original after mechanic failed to put filter and oil type on the receipt..I was also instructed that he had to give new invoice due to information missing that I stated above and when he did that they denied me saying invoices dont match but then said I should of wrote it on a separate piece of paper not invoice which was not instructed in that ********* in all this is the worst company I have ever done business with and I would hate for anyone else to go through what Ive had to. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!

    To Whom it May ************ coverage was set up on March 13, 2023, on your 2021 Chevrolet Malibu at ****** miles. You purchased a Platinum Plus policy with ***********************. You took your vehicle in for a transmission issue and service records were requested to make sure you have followed the manufacturers maintenance schedule. This is stated in your policy on page 6 section 3 stating, Oil Changes and Verifiable Receipts: In the event of a Breakdown, we may request oil change and/or service records to verify that maintenance has been properly done. If You perform Your own maintenance and/or service, you must retain all receipts that show the purchase of materials used in the Vehicle maintenance process.You first provided a handwritten Service Record for Invoice # **** dated 11/30/23. When ******** asked for more service records due to the mileage when the vehicle drove into the repair facility and deemed the information on the submitted service record had changed when another service record invoice # **** also dated 11/30/23 and handwritten then the 1st service record had been altered therefore it was no longer deemed a verifiable receipt. This claim was then denied for lack of maintenance, which was 1 service record in 1 year, and had driven ****** miles since inception with one maintenance receipt.The manufacturers maintenance schedule for a 2021 Chevrolet Malibu requires more than one maintenance record. The mileage was the same on both invoice receipts which read ******. You were informed by ******** that if they could provide verifiable receipts they could move forward with the claim. Please understand ******************************* does have to abide by the terms and conditions of your policy. They have chosen to keep this claim as a denial outcome due to lack of maintenance, and we apologize for any inconvenience with *********************** following the terms and conditions of your policy. Thank you.

    Its really bad company They are deceiving people. I have a **** focus car. I gave my car to the maintenance service for a week. I still had transmission protection. They still say that the inspector will come. It is a very irresponsible company. Do not work with them. I will *** them through the court.

We have looked into this matter and found *********** facility not only didn't tear down the vehicle for inspection, but wiped the freeze frame data as well for them to determine the reason for failure. We will be cancelling your service effective today January 4, ****, all claims correspondence will be stopped and will be issuing your full refund within 3-5 business days.     Company is a scam, and their response to other negative reviews that they "fully investigate the account at hand to ensure our representatives are following all efforts and procedures" is dubious at best, given that their representatives repeatedly hung up on me immediately after receiving my contract number. Additionally, the 'hook' they employ is best described as a scam, in that they use legitimate loan and vehicle information to trick the target into thinking this is a product tied to their loan product at a minimal additional cost. It's not, and on second thought, it's more than a scam -- it's fraud. If you've been hooked, contact PayLink, your credit card, your bank -- whomever, to have the charges reversed and future installments cancelled. Then call your state's attorney general and report the company. Like I did.

    To Whom it May **************** we understand everyone is entitled to their opinion regarding a situation when it comes to a consumers experience, we also take the time to respond to the reviews accordingly because there is more than one side to every situation. In the event of every review that comes through, whether someone chooses to believe it or not, we do fully investigate the consumers account to ensure our representatives are following all efforts and procedures when handling a consumers account. This includes listening to every call the consumer has shared with our company, in this case with your account was only one call to review that took place on November 28, 2023. There were no other calls that came into our office directly. You were given a 30-day full refund garuntee, so we are not sure why you didnt call the number the agent gave you in the phone call at **************. No one here spoke to you about car loan details nor explained loan information since we do not access it. We do, however, know where you purchased the vehicle, and you verified the transaction through your bank. At this time we have cancelled your account and submitted the refund back to your card which will reflect your account within 3-5 business days. Thank you for your review and have a wonderful day.

    I spoke with a very knowledgeable, professional and polite agent that helped me save money for the long term, and brought great value. I purchased a policy I was very happy with, and then realized I had the same coverage at a discounted rate through my dealership, so I decided to cancel what I purchased from Lariat. **************** didn't pick up right away, but I got though from another agent and the team was very kind and helpful.****** at Lariat was awesome and ultimately helped me cancel. She really took time to help me rethink what I was doing and why, and what savings I could be missing. ****** truly wanted to help me and make sure I had the correct knowledge of what I was doing and was looking at the big picture.     This Company is the worst when trying to cancel after finding out what total phonies they are the refused saying we had to send in a written reason before they would cancel. Had to cancel credit card so they couldnt take anymore money. When you call them you get the same person. When you want to talk to someone else there isnt. What a scam

We attempted to look up by the email address and the ************** and still not locating the file. We do however cancel everyone over the phone per verbal request so not sure what to do from here, but thanks for the review.

    *************I thought I was signing up for legit car coverage as part of something I had already paid for, only to find out this was a separate coverage plan. I stupidly gave them a credit card number, anyway. They never sent the contract as promised (2+ weeks later, I am still waiting for it), but signed me up for the payment plan. If you call the same number you did earlier and ask to speak to someone about canceling your account, they put you on hold and the line hangs up on you after six minutes. If you call the number provided by your "agent," you get put on hold and the line hangs up on you. The line itself never identifies itself as a business, just asks you to hold... and hangs up. Don't deal with them, don't fall for their misleading postcards. Now I'm going through my credit card company to get my first payment installment back.

    To Whom it May ********* want to start off by saying that you contacted us after receiving our mail advertisement and set up a policy on your vehicle. You were notified 2 separate times in the call what type of coverage you were purchasing and explained you had a full monetary garuntee to get a full refund. You werent told we were with the dealership nor did we say this was an extension of that. Stating that we are crooks is an extreme observation when you never contacted us to cancel even though you are still well within your review period.Your policy was mailed to the address on file and states it was successfully delivered on October 25, 2023. We also have not had any reports come in regarding any phone issues and when we pulled your phone number you called in on 10/20/2023 but disconnected the call after holding one and a half minutes. Then again on 10/31/2023 and disconnected the call after holding 4 minutes. Unfortunately, we cant help if you disconnected the call or if you are as busy as we are, we do try and answer each and every call as quickly and efficiently as we can. You were never put on hold you were siting in our customer service queue. The hold message recording states, Thank you for calling customer service. All our agents are busy, please continue to hold and we will be right with you. I do show you holding, but both times didnt wait for a representative. Your account has been cancelled and since you stated you were going through your bank for the payment, we will just accept the chargeback. Thank you for your review.
