      On September 1, 2023 I went to the enterprise location at ******************************** to use the free rental that the manager Deardis had given me when he was at another location, but told me I had to use it at his current location. Before I tried to use it on the 1st I ran into him as I was returning another vehicle and asked him was the 1 free day still good and he said yes and nothing else. When I attempted to use it, the employee at the counter called him to verify that everything was correct and good to go for the one day rental and the manager told him yes. As he was processing the request, all he said was I had to pay was the deposit in which I would get back and I agreed to that with no issues. As he continued to process everything he stopped and said he would be back and after about 10 minutes he came back to say that the manager now is saying the 1 free day is only good if I am renting for 2 days, but never was that ever mentioned. Not the first time he when gave me the card saying that nor the second time I verified with him. I was headed to my sons game out of town in which was late for due to this inconvenience from this and the lie that he told. Called customer to speak to a manager and they werent any help either basically saying they couldnt do anything since he never put it in the system. Asked for a manager only to be told basically they are too busy to call me back and cant say they ever would. So dont waste your time calling them because they are very unprofessional. Ive been sent out with cars from this particular manager locations before with outdated tags and bumper hanging and was told the bumper would be fine and that that had a drawer full of stickers to go on the tags when they have been renewed but they not on the cars. Just never seen such unprofessionalism. Terrible!!!

      They did an unauthorized charge on my card. I was sent to them by state farm through an insurance claim. My car was hit by one of state farm customers. I paid the deposit for the rental. However, when it was time to pick my actual car up from the shop, the shop called me and said it was delayed. So I had to keep the rental additional days until my car was ready. Finally, I was able to pick my car up and give the rental back. A few days later, I find out that enterprise charged my credit card $468.00 for the extra days I had the rental, instead of speaking with state farm first. Now as it stands, Statefarm has agreed to pay the extension but enterprise refuses to refund me my $468.00. So theyve literally been paid twice! The employees are giving me the run around. Every one of them has given me a different answer. Theyve literally STOLEN from me! This has been going on for over a month now! This is the WORST location. They never have any vehicles. The cars smell! And They arent taken car of. I want my $468.00 I was robbed of!

      Can I give neg stars. Trying to charge me for something I paid for 10 years ago and put me on a do not rent list because of their own s**** up that they won't fix unless I can show proof of payment from 10 YEARS AGO!!

      This company is scamming people out of money by telling them their insurance will pay for rental but they have to pay the taxes on the rental. They are then giving the customer a more expensive car than their insurance will pay for and charging them for the upgrade. They sent me paperwork for one price then sent my insurance another price. Never did they ask me if I wanted an upgrade. They instantly deducted the ***** deposit they require as well as the money they said the taxes would be which totaled ******. ended up needing car longer than we thought so they called and wanted to deduct the additional money to cover the cost of the taxes. I said absolutely not because I was already suspicious something was wrong. When we returned the car I questioned them because my insurance rep said I should not have to pay anything unless I requested the car be upgraded which never happened. They still tried to say it was taxes so I responded by saying what insurance told me. By the time I left I had confronted three employees with one being the manager and they knew I was upset. They wouldn't give me a receipt at this point and said I would receive something from them which I assumed would be email. They never sent anything and weeks later I noticed the had returned ***** out of the ****** they took out. Never received any paperwork.

      Two of our cars had hail damage, so our insurance adjuster set up appointments with Enterprise to pick us up at 9:15am today and reserved 2 rental cars for us. When we dropped our cars off at the body shop, Enterprise was not there so I called them. They said that they have our reservations but don't have any cars to give us. Incredible. We carry rental car coverage on our insurance and now we can't even get a rental car because Enterprise took 2 reservations for cars they did not have. So we ended up having to cancel the one car getting fixed today so that we would not be stranded at the body shop. Still waiting for our claims adjuster to work something out for us because we have important doctors appointments that we need to keep. One is in another state, so I need a car to get there. I tried calling other Enterprises but not a single one had a car for me. When I questioned the Enterprise at the location that we had the reservation with (*****************) they said they would put us on a waitlist, but that they would not come to our house to pick us up or drop the car off. They said we would have to wait all day at the body shop. I did not have all day to wait for cars that *** or *** not become available. They refused to drive an additional 20 minutes to my house due to their mistake. We are Enterprise Rewards members but after this experience they dropped the ball when we needed them the most. We will not use them again if we have a choice. Unfortunately, since our insurance has a contract with them, we did not have a choice this time.

      If I could give a 0 star I would. The Enterprise located in **********, ******* at ************************************************************** is terrible. There is no reason why a customer should have to wait TWO hours on a vehicle when prior reservation was confirmed. This has ruined my travel day and I will not be using them again. Others in the ********** area, STAY AWAY.

      I had rental reservation at this location through AAA and pick up the only mini van they had on there lot available. The employees absolutely HATED their jobs and were not helpful at all. The van was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I swear its never ever been clean in its entire use! Ive called corporate three times and they were no help at all and now Im having to drive throughout my city to exchange this vehicle for something at least drivable that Im willing to put my kids in. Never EVER use this company!!! Go to HERTZ or **** thats a partner of *****.

      My experience with Enterprise in ********* was very disappointing. The rental car was dirty inside and out. Seats had stains that had not been properly cleaned. What got me was once I got on the interstate the tire blew out. I feel they did not properly check the car out. I feared for my life on that very busy interstate. I had to call for a state trooper to change tire.

      Reserved a car for 1-way travel through their representative/agent. Received a confirmation number and voucher to check in on their app. Arrived 2 hours later to ****************************, *********** ** location and was flatly refused the rental because the location did not want to rent the vehicle for a one-way travel and supposedly rented it out already (even though their lot was full of vehicles.Wasted 2 hours time and money for Uber to travel to location for rental only to find out at pickup that the rental was not available.I called the reservation number for follow-up on the problem and was told that reservations made ARE NOT GUARANTEED. Why reservation with Enterprise when Enterprise does not honor them?!?! The representative made no attempt to remedy the problem!!!Taking further steps to stop my company from using Enterprise... I do not intend to continue using Enterprise when I travel only to find that Enterprise honoring my reservation was optional for Enterprise.
