      Very bad experience. Confirmed my reservation 3 times, and they still left me stranded with no car. Their office was closed for the day. Their main corporate number had no solution, and could offer me no help. I will never use Enterprise again.

      I rented a vehicle in *********** that was having issues. Took to the Enterprise in ***** and was told that I would have to go to *********. There was no way that I could make that drive on my scheduled trip. They wanted to inconvenience me when in ***** I wanted someone to ********** the vehicle. Someone offered to tow the vehicle and have uber to bring me to ********* which I already explained my trip is scheduled and this not something that could take place. They should have had a vehicle driven to the area that I was close to so that I could change vehicles. ENTERPRISE IS SAD AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SAFETY. TERRIBLE SERVICE ... I WILL NOT RENT FROM THEM ANYMORE. MY MONEY CAN SPEND ANYWHERE. BEWARE PPL!

      2 weeks ago we had reservations for a SUV for vacation and everything went smooth and the lady that helped ** was great. She didnt hold ** long and everything went good, had the car for a week and came back and drop it off and didnt have any problems. Just told her to check the car because it was making so type of noise other than that the customer service was good and we will be back!!

      I rented a car in Burlington,ma 3/2-3/23/2023. I retuned the car and over a week later they charged my credit card $224 for roadside assistance that i did not ask for and declined. They still had my credit card info over a week later? WHAT!!!!!
      I tried calling them and they do not pick up phone and cannot leave message. I drove over there and asked for copy of rental agreement. I realized they never gave me a copy when I rented car. They told me they don't have one but said they knew I asked for roadside assistance. I told them my car insurance covers and I did not ever agree to. My mother was on the phone with me when I was renting car.
      I spoke with ****** on April 22 and she told me she will forward this to regional manager and they would be getting in touch with me in 48 hours. Nothing. On May 1 spoke with Leah and she said she will resend to regional manager and some one will get in touch with me 5-10 days. Then on May 18th, I called again and I spoke to Nicole, who said she would expedite matter too regional manager and I would hear back in 48 hours. It is now May 26. I also emailed the CEO, Head of service for enterprise, COO,about 5-6 higher ups from enterprise in April. None of the emails were returned so I know they got my message. NO ONE HAS RESPONDED I want to be reimbursed immediately. I am tired of getting the run around. The fact they can't show me a rental contract is very shady, yet they knew I wanted it? NO WAY. What they have done is illegal and have no proof.

      Has bias rules against local ppl. No empathy when they acknowledge they made an error. They dont care to fix or adjust issues based on their company guidelines even though they previously without requesting did the exact opposite of what they claim not to do. Enterprise *** is a dreadful place to rent a car and the manager doesnt care about customers and their hardship caused by enterprise. Loss time and money.

      Highly disappointed with how u treat ur customers. The last 2 times I've made reservations 4 a specific vehicle I've been downgraded on the vehicle. I will not recommend ur services 2 n e 1 nor will I give yall a gd review

      I rented a car from Enterprise and had to take the car back to the facility 3 times within the month's rental period. Finally the car had to be returned because the engine was damaged due to low oil.

      This is the worst company in the world to rent from... I have spent thousands of dollars on enterprise let's start there...I have been through 6 vechicles since November because my vechicle has been in the shop well this Kid thinks he owns the company. I had two things happen to me since November and one someone ran a stop sign in front of a cop and hit me so NOT MY FAULT. I'm the one suffering. Second there was debris in the middle of the hwy on 95 I had no choice to hit it so it damaged the bumper a little bit I reported it immediately to my insurance and enterprise. When I went to renew my contract he came at me like a pit bull like I damaged "his" vechicle. It's not yours *******... it's enterprises vechicle and he had no right coming at me like he owned it when I did everything right. He talked to me like a little kid and when my fianc told me not to say anymore to him that I didn't owe him an explanation he immediately got but hurt and after he was going outside to write the mileage down he decided to leave me stranded and tell me I damaged 2 of "his" card and left ** with no way home. None of this was my fault and i wouldn't let my dog rent from these ppl especially the woodbury ** location horrible!!!! Worst experience ever!! So whoever is reading this DON'T RENT FROM ENTERPRISE. He works for the company it's not his company he's a real jerk!!!!!

      Enterprise Rent a Car in ***********,** I rented a car from Enterprise for my birthday on 4/21/23 and my bday was 4/23/23. I thought this would be a great time due to the fact that I had never had any problems with Enterprise before. I rent cars from them all the time and they know me by first and last name. Anyways, I had the car for about 3 weeks and they charged me a deposit that I never received back and they also told me that I got money back over $700 worth of money and it never came back to my account. Everyday I was being charged and money was going off my card but no money ever came back to my card. When I tried to call them and figure things out I ended up talking to the manager after the host of lies that the other associates told me. Once I met with the manager he ended up telling me not only did they undercharge me and I owed the 700 to 800 dollars but then he ended up making me sit **************** he was going to help me fix the problem. I sat outside for like twenty to twenty five minutes before I left. I will NEVER go to them again about a rental car because they completely screwed me over. I never received my deposit back so I guess they felt entitled to keep my security deposit and the rest of the money that they supposedly charged or not charged to my card just because they feel im not owed an explanation or entitled to details. I am livid and I would never in my life return to them again.

      An employee of enterprise hit me in their rental car. The contact **** doesn’t resolve anything and they haven’t fixed my car. It’s been over a week. No communication with results.
