      Talk about a bait and switch......I think Enterprise car rental on ******* **** ********* ** is a very dishonest business. I was told Enterprise would drop off a rental car at the autobody shop where I was leaving my car to be repaired. ***** from Enterprise showed up with a nice vehicle, nothing elaborate, not a Lexus or a Cadillac by any means but a nice vehicle. He then said we have to go back to the Enterprise office and I thought it was to drop him off.....NOPE....once back to the Enterprise office I was told that I could have the car we were in but at an additional cost. Enterprise told me they would drop off the rental car where I was, at the auto body shop....not take me back to their parking lot to find out I can't afford the one they let me believe would be my rental. THEY SHOULD NOT TELL YOU THEY WILL DROP IT OFF AT YOUR LOCATION if it's only a bait a switch car!!! VERY DISHONEST AND SHADY WAY TO DO BUSINESS!

      Horrible experience the the enterprise on *************************************************************. Manager horrible customer service skills and little to zero knowledge about how handle an issue they created! Unauthorized charges on my personal card due to an error on their behalf. They have offered zero resolve or help. This location needs investigated, and audited.

      I rented an Enterprise car on July 20th at the ******* airport. On July 23rd I lost the keys to the car and called Enterprise roadside assistance. The Enterprise roadside assistance representatives did not know what to do or how that could help- not did they care. I speak okay Spanish but I absolutely could not understand 5 out of the 9 roadside assistance people I talked to. After 5 hours of calling and begging for assistance, I finally got the car towed but was left without a car. I had the Car for less than 3 days of the week-long rental but they charged me far more than the quoted rate. Details:1) I lost the keys. I had my prescriptions in the car. I was told by the Enterprise roadside assistance that the tow truck driver couldnt open the car for me to get my items. She stated that those items would go to LOST AND FOUND and Id have to retrieve them on Monday - if they were turned in at all! I said I needed my medications. She said I should report that the keys were in the car rather than lost so I could get the car unlocked before the tow truck arrived.2) She also explained that Enterprise roadside assistance would call an Uber to take me to the closest Enterprise rental car location to get a new vehicle after the car was towed.3) After over two hours and 4 phone calls to roadside assistance the first guy shows up. He said he was located around the block and just got the call 5 min earlier.4) Then the tow truck driver was another hours + wait and he said he would have unlocked the car for me to get my things. He has to unlock to tow anyway. He towed the car but roadside didnt get me an Uber and they had NO CARS available for me even at the airport! Not one car! I had to rent from another company for way too much $5) Enterprise calls me for days asking where their car is and accuses me of keeping it! What? Dont they document by reservation the customer status? Then I get an outrageous charge on my credit card with no invoice or explanation.

      BEWARE. Last Tuesday, July 19, 2022 I stopped by Enterprise rent a car on ***************************************************** to rent a car because my car was being worked on at the **** dealership. Initially they appeared friendly, however upon returning the rental car, this is where my experience changed dramatically.I remember the gentleman who delivered the car to me on Tuesday, his name was ***, he took me around the car to do the initial inspection. He told me to point out anything that I saw that might have to be noted. I didn't see anything, other than a few little scratches that I pointed out, but he said, they were to small to document. I signed the paperwork and I left. Everything seemed ok. When I came back to return the car, a different rep helped me. He went over the inspection and called me back outside to tell me there was damage on the under side of the car, passager side. I told him, when we did the initial inspection we never looked on the underside of the car and therefor had no knowledge of the damage. In addition, had I caused any damage I would have known and would have no problem taking responsibility. I also pointed out how I barely drove the car, driving it less than 25 miles total for the week. Right away the rep told me, he had to report the damage and I had to pay for it. I tried to explain, the car must of had the damage before I took delivery because I knew I didn't damaged the car and again we never looked in that specific spot in the initial inspection. The damage was there the entire time but since they did not document before I drove off, now that I returned it they want to make me responsible. To make the story short I tried to explain to the manager on duty but she did not make an effort to listen or hear me out, she stated the same, I had to pay. She was persistent on telling me how she does her job but didn't bother hearing my experience. She even commented, "this damage is not even that expensive.." as if that made it ok. She continued to do the

      Enterprise is the worse rental car company . Had a reservation for a standard SUV. on the day of I got a call an hour before saying it would take about 2 hours to get my car. After 3 hours I still didnt have a car terrible customer service they are all a bunch of liars. Will never use ENTERPRISE again.

      Apparently their software is working very well. Because
      every single agent that I could reach is keep on writing, filling,
      sending documents to Highest(!) Authority and emails are keep being
      sent.
      However problem is not being solved AT ALL.
      It took 3 days to change engine oil, I was left in the middle of nowhere
      (a ****** station) with mechanical problem and family (including infant
      and a small child imagine how difficult to spend whole night). It would
      be considered if Chicago O'Hare Enterprise manager (named *******) did
      not give us an attitude and saying that he does not want to loss high
      demand vehicle by exchanging with mechanical problem car (which I had).
      his solution(!) was only to provide a small vehicle for 6 passenger 5
      luggage with extra bags and stuff instead of changing with high demand
      minivans.

      Enterprise Rent-A-Car make errors and, it is hard to get satisfaction, or to get them to correct the mistake they made.They would charge your credit card without even consulting you about the charges even after The claims adjuster from an insurance company tell them not to. The insurance adjuster and I was lied to about an issue involving a refund.. They lied by saying I requested a bigger vehicle and there was additional cost. What kind of business tells you that you will have to wait until someone else show up for work the next day to correct issue involving that day. The vehicle was a large vehicle and it was not cleaned properly. Plus I was not told about the extra cost that would not be covered by the insurance company. They did not follow the insurance adjuster instructions plus lied to both of us about the refund and about what was requested by the customer.I think ***** should not partner with enterprise Rent-A-Car because they are bad for business and they will bring down ***** as well

      I was discriminated against today for being poor and not having a credit card to pay a deposit on a car to rent from Enterprise rental in ********, **. It was an insurance rental. I was gonna pay the deposit in cash, I was refused. I have been put on a waiting list first. I had to get a hold of the claim department to redo my rental time, from being on the waiting list to long. The results , being discriminated against then, due to being poor and not having a credit card. Star rating for this company is a 0.

      Just rented a Cadillac suv in ******, *******. I picked up the car in their dark parking car garage mid-day were you couldnt see any of the cars poor details.Once I started driving I noticed the car is outright dirty! Food, hair crumbs all over the car. I had to clean it out after reaching my destination. Interior windows are dirty to the ping you cant see at night. My driver side door is about to fall of. When I goto open it. Never renting again with them!
