      I rented a car from Enterprise in *************, ** because I was in a car accident. I needed the full 30 days that my insurance would help cover. I returned the car after hours on the 29th day. Fast forward 3 months, and I received a notice from a collection agency that I have an outstanding balance due with Enterprise? First I knew about a balance due! I called Enterprise's national number because I thought the collection letter was a scam, only to find out that it was not! So, despite having my credit card on file and despite having ALL of my contact information: my cell, my email, address, etc., my credit card was not charged for the balance (though it was charged after the rental for tolls) and I was NEVER notified of a balance due until I was contacted by a collections agency.The Enterprise national representative told me that I needed to contact the ************* office where I got the rental. I called the office and was told by the Assistant Manager that they tried to call me (which is not true) before sending me to collections. I went through my voicemails... nothing from Enterprise. I also checked emails... you guessed it, nothing from Enterprise. It is likely that I will never rent from this company again unless there are no other options. To send a customer to collections without making any good faith attempt to notify that person that they HAVE a debt is an unethical and cruel; business practice. It is also super lazy as I was just a phone call or email away.

      **** the Branch Manager at the **************************************** I'll give you a 10 plus rating.... **************** that answer the phones minus 10... ****** ** ****** and the girls that work there freakin horrible... ****** your gonna see me on surprise one day unless they get you freakin out of there.... *** you need to go back to ****** you did well there or go back n teach ****** how to do his job right Thank You again ********** at the **************************************** MR * *******************

      I rented a car over 3 years ago I got in a car wreck my car insurance covered the rental car they paid in full I had it till I bought a new car and then dropped it off they walked around looked at it went inside the car looked at the gas look at the mileage everything was fine there was a zero balance I left and now I went to rent a car over three years later and they say I have a balance of $550 I then talk to my insurance company they paid the total amount then I talked to my insurance company they said that if there was a claim they wouldve contacted my insurance company and went through them if I owed money or there was damages dont you think they wouldve gave me paperwork saying that there was something wrong with the car or damages I also have never received a phone call or anything by mail And I was never cents to a collection agencies you would think if I owed $550 over three years ago I wouldve got some form A bill in the mail or phone call this company is a scam do not use Enterprise I will be seeking legal action use every company besides enterprise Rent-A-Car

      I would give them ZERO stars if possible. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They told me to take my car to the auto body shop and the shop would call them and a driver would come pick me up. Nobody ever answered the phone after an hour and a half. I has to drive my car back to Enterprise and had to basically demand someone follow me back to the auto shop and then when we got back to Enterprise I waited another two hours for a rental with mind you, a reservation I had for a week prior in advance. Finally, when I did get a car I could not believe the agent said no smoking because the car wreaks so bad of old cigarettes mixed with perfume that I can not let my ten year old son ride in it today to take him to an appointment. I will never use Enterprise again and I hope this is enlightening for this company offering so much success in their management program for graduates because if my child were thinking about going to work for Enterprise after earning a degree? No.

      Our insurance company made us a reservation almost a month ago for when our car gets repaired. We call today when we were supposed to pick it up. They tell us our reservation was moved to Monroeville which is a good *************** rush hour traffic. I leave work early, fly out there just to be told that they will not have a car for us until tomorrow. We only rent from Enterprise when we need a rental. However after this we contacted out insurance and they have made us a reservation with ***** tomorrow. Very disappointed with Enterprise.

      I have been a long time customer of *************************** times a year), and never had an issue. With my last rental, someone broke one of the taillights overnight; a single broken taillight with no other damage. I had not taken Enterprise's insurance. I showed it to them upon returning, and waited for the bill. Their bill for a single taillight was $497. Over twice as much as the highest price I could find online for this repair, and just shy of my $500 personal auto insurance deductable. I paid it. And I look forward to never paying Enterprise another dime again.

      I rented a car at the airport for two hospital anesthesia techs to get to a hospital in Tusla to get a hospital back up and running after a malfunction shut down the hospital. When they arrived at noon Enterprise said that gave their car away. All of the people in line were stuck at the airport without a car.I called customer service and said we will take anything with wheels. They said a regional supervisor would call back immediately. That never happened.**** gave them a 12 passenger van and saved the day, and surgeries that afternoon. Enterprise has horrible customer service, and will give away your car. DON'T RENT WITH THEM.

      I asked for a compact car. They said a truck was available. I said,"I've never driven a truck.". They said, "It's all we have." I purchased insurance because I was afraid of wrecking the truck and sure enough, I backed it into a parked car. I returned the truck, showing staff the scratches on the bumper. They said they still had no other vehicles for me to drive.I will never use this service again. A complete nightmare

      To get the best experience when booking a car rental, get in touch with ********************* at Enterprise Rent-A-Car at *********************************************************. People make the organization but **** makes Enterprise look super good with the great customer service he offers. His service was so good that I changed my booking for a few days to a few weeks. I got a great car - very clean - absolutely no problems. I know where I will be heading to when I next want to rent a car for superior customer service is very important for me.

      I was in an accident and needed a rental. My insurance covers a luxury car rental and uses Enterprise for their rentals. I have always used the Enterprise, ******** branch, even when I needed to rent for leisure purposes, but yesterday, experience was so horrible!When I got to the ******** branch I chose a ******** that was parked on their lot, but when I provided my credit card it did not have sufficient credit to for the amount due. I then pulled out my debit card and asked them to put the charge on it, they said "No, it has to be a credit card for this type of vehicles, but you can take a truck or a smaller car". Ok, I then deposited enough money on my credit card and went back and I said "OK, now yo can use my credit card, as it has sufficient funds to be charged", they refused to take it and said I have to wait for 24 hours before they run it again! Meanwhile, they had already started showing and offering the ******** to this lady who was there for a car. I was not happy with this whole business and I expressed my frustration with their process to *****, the branch manager, then she replied "you're upset because your card declined?" which I thought was very offensive! I then asked her "did your card ever decline?, it is normal, but what's not normal is you refuse to run it again when I deposited funds in it" They offered me a shiny-blue ****** that shakes when I pass the 50 mile speed. I told them the vehicle they rented me is unsafe to drive and should not offer it, they admit that the previous customer reported the issue already! They gave me a truck that does not fit in my driveway and drove off with it unhappy, feeling mislabel and extremely frustrated.I would caution you to be ready and prepared to deal with inconveniences and high-levels of frustration when dealing with this branch, with their current management who was inconsiderate and moved on to the next customer, offered her he car I am interested in, while I was in the middle of negotiating it
