My insurance rented me a car from Enterprise. While my car at body shop getting repair. I go Enterprise to get my rental and the rental agent puts in a 2016 Nissan Maxima . We go look at car and looks like it ran into hail storm it was so damage.. My first rental a car so I'm point out these damage's on car . He tell me all documented on my rental agreement. He tells me somethings he don't have documents.. Well I get in car go. Had the car about three weeks. I turn in Branch manager look over car she asked me about peace of plastic hanging out from under the car. I told her he came loose with me in a rainstorm . I also told her it look like it was held up with black electric tape. ,30 minutes goes by then I'm finally done . I get my $50 back I'm thinking everything good. The 3 days later I'm getting emails saying I owe over $4000 dollar of damages that was already put on this car .I try talk to Enterprise of Dublin Ga I got car from . I talk to damage control out Kansas City . I talk my insurance about this . Nobody not listening. All they want is money . I'm getting blame for something I didn't do . I'm not only one they done this to. They need to be investigated for this . I feel like Im victim of Fraud and entrapment . All Enterprise told me I should have took pictures of car before I drove off and I took responsibility of the car when drove off . This is poor company that takes advantage of new renters that never rented a car from them . So they trick you in think they have your best if interest when they don't .. So I'm asking plz investigated this what I'm claiming to be true . before anyone else goes threw this . This company has ruined my life now .. it on my insurance record and on my life record. I'm not going be able to rent a car bcz of this .

Rented a car for today ***** went to pick it up and they inform me there is no rental for me and I would have to wait 2 days before being able to receive a car. They want me to do it in there because it cost more money online and if there is lag in the system than they need to figure something out that won't reserve if there is no vehicles available. Now I have no way to work or anything else with a sick kid

Filth from both locations in *************/***** locations. Got the first rental, it wasnt even detailed! Telling us to not smoke in the car..and I literally sat in a rolling ashtray! Cigarette ***** in the passenger seat..ashes caking the door handle seats..window sill had ashes all over the driver windowand the odor! Unacceptable!! 2nd location was bad too! Heavy stinch of Lysol and it about knocked me over! My husband and I are car detailers, these cars were atrocious! Big water spots on every seat..its disgusting! Im half tempted to extract (a machine that washes carpets and seats) the carpets and seats to save my ole factory senses..I will never rent from you guys again! I have pics of the current rental I have. State Farm paid for it, since their client hit my truck. Although we did have to drop 50 on the deposit, we shouldnt have had to pay for anything! All aroundless than 1 star! Unfortunately I cant give less or I sure would!

We had a reserved car with a confirmation # and pick up day/time of 10/13/22 at 09:30. Pick up was at the ********, ** Enterprise Car Rental and the reservation was for drop off at ******** International ************) on 10/15/22 at 2:00, and the total price was for $248.92. We arrived at 9:15 and the girl in the office told my husband that they didn't have a car for us because they had a change of rules? and they no longer are allowing one-way rentals. She said they tried to reach out to us on 10/7 but my husband had no voicemails or missed calls on that date, and there were no emails either. We had reservations for a hotel that night in ************ and my husband asked her what she recommended we do at that point. All she said was we could try the ****************** in ********* which was 33 miles in the complete opposite direction we were driving after we already had drove 30 miles to get to this Enterprise car rental. We tried to call Tri- Cities Enterprise and they said a Regional manager would call us. To this day we have never received a call from them.. We did finally get to the Tri- Cities Enterprise rental because fortunately my cousin could take us, and they told us that all they could do for us was to give us a rate of $418.82 before taxes and it would be due back at 12:00 instead of 2:00 unless we wanted to pay for another day. We ended up getting a car with **** because it was slightly cheaper at $431.93 including taxes. Overall that was a difference of $183.01 not counting the gas for an extra 96 miles we had to drive for no reason, and the waste of our time and my cousin's time. Why do they allow you to book one-way trips if they are not going to honor them!! We modified the booking just a few days before leaving on our trip to get a cheaper price and it allowed it. We also had to have the car back 2 hours earlier or we would have to pay for another day. So we had to sit in the airport for 4 hours before our flight left.

@Enterprise The worst! If you have other choices use them! My car was reserved for 10:30am. I arrive at 10:30am. Then was told by 2 people it will be at least an hour. They have no cars! No call was made to me ahead of time and now I am stuck. The 2 representatives dont care!

I had a reservation for a car 3 weeks prior and when 2 hours before picking up they called me that they didnt have a car yet but should have one at noon and they asked me to call them back in an hour. I called back they put me on hold for 53 minutes then they hanged up. I tried to call them back but the office was closed. I called their customer service they said theres nothing they can do. Because of this I lost a meeting and I will had to pay significant more money for travel transportation

I was needing a car rental to travel for numerous business meetings totally $20,000 in potential service calls. Enterprise has a website to ************. I used the site and originally they didn't have a car for the day I requested so in pushed back another day to when they did have a car. When I arrive at the scheduled time, they informed me they didn't have any cars available for rent. Despite having a system to reserve vehicles. This has since cost me $7,000 in potential sales. I could have got a ride to ************* for the car, but chose them because they had cars available when I checked. This company should not be setting up "reservations" when they clearly are not reserving cars.

I made an appointment with Enterprise and they were 45 minutes late. They picked me up and took me to my vehicle, a ***** Malibu. The car had damage and was completely dirty inside and out. I ask the rep who stated she was a ** in training that I would like another vehicle and showed her how dirty the inside was. She told me that was the car and dont worry about the dirtiness. I ask for one of the SUVs and she said those were extra. I told her the car you are giving me is extremely dirty inside, stains on the seats, sticky on the steering wheel, middle consul, and on the dashboard. She said that is all she had. I ask to speak to her supervisor and said she is the ** and she had no boss here. I was already late for work, so I took it. After work I cleaned the inside. It was so dirty, the water was dark by the time I finished it. The windows had a film on them and the car smelled like smoke. I cleaned the windows and paper towels were black. The floor boards were not vacuumed at all and the gas was less then 25%. The car look like the driver before me just dropped it off and they gave it to me. The tires where 8lbs under recommended pressure and the outside looked like it was not washed for awhile. Enterprise is supposed to be a professional company and the enterprise employee was not professional at all and the car was not cleaned at all. Enterprise did nothing to rectify this at all and seemed unconcerned about the cars look. I am very frustrated and disappointed in Enterprises DM, customer service, and over customer and vehicle care.

Enterprise rent a car is overcharging customers for car rentals and insurance companies get cars for little of nothing

Picked up a Dodge Journey from ***********, ** location at noon on Tuesday, October 11, 2022. Reviewed minor damage to car but didnt inspect the tires (never thought a rental car would be illegally on the road due to unsafe tires!) Accepted the vehicle with condensation covering both headlights. Im not a mechanic and have no knowledge or experience with this issue. My spouse drove the car off the lot to ********, **; returned home at 6 pm. Thats when I noticed the bald front drivers tire and the severe condensation never left. I did the ***** test on the drivers side front & rear tires. Car would be rejected for safety in ******** and ******** (vehicles license plate) for both these issues. After learning about the condensation, this car needs to be repaired! Yes, I have pictures to prove both safety issues!
