      Summary: They refused service to me (to exchange a defective car with another) even though they agreed that by refusing service put me, they put my life and my wife's life in danger. When corporate office called them and pushed them to offer a car to me to replace the defective car, they took the keys and refused to unlock the car, and thus kept my stuff hostage, which forced me to call 911. I have never been so mistreated by an employee of a business before. This was the worst experience in my life from a rental company. My wife has been a customer for over 18 years and this is the first time we have been treated this way. This is beyond bad. Enterprise needs to apologize to me and my wife for such treatment and for putting our lives in danger. They also need to be very careful on who they hire and train their staff well.

      I rented a van from enterprise and while driving in *********, hours away from home, the vehicle started to over heat. It was smooth sailing and we were scheduled to make it to our destination on time that is until enterprises vehicle failed us and they left us stranded for nearly 12 hrs. We had toddler and infants with us. They told us the nearest location was closed and that we would have drive back an hour out of our way to swap out cars. The tow truck company helped us out more then enterprise ever did. He took us to the nearest location, which was 30 min away and open, where we received a smaller and dirtier van. There was trash left behind and crumbs. They are now trying to force their repairs into me, I did not damage the vehicle. I can not get ahold of anyone, I have tried countless times. No one responds but they keep sending emails about my preferred payment method. Very unprofessional.

      I called Enterprise and made a reservation. They told me to go to the location at 2:00 pm. I took half a day off, paid Uber and when I went to the location, I was told that there is no car available. I wasted my time and my money. I called back and the "manager" said that they are sorry but I can check another location. In other words, waste more time and money to try your luck. Horrible company.

      The service at the **************** location is less than par. Two weeks ago I rented a car using my daughter's debit card. I am also on the account. I choose not to do credit. Only prepaid cards which don't work either. The assistant manager and Regional Manager, *****, were rude. They flat out lied saying I was allowed to keep the car last time. If this were the case the assistant manager, who checked the car back in, would've said something. Neither could explain why they allowed it 2 weeks prior, but today suddenly I can't. I think Enterprise owes me the gas for my 45 mile wasted trip and an apology.

      Shame! Rented a car for my daughter due to her car being repaired, First they cleaned a car after our arrival in the Moon Twp Arear (**************). Front windshield was cracked, Why would you even offer someone a rental with a cracked windshield? After our refusal, they give her a car with stains all over the seats. Yes, I took pictures if anyone cares. I could not believe it. My daughter had to get to work so she had to take it. Her car was not repaired in time to return to lot by Friday closing so I was charged for the weekend including the holiday since they were closed, They text me a survey and I entered the same information with a request for local employee to contact me. I feel we should have received some kind of discount for the stained seats, Still no return call. They need o be shut down or fined for the way they are running this business,

      Worst experience ever. 3 out of 5 cars rented have mechanical issues. Rented a car at ***. Luxury. Drove it fine first day. Second day check engine light and vehicle would not accelerate. Took it to a local location and sat for three hours before calling customer service line. The finally called the unit manager and told them to take care of me. He had several vehicles he could use but they were reserved. He had another vehicle moved from an diff ent location that ended up being worst than the first one and not luxury class. By the time I was able to try and return that they were closed. Had to drive to BMI the next day. **************** for someone who has already rented a car should be first and foremost. Unfortunately giving me a decent car would count against the local locations managers bonus so he had no incentive to help me out. Shame on enterprise. Sadly they have bought two other competitors so now I can only see the decline of quality and safe vehicles in the rental car market.

      We had a confirmation with Enterprise at Hwy 6 and ********** in *******. When we went to collect the vehicle on Saturday, Sept. 24th, they were overbooked and the employees were indifferent. The manager, ******, left the building unattended with a room full of customers for over an hour without an explanation. When an employee returned close to closing time he appeared agitated and loudly called the customers "whiners." They thought nothing of canceling reservations and ruining weekend plans for customers who had been waiting all morning. We submitted complaint letters to the corporate office and are still waiting to hear back from the corporate office.

      Had a confirmed reservation with Enterprise in *******. Talked directly to the Enterprise business on Poplar to ensure they could pick us up at 8:00am. Called twice prior to the day of reservation to ensure they were going to pick us up at the hotel. The day of - no one showed. I called and they said they were running late and would be there at 8:30am. At 8:30 I called again, they were confused on what car I wanted - and then stated they would have to go get a full size car. We had to cancel the reservation and our planned day was shot. So disappointing. If you have a confirmed reservation, why don't you have the vehicles available? And why say you are going to pick up and not show up. So rude and disappointing.

      Booked a car online. Arrived to check car out and was told they dont have a car for my booking. Then the lie came. We tried calling you to inform you we cant fulfill your request but you didnt answer our call. I never had an attempted call. I sat in the lobby and listened to three other customers get the exact same treatment as I.Attempting to do business with Enterprise cost me money. I paid for Uber to bring me there to pick up the non existing rental car.

      I have use enterprise several times through the years. I Reserved a vehicle. Traveled to the location today. I was told they didnt have any availability. I called the corporate number and was told someone from management would call me back. Three hours later I have not received a call. Enterprise has literally cost me time and money. This was actually hard to believe. I will not consider enterprise again after this encounter.
