      Trash. Avoid at all costs. One two separate occasions, I made a reservation with a call ****** agent over the phone (the option to speak to my local Enterprise wasn't given) just to be told by the employees at the first location, in person, that there were no cars available. The second employee called me about an hour after the reservation was made to inform me that there were no cars available. So I asked him, "why do you bother to make reservations if you don't have any cars"..he said it's the call center that does it ALL THE ***** The call center can't see the inventory of the specific location, yet they make a reservation any way. Then he told me I had to press *(star) in order to get routed to the direct line --WHICH WAS THE NUMBER I CALLED TO BEGIN WITH. But hey, you should have just assumed * would get you to your local rep.In other words, they know there is a problem, yet they continue to do the same disservice over and over again.All they have to do is either route the call directly to the location you're trying to rent from, or, give inventory access to the call center rep-- both options would allow the caller real-time availability and accurate information.

      Not very accommodating for someone who is traveling and needs a car, don't want to help even if it means employees have to work later. Have used them multiple times and have not had good service.

      Our flight From from ******* on May 4 came into ********************* at 12 midnight, The rental place closes at 12 midnight so I called them up and they said they would have someone their for two hours with a car. When we arrived it was 12:15 am Friday May 5, we looked for someone from the rental company and there was no one there. We Were Stuck. There was no one at the airport. We Had to call my son and wake him up to pick ** up. This is unacceptable. We were not charged

      We took our 2019 Chrysler Pacifica in the repair shop on 5/2/23 after a minor accident. We rented a 2022 Pacifica from your Miamisburg, OH location. The friendly driver picked us up at the shop as scheduled and took us to Enterprise. The entire staff was very friendly and professional--especially *****--who we primarily dealt with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The vehicle was immaculate and in very good shape--except for a small ding near the left rear wheel well and a small chip in the lower passenger-side windshield. ***** documented both items. We had the car for about nine days (with my wife as the primary driver) and it ran great--no issues whatsoever. We dropped the car off on the morning of 5/11/23--which was a smooth and efficient process--again with friendly and professional staff onsite. ****, the driver who returned us to the repair shop to pick up our vehicle, was also very personable. All-in-all, renting from this Enterprise location was a pleasant, no-hassle experience.

      *Enterprise in Woodland California*
      Rented a car from Enterprise back in Feb of this year for a week.
      Was charged $577.34 with a $230 deposit to be returned when the car is returned.
      I returned the car and it checked out other than gas usage which was taken from the deposit, so only $200 was going to be returned to me, they said would take a few days to clear. A few days go by and I still haven't received my deposit so I call them and they say it'll take a bit longer. A week and half go by I check in with them again and they tell me I already received my deposit but my bank still shows the full charge amount with no sign of deposit returned. I call my bank and tell them I'm owed $200 because I never received my deposit I was promised. ***** credits me $200 but shortly after was reversed because enterprise told them I was already credited my deposit.
      I go in and tell them what's up with my deposit and they gave me some bullshit answer saying my deposit was returned. At this time my bank statement still reflects my full charge, so I contact chase again and they see my full $577.34 charge with no sign of deposit returned so they credit me again $200
      2 months later I get hit another reversal so I contact chase again and they tell me enterprise said they already gave me my deposit. I tell the representative that my statement still shows the full amount and they tell me they can't do anything anymore and recommend I refer to the better business bureau so here I am.
      I wouldn't normally be bothered by $200 but my wife had just spent over $2500 renting a car from them for a bit over 2 months.

      In the beginning everyone was great. My problem began when you guys took out money from my account I didnt give permission to have you guys take it out, so when I explained that money was taken out of my account the manager said I did owe the money, l know for a fact I didnt, my car insurance covered me till 3/8 - 3/20 then I had to pay out of pocket, on 3/22 money was taken out the first payment was for the rental I completely agreed then on the same day my account was charged again after the first payment, the second payment was the one that shouldnt have been taken out. When I spoke to the manager I explained what happened he was like you owe that amount to get caught up with my account, if the manager saw that the account wasnt caught up he should of called my insurance company and had them get caught up, the manager said Ill call you back, well he never did when I called the next day I was on hold for 25 minutes still didnt answer the phone, I called the next day the same thing I called their corporate office and they gave me the runaround Ill message the manager to call you, he never did call me back. Im tired of getting the runaround with this company. I wouldnt recommend this rental company to anyone. The manager said hed call me back never did then had me on hold then never picked up thats pretty rude. Ive been trying to resolve this since 3/23 and still trying. Im beyond frustrated. No one has called me back or email Dont deal with Ansonia enterprise

      Booked a van . 1 week before pick up called to say unable to accommodate rental. Now unable to get a vehicle ************* to advertise that a van was available if they didnt have one in their fleetNow left scrambling will not use service again

      I will never rent a car from these people ever again. I picked up my vehicle on a Friday night and did not know that the ** was not working until I got on 95 going south for five hours in the oven. I was never contacted by any representative whatsoever and they showed no concern For my inconvenience. I rented this vehicle from the ************ international airport which I have done before but they will never get any of my business again. But what made me the maddest was that I was never contacted at all by anybody whatsoever. You have been warned.

      I was supposed to have a car available for an insurance claim through Erie Insurance and be picked up at ******* ********* (Cleveland Oh area). The person from Enterprise was over 20 minutes late, so I had to Uber to work for a meeting as there was no way to get back to Enterprise and then to work in time via the late Enterprise pick up.
      I called Enterprise the next day and asked them to have the rental pick up move to my community - North Olmsted. "No Problem", the representative said. The next day upon arrival ... you can guess ... NO CAR available. Asked the gentleman (should get names) to have one available the following day and he started to work on that. Confirmed my phone number with him and, so as to not to inconvenience my ride, left to get home (fortunately my ride was smart enough not to trust Enterprise).
      Following day (day 3 without wheels) no one had called at noon, so I called. Evidently as soon as I left the employee took a smoke break and did not finish the process of securing a rental. NO CAR available for me to rent. At least not for the reduced insurance coverage rates.
      I called the 800 number to secure a car as a non-insurance customer and they said there was a car available at North Olmsted the same day (sedan - no Cadillac or SUV - just a normal car). At this point, I plan to change insurance companies as well as NEVER deal with Enterprise again.
      All I can say about this experience is - it ***** (pun intended)
