      Recently had to use enterprise Told me on Thursday they couldn't help me until Monday So I requester a small pickup...was told ok Monday at 2 pm well have you a truck this is the ******* ****** store Got there Monday..after an HR wait they say we have your car ready......I complained that's not a truck He got ***** rude with my wife and I so we deft They never called. And their doing some remodeling and the entire office smelled like MOLD I will NEVER use or recommend enterprise againthat is a minus 1 rating

      Horrible customer service. I was involved in a no fault accident and have been waiting months to receive any communication from enterprise. Ive gotten several emails, but no one has reached out to me except once to finalize this claim; the one time I was contacted very vague information was provided. *** tried several times to contact the claim adjuster, no answer. How can you be rude to the customers essentially keeping your business afloat? They say never say never, so I hope I dont ever have to rent a car from this company again. Ill take ****** or **** over this anyday. Enterprise, you may want to do some customer service training for your staff!

      I used to always rent from enterprise but never again! I rented a vehicle for a doctor's **** Wednesday and then to take to the airport Thursday. I was confirmed for pickup Tuesday at 4. Tuesday morning enterprise called and did not leave a message while I was showering. I called back and was told there was no car available for me to pick up today. How is this possible? He told me people extend their rentals. Why would we allow someone to extend when the car is promised to someone else I asked. I was then told there were a lot of accidents lately and that's where the cars were. I contacted customer service and was told the regional manager would contact me and find me a car. No call all day. Thankfully in my stress to find another car I learned about **** and got a car dropped off to me for $1 more than enterprise.

      This entire incident has been an insult to me by Enterprise. My initial reservation/claim was opened thru **** on Thursday September 29. I understood the location was closed, and did not expect to hear from them until this past week. When I did hear from them on Tuesday, the representative that called me immediately took issue with the statement that my need was immediate, as I have NO vehicle available at present. She took further steps to apparently cancel or change my reservation, as since that time I have had nothing but nasty treatment on behalf of Enterprise. Following the initial contact, ended by the representative telling me first to calm down, then that I'd better be more polite, then uttering a profanity before hanging up, I had further misleading contact with Enterprise when I called back in. The second person I spoke with claimed to "reactivate and update" the reservation and "transfer it to the airport location for immediate response". I didn't believe that so I called **** immediately after, and they were able to tell me that the reservation was unchanged. I was advised that the location I was assigned was not expected to reopen until yesterday, Oct 7 and should be getting a call then. When I called in yesterday, I was informed that my reservation/priority list assignment was dated the previous day, Oct 6 and I was behind all the people who "were smart enough to call in immediately" and that I was not getting a car anytime soon. I was advised to seek alternate sources for a vehicle and not expect Enterprise to provide one, as "you're late with your reservation request." The **** rep I spoke with immediately after this call reached out and was told the district manager would be reaching out to me regarding this and I should be getting a call to pick up a vehicle within 3 hours or so as I was being moved up the list. When I called in after 3 hours with no contact, **** reached out again to the location and was told no such promise had been made and my

      It has taken 1/3 of a year to have a damage claim done for a busted tailed light. All that is required for my insurance is an estimate. They are a multi-billion dollar company unable to do simple and common tasks for a car rental business in a timely manner. They are still claiming issues due to the pandemic, but all other business are function at levels of pre-covid or better at this point. I speculate they just don't pay enough to be fully staffed or are okay with these complaints because of their near monopoly on car/truck rentals so they don't have to care. If I could give zero stars I would.

      Absolutely terrible customer service. I have rented here before with a discount code that my employers provides and the branch decided to many people use the code and would not honor it. My reservation was cancelled a week before my trip. The branch manager was notified by customer service and never bothered to contact me as I was told they would. I followed up 2 weeks later and nothing was offered or done, but I was just told my reservation was cancelled. I would NEVER recommend Enterprise for a rental again!

      Very bad experience with the ************ , ** ( Main Street ) location. Reservation was for noon, but cars weren't available until after 1:30. So when I arrived at 1:30, there were still not any cars available. When one did arrive , It was not check properly because it broke down on us two hours after we picked it up and had to be towed back to the *************** center almost 24 hrs after it was " dispatched by Roadside Assistance " to be picked up. No replacement was given to us and we were told that the office where we picked it up would need to be contacted. After numerous attempts to call, I finally just went back up to the office after arriving back in ******* and was told that they could not issue a refund because they didn't know where the car was, even though THEIR roadside assistance picked the car up. This still has not been resolved almost three days after the car was towed away , leaving us stranded out of town and I have Not received a call from Management as promised or received ANY assistance from them. I will NEVER rent with Enterprise again !!

      It's not so much of a customers reviews about enterprise car rentals. It's a employee that works for enterprise. And the one thing these customers dont want you to know is the way they return the vehicle. There used covid mask left in the vehicle, the finger nails and garbage they left in the vehicle, dog hair the customer left in the vehicle, the broken tailgates they force and break, drugs and body gunk that the customer left, seats with burn holes in the seats, food and drinks stained and left from the customer, and its gets worse . But I think you have an idea now. So if your not satisfied the way you wer treated than use your own vehicle or public transportation.

      Terrible customer service, I was hung up on. I had a car set
      up through an insurance claim and when I attempted to pick it up they
      told me I couldn’t because I owed them money. I have never rented a car
      in my life. So now I have no car to pick up in order to get my car
      worked on. They sent me a bill in the mail and they spelled my name
      wrong and everything. What am I even paying for.

      Have rented a car many times with Enterprise. This time the car that I chose they said was ready, but when I got there is was not ready and proceeded to try to upgrade me to a higher price car. I declined. The car I wanted I no noticed no inspection sticker. When they checked the glove box the inspection sticker expired May 2022. They seemed vague about it. Then they were going to give me another car, dirt, not ready, and tires soft. I decline and don't think I will rent from enterprise again.
