      I would give them less stars if I could. We had to go through 3 different rental cars (is enterprise not performing quality assurance on their vehicles?). Each time I called their support line I was treated with the worst customer service of my life. Instead of being empathetic and trying to solve our issues, their employees with just read from a generic script barely paying attention to what we were actually saying. On top of that, despite their vehicles breaking down multiple times they tried to charge us for road side assistance. I will never use this company again and will go out of my way to make sure no one I know uses them either. Advice? fire your customer support team. Or at least train them properly.

      Beware Enterprise scam!! My insurance paid $30 ($360 total) per day, but they said they needed my debit card for the taxes. It ended being $131 bucks!! This was a 12 day rental due to accident and I needed to have my car repaired in South Carolina. Do NOT give them your debit card! Call your insurance adjuster.

      Zero stars because we got 0 cars with a confirmed reservation. We got 0 apologies and 0 valid explanations and the manager was rude to my 23 year old daughter who paid $75 in Uber fees to get there and back twice and she got stranded in the dark in the city by herself. I tried to file a complaint and was told they could only give me a feedback form that would go back to the rude manager in *********. Haha jokes on **. Go to Turo. Save time and money and heartache. My family will never do business with this dishonest company ever again.

      I had a reservation setup by the insurance company after a car accident. Enterprise Rent-A-Car was beyond horrible. It's actually sad to see how bad these people are. I had to ask the insurance company to please switch me to another provider, and they sent me to Hertz which was a thousand times better. Shame on Enterprise for letting the company go so low.

      I purchased a vehicle in March of 2022. This is my 2nd vehicle that I purchased through Enterprise. Not even 6 months later my car's ABS and HBU system went out. My car has been in a **** dealer shop for over 2 months with a TBD on one of the parts. My life has been so inconvinienced and financially disrupted due to having to pay the car note, insurance, rentals, gas, and other means of transportation like paying others for rides. My job is on the line due to having to miss work every now and then when I have no way to get to work especially since I just got this new position around the same time I bought the car. I am so upset that not Enterprise, ****, warranty company, or my finance company can not help me in any way and left me without a car for this long and even longer due to one of my parts on back order. I called Enterprise **************** and filed a complaint hoping and praying that something can be resolved. When I decided to purchase a car I automatically said that I would do it through Enterprise because my first experience was great and my last car lasted me 4 years but now I am second guessing if I would ever purchase a car from Enterprise again. This situation has truly put a burden on my life and I have no clue how much longer I can take. This is the most frustrating and dissapointing situation that I've ever gone through and such a bad experience that I am losing trust with a company like Enterprise that I loved and referred others to purchase a vehicle from like my daughter that just did after I did. I hope that she does not go through what I am going through at this time. I also rent vehicles often through Enterprise but at this time I refuse to give them another dollar of my hard earned money because of this. Not having my car for another 2 months or more would defenitely make life so so much harder than it already is.

      Had an appointment for pick up for 9 AM call them at 9:30 and they said it be 5 to 10 minutes for pick up ********************************************************************************************************* up and you would think that you would get a phone call from the company I have not heard a word I will never use ************* Enterprise and to top it off after about two hours I stopped in their office four associates saw me as I was sitting in the chair nobody said anything I sat there for a few minutes and then I left this company for customer service is horrible.

      I rented a car for a week to go to ***** in September. I have always rented cars from them. I made my reservation and the next day got a call from the store saying they didn't have any cars available at that location. I had to call 4 more locations before finally finding one with available cars. He gave me a "free upgrade" which really wasn't free or an upgrade. I went through 2 tolls and got charged from the state for the tolls shortly after I got back home. It is now the middle of November and Enterprise just took money out of my account for the same tolls plus a couple extra and a $27.00 fine for a total of almost $50 in toll fees. I will never rent from Enterprise again!

      In October I really needed to rent a car for a couple of days. My son's truck broke down and we let him use ours until his was fixed. Picked up the car at Enterprise in Foxboro MA, but it looked like it had been sideswiped on passenger side. Was told they had very limited availability, especially on short notice, and I didn't care how the car looked as long as it ran. The young man assured me no worries, he would make a note of the damage. I also, fortunately, took a photo of the car myself. I returned the car the next day after hours. Received a call from the manager the next day asking for info on the accident I was in. Explained to jim, said I took a photo of the car, and suggested he speak to his rep, the previous renter or any other employee who drove the car. I had purchased their insurance, so that wasn't the issue with me. Since then I received an email and a letter from **** ******* of DRUI dept. I repeated the exact same information to both the email and the letter, but after reading many similar complaints online, I am doubtful of a positive outcome.

      I reserved a car--had a confirmation number---and when I arrived I was stranded--they did not have a car for me. In this day and age of technology---some alert had to be provided to be to tell me to reroute to another company etc. Spoke to customer care--and they did not care. Just an all around disappointment.
