      So my family needed to attend a funeral and reserved a car a week in advance. An hour before our scheduled pick up time I received a voice mail message telling they overbooked and I no longer had a car! When I called they told me it's "just the times we are in!" Totally would not recommend this company!

      Can I put a ZERO rating. Im surprised this company is still in Business. They dont have any cars available ever. No employees are in the office to assist either. This is based on 2 visits within a weeks period.;

      I would give a zero or a negative star rating if possible. We rented a vehicle for a business trip and received a confirmation number. When we arrived to pick up car, no car available. No one provided reasons nor explanations.. only a shrug of shoulders. We didnt make the business meeting and the entire thing was a terrible experience. What good does a confirmation number do when it means nothing. Extremely disappointed with the services AND the attitudes. Never again.

      We had a confirmation number to pick up a car on 7/20/2022 at Enterprise, ****************, **. Upon arriving at Enterprise we were told they did NOT have a car and didn't know when they would be able to get one. This ruined our vacation! I called Enterprise customer service on 7/20 with a promise to get a call back from a supervisor. That never happened.I called again on 7/28 with the same promise. That never happened.I called again on 8/11 and still no call back.I called YET again on 9/10 and still no call back.Their regard for their customers is NONE. They won't even respond to you. They don't care!If you don't want your vacation ruined, I would seek another rent a car business.

      On 9-16-22 I picked up a car from ******************** while my vehicle is being repaired from a Doral ******************** on 36th street and was given a rental SUV, while driving it home it was shaking uncontrollably and something was mechanically wrong so I went to *************************** ******************** branch to get a replacement.When I arrive I told customer service agent ******************** CSR # ******************************************************************************************************************************** SUV (which the insurance company covers) I am told there is only compact cars and that all other cars are reserved already by another lady. I say well I cant drive this car and need a replacement because its not safe to drive and after going back and forth for 1 hour plus and rude remarks and condescending tones I said give me the car back and Ill find another location and they held me for another 30 minutes while giving no updates and rude attitudes from ********************, a shorter women, and **** who was another male who gave a full size replacement car to a couple who arrived before us after telling us they didnt have replacement. The entire time laughing and sarcastic about helping our case, finally I called another branch and asked if they had a replacement and they said yes just arrive before 1pm closing time and I told the MIA ******************** to just give me back the rental and Ill drive there and I had only 20 minutes to drive there as they took almost 1-2 hours up to this point and they said sure we will call and **** never did. He refused to give me his name because he felt he didnt have to.The shorter lady said I was strange for the way I was acting because I was trying to get a replacement for a faulty car they provided me. And ****** who told me move out the way as she passed near me and insult me and eye me down with attitude. These people need to be investigated and monitored as there is cameras above in the office they a

      I have used enterprise many years with no issues. Yesterday however we tried to reserve a car using the app. We received a confirmation And drove to the specified store. No cars And the agent did not know where to find others in their system. So we called the reservations line. We got another confirm reservation and were directed to another enterprise location miles away. When we got there, there were no cars. All told we drove about 40 miles in one day just looking for a rental car. Very poor customer service. In my opinion all ******************** location should have a snap shot view into the inventory available at all other locations as should the app and the reservations line. Dont know if Ill be back

      I find it ridiculous that they are constantly out of cars when you RESERVED a car ahead of time. It seems like a breach of contract to me. A reservation implies that the car is being held in reserve, not "hoped for." And don't get me started on the complete lack of helpful suggestions or useful options.

      Good Afternoon, I am at the Enterprise located at **** ********** ** ********* ******** *****. I am extremely disappointed with
      the service. I was informed a vehicle would be ready at 2pm Monday
      September 12. I arrived at the Enterprise at **** ********** ** ******** ***** and I was told there remains 3 customers ahead of Me. My question
      is why was I not informed prior to arriving at **** ********** ** ********* ******** *****? I was told "we were going to call you"!
      However, no one did. I live in Frankfort it takes 12 minutes to arrive
      at **** ********** ** ********* ******** *****. I do not feel as if
      there was any care for effective communication between customers and
      employees. I asked if I could wait in the office and I was told " it
      could be hours". Why? I am not allowed to sit and wait in the office. I
      noticed management has changed because prior to this incident the last
      time I was at the Enterprise located at **** ********** ** ********* ******** ***** I was treated with respect, friendliness, kindness,
      care, and candor. I would like the opportunity to comprehend the lack
      of enthusiasm and equality for the treatment of customers. **** is the
      manager in charge today at 1:06 pm at **** ********** ** ********* ******** *****.

      I looked online and found out I needed to call to arrange a pick-up from the ****** station in **********. Thats where the nightmare began. I was on hold for the first call for over 11 minutes, and then the system disconnected my call. Second call, same deal. Third call, I was put through, and halfway through my request the incredibly bored Enterprise person said You need to make a reservation online and proceeded to try to hang up on me. I managed to get him to stop, and listen, but he was rather aggressively put-out at my request. I was informed that the pick-up needed to be within one mile of the Enterprise location (info that should have been in the **** and he then tried to put me on hold, because other calls were more important. So I gave up.I was pretty incandescent for a while. Enterprise wasted my time, was rude and dismissive, and had on-hold message loop that was annoying. I cancelled my booking and went with *****. Id rather walk everywhere than ever use Enterprise again, Im informing everyone I know how terrible my experience was and Im going to post many bad reviews online. Im prepared to offer businesses a lot of leeway due to Covid, but Enterprise gets nothing from me. Annoying, rude, dismissive, inefficient.
