1 starYes, We rented a vehicle with you enterprise and drove to our destination we received 2 warning lights for tires and oil and filter maintenance! Now instead of doing what we had planned for the day we are spending it waiting for the car service to be done! I called the local branch we rented from and all they offered us was a 10% for a lost day of what we had planned! I asked for an extra day for free and was told no that's all my manager said they could do??we only had 2 days to do what we had planned! Thanks ******, ** Enterprise rental car for dropping the ball on scheduled maintenance for the car you gave us??Review fromDrew E

1 starI would give less than one star if possible. Very unorganized, and not knowledgable about their contracts the with insurance companies they deal with. There was another lady in at the same time complaining why didnt yall tell me you didnt have a car available for me. Enterprise ***************, **Review fromCaron B

1 starThe manager feels threatened by loud voices and will call the police if your voice is too loud! I had complete the rental forms and had put my things in a rental when the new employee stated she had to cancel every and start over so we went i side leaving my things in the vehicle. Turns out my credit card declined because I had used to it secure the room out of state and I was frustrated but moved money to my account from my savings and paid the bill! The manager then decided she didnt like my tone and canceled the rental knowing I had no way to leave then called the police saying she and the other 4-5 employees including at least 3 men felt threatened! Someone got my things out of the rent car and set them outside and when I saw that I pushed the door open hard but never did or said anything threatening but I did get out! I witnessed this same manager treat three other customers with an fake attitude and insincere platitudes! Her manager was not able to help even though he clearly sounded as if he felt this was ridiculous!!!Review fromTaylor S

1 starI will never rent from enterprise again Ive used you all for years now. I got the car and it was at half a tank. The employee told me all I gotta do is bring it at half a tank. Well I brought it back between 3/4-full tank. And she said I brought it back 5 gallons less then when I got it. So she charged me an extra $4.75 a gallon for the difference. She kept saying her computer wasnt wrong but wouldnt go check the car or reach out to the guy that rented it to me she did not care to resolve the problem at all.Review fromKaren B

1 starVery bad experience. Would never rent from Enterprise again. They don't care about their customers. We arrived to rent the car and they told us we had an outstanding claim from 2 yrs ago and therefore we could not rent the car. They had called us the day before to make sure we would be there to pick up the car and did not mention this. And you would thinkg the sustem would not allow us to rent if this is the case. We had to clear and pay for the claim on line - 2 different numbers and on hold. They couldnt tell us what it was for. We had an important appt so was stressful trying to manage all this. It was not easy. We had to pay hundreds of dollars. Once cleared which took a long time and a lot of work on our part (still don't know what happened 2 yrs ago) we were able to take the car. It gets worse! We then were told that upon return this office will be closed at noon and if we arrive after that to just leave the keys in the drop box. They did not mention any extra charges! On our return day they called to say that if we werent back before 12 noon we would be charged an extra 2 days as monday is a holiday. We were not aware of this as they did not mention this when we picked up. We had to race to another location for drop off and still was charged an extra day. TERRIBLE customer service! Once back home I then called to inquire as to the damage and they said there was a hole in the windshield. BEWARE they can say anything they like after the fact and you have no recourse unless you have purchased their insurance! They were extremely rude on the phone - it was shocking. I was passed around to multiple people with no help. The last fellow was at least pleasant and professional but could not help. I have now noticed Enterprise is rated poorly and has terrible reviews. If only I had checked before using them! Never again!Review fromSean M.

1 starBooked a reservation for a rental car at Enterprise *****************. Show up they oversold and have no cars available. I get it, it happens. Unlike a hotel or a plane flight when they overbook they assist with finding other accommodations for you but not at Enterprise *********. The team at Enterprise ********* just shrug their shoulders and basically said too bad... Best part of it all was upon checking I could still book a reservation at that moment for today, even though they know they have no cars available. Absolutely unreal... Watched as I was trying to figure out a way to get to my destination, as I was basically stranded at this point, numerous other customers coming to the desk and getting the same bad news with absolutely no resolution. Was clear this not a 1 or 2 car overbooking but likely closer *****.Review fromShanna G

1 starThey made me pay extra money saying that it never came off my card when it did. Then kept telling me they were going to report the car stolen if I didnt pay AGAIN for the same rental that I already paid.. then when it came time to get my deposit back the told me I owed another 150$ when I didnt owe them anything and still havent given me my deposit back. They will blame everything on their bad phone lines and tell you there is something messed up with their system when really you wind up overpaying because they make you pay twice. They are horrible and just take as much money from you as possible! Still weeks later I havent received my deposit back or any of the money they said charged for still isnt back in my account since it allegedly bounced back. They said maybe it would take 3-5 business days.. lies and they rob youReview fromAlysa C

1 starAbsolutely horrible experience. I confirmed my reservations with a specific price online with all taxes and fees included and hound drivers fee. I called to make sure it was correct and that everything was included besides the damage waiver. Turns out all the information was completely incorrect as when I arrived I was charged a different price. I called again and was told that whoever told me all that was incorrect and that I didnt tell them my age when I did both in the reservation and when I called. I also got hung up on by the escalation team and they refused to help in any way. In my opinion thats not a good way to do business and I will never again be using this company.Review fromDallas R

5 starsI recently rented an SUV from Enterprise in ******** and had a really positive experience. Initially, I only needed the vehicle for 4 days, but plans changed and I had to extend the rental. The 24-hour phone service was straightforward and understanding, making the extension process hassle-free.During my visits to the branch, the manager was genuinely helpful. He guided me to choose an SUV with the features I wanted without overselling extras I didn't need. When I returned the vehicle, he was there to ensure a smooth return process, even though I was okay with using the drop box. The advice he gave on securing a good deal was a nice touch that I appreciated. We got to chatting about my interest in buying an SUV, and he went the extra mile to help me try out a few different models. He shared that I could even buy a car through Enterprise, a tip that was new to me and could potentially save me some hassle in the future. I was pleased to find that all the cars were clean and felt almost like new.I'm definitely planning to rent from here again, and I'm seriously considering them for my next car purchase. It's clear that the team at the ******** Enterprise values their customers, treating everyone with respect and a kind of VIP service.A big thank you to the team for their top-notch service!Review fromMichele H.

1 starWe had a confirmed reservation for a truck rental. This was super important - due to a family death, we had to pick up a child who's mother had just passed away and transport her and her belongings cross-country. We had a confirmed reservation for a truck to do this. We get there to pick it up, no truck. I call customer service the first time and the guy is really nice, says he'll put out an urgent call for all other locations to check inventory. I explained just how time-sensitive it was. We waited and waited, no return call. My son tried calling the airport location personally and the guy just hung up on him and then refused to answer the phone. I called back to corporate customer service, got a woman this time, and she said to try to make a new reservation and hung up on me!I am absolutely flabbergasted! I have been in the service industry all my life and have NEVER, EVER had such deplorable customer service. WHY do you give a confirmation if you don't have the vehicle and cannot fulfill the agreed upon reservation? Why did you not even try to change us to a different/bigger vehicle, anything, to get this horrific situation taken care of. Why do you allow your guest services agents to treat customers like this? I am a business owner and I know that if I treated my guests this way, I wouldn't have a business. Shame on you. And each agent knew the desperate situation we were in, trying to cart a 5-year old who's mother just died from ******** to **************. You don't deserve to be in business.
