      I reserved a car over the phone with Enterprise. I requested a car at the ************** location. I verified the location had the car I was reserving. I live nearby and don't often see many cars there. They confirmed the car I was renting (a sedan) was there.I drove 20 minutes to pick up the car and was told the location did not have ANY cars at that time. I had JUST got off the phone with the reservation desk less than half an hour earlier.While I was at the counter two return cars arrived to be checked in. I asked if I could rent one of those. I was told those were being kept for people with reservations. I said "I have a reservation" as I walked out the door. Very cold unresponsive service - ultimate bad product delivery.Our particular need for a car was to be with a friend in ******* for a medical emergency. That makes this obvious waste of our time extremely hurtful to us. Zero stars would be the correct response.

      Horrible experience the last 2 times I've reserved vehicles I get there and they don't have it or they expect me to pay more for what they do have available. They have no cares about your plans so if I were you I'd go somewhere else.Don't t waste your time. They don't honor your business.

      Went down on on Thursday to rent a car with a reservation, went to pay and my bank put in a fraud claim, so I said yes to my bank and now enterprise said that they cant re- swipe my card due to there policy, for me to come back tomorrow. Come back tomorrow which is Friday, they told me no cars available that maybe later today, if not today definitely tomorrow (sat). Said they would call me when it came in Friday or sat. It is now 15 minutes away from being Monday. Never received a call or text or even an email. Im so disappointed with this company and they should give me a week for free for having to wait for nothing. I was stranded thanks to them. Unbelievable!

      Enterprise where we leave you stranded. My flight was delayed I knew that in advance. I spent two and half hours on the phone with enterprise. They give me a reference number. Yes sir I guarantee you we will be there. Guess what they are not. Now my only choice is to miss a once in a lifetime opportunity or spent a tremendous amount of money on an Uber.Enterprise I have been a customer for 25 years.

      First, they gave me a car that was below the class I reserved and paid for. They didn't tell me that. The tire light goes on and off as soon as I left. I had them check the tires and they said they're fine. Claimed change in temp. Temp has been between 40-70%. Now fluid light is going on. ********** is so pitted that when the sun shines on it the glare is blinding. They say they have no cars to switch out. Talked with a person at national office who said she made an appointment for me to exchange. When I arrived they knew nothing about it. I called national again. He said he was escalating this and someone would call. No one did. I stopped by local office. They said they'd find a car and call. They never did. I called them. They have no cars. Now national office tells me I can get a car from a nearby town that is open on Sunday. I have to call day of to exchange so I should call in morning. I checked hours for that local location. They aren't open on Sunday. I have rented from Enterprise before without a problem and with courteous people---this time, it is all problems and waste of time to try to talk to anyone. They blame being understaffed and undersupplied.

      The worst experience ever. Reserved a car two and a half weeks before needed so I would be sure to have it for an out of state wedding - which I was to be in -. Got there, no car. Six hours, still no car was told none available anywhere. Then agent says there we're some a available at another Enterprise location an hour away. However we would have to go get it they would not bring it to this office. That's 2 hours out of our way. Plus after this experience could we trust there would be a car! We have used this office before with some issues but this is unacceptable from an established company. Wanted to leave no stars in review but had to select at least one. More like -1

      Extremely racist enterprise employee in charge of recruitment. Ms. ********* had nothing but disgust and vile on her facial expressions and her body language was very dismissive.
      Please look into your ranks and make your virtual interviews recorded sessions for everyone's protection.
      This is absurd on so many levels in the 21st century

      Following a car crash in September 2022, we had a rental from Enterprise located inside the ****** Dealership on *****************, in *******.While reserving, we had the option to pickup the vehicle at the location of our choice, which was nice. On the day we picked up the vehicle, we where a little late, but the agent, *****, was cool!! The entire process, until we returned the vehicle, was extremely positive.Actually, we had rented from them in the past too. Always a pleasure!!!*****************.

      DO NOT!! I repeat….DO NOT RENT a car from enterprise. First time, shame
      On you…second time, shame
      On me!! This is shame on me! I have been threatened, charged bogus claims, lied to…..Please sir, place me on your DO NOT rent list. We have been communicating with them for days, and they say they haven’t talked to us. Enterprise is fraudulent! The first time they charged my insurance for me “causing damage to the vehicle” and I turned it in as it was handed to me! Damage to the roof of the vehicle! No, I didn’t climb on top of the car when I received it! No one was there to inspect the vehicle on turn in, so I had no leg to stand on. This time they’ve charged $*** when insurance has agreed to pay them, and they say insurance won’t pay them when they have! Won’t reverse the charges!! We were threatened with being placed on the “do not rent to” list! Please, please do!! Because with every ounce in me, we will NEVER rent a car from you fraudulent fools!

      For context, our employee was involved in an accident by another party. The party rear-ended ** and therefore we needed a rental car while this car was in the shop. The rental car was paid for by the insurance company and when we spoke with enterprise we told them explicitly that we don't want insurance because it was being paid for by the insurance company.The rental car company then proceeded to have our employee pick up the car to ask them again to get the rental car insurance and both lacked to explain that this was part of the signing process. They also misled our employee saying that it was $20 total instead of $20 per day.We contacted the rental car company management and they failed to help ** or do anything about it, and went ahead and charged ** for the insurance on the card that we had on file (which was mainly as a deposit). The rest of the rental car's actual fees were paid for by liberty mutual.
