Rayovac is owned by Energizer and I used rayovac batteries in my flashlight (which I use almost daily) and they corroded the inside of the flashlight. They were fresh batteries, only in the flashlight for about a week. One of the batteries was so bad that to remove it I needed to put a s**** in it and pull it out using a hammer. I attatched a picture so you can see. The inside of my flashlight is ruined now because of their faulty batteries and that flashlight costs about $100. *** tried contacting them a dozen times by email but got no reply. I would like them to either pay for my flashlight or simply send me another $100 flashlight of theyre choosing. So its either cash or a flashlight.Business Response

New Batteries and ************ limited Lifetime Warranty. Filed complaint that charger was not working. Uploaded pictures and receipt of purchased. Product was purchased within 30 days ago. Received email that they could not see information on photos sent. Requested a second set of the above information be sent. The amount of time I am putting into this complaint is causing more loss of money from this malfunctioning product that they evidently do not want to replace. They are a Company that evidently does not stand behind their product.Business Response

I purchased Energizer Alkaline AA batteries in bulk (24) packages to use in my outdoor cameras. I installed them in April, 2022 and by July 2022, the batteries had leaked and damaged my cameras. Energizer warrants the batteries to provide repair or replacement of the items when damage is caused by product failure. I filed a claim online in July and provided pictures and documentation of purchase and damages to product. The consumer services team at Energizer keeps demanding more and more redundant information and will not pay the claim. I have called the customer services number and keep getting the run-around. I want them to replace two damaged cameras that were damaged by their batteries.

I wanted the ArmorAll foam ****** to work very badly. I saw videos and thought it looked really cool. I bought the foam ****** 2 in 1 from Mowers ****** on Sat, Sep 10th. ****** didn't sell the ArmorAll Snow Foam for some reason though. Which made no sense. The Auto Zone across town had that.I spent literally 3 hours trying the pressure washer setup, than the regular garden hose setup. I used the entire bottle of Snowfoam trying different mix ratios and even trying undiluted. All in 95 degree weather in ***********, **.We tried the pressure washer on the garden hose setting and the pressure washer setting. We tried every dial on every setting with every configuration. We tried different water spigots. We have great water pressure. I even tried different water hoses. Even A brand new ZeroG hose, a continental hose, and a construction grade hose.. Several of my neighbors were very interested in the product and wanted to check it out. One of my neighbors even tried his high powered pressure washer with it. No difference.Nothing even came close to producing what my neighbors or myself would consider "foam". When my neighbors left and we all threw in the towel on it. I shot a couple brief videos for proof of the disappointment. I was exhausted and hungry at this point. See order details and also videos below. We bought a large pack of ******* batteries and put them in our smart door lock and a **** ***** **** label printer. Multiple batteries have leaked ruining both devices I have sent the pictures that ******* requested showing this but everything I send something they request something else. I have sent now no less than 20 pictures of the batteries and evices but the company is still refusing to stand behind their guarantees and intact just keep requesting more and more pictures. I think they are doing this so I will drop the issue because both items that were ruined were several hundred dollars worth of damage together. They are making false claims they will replace any item that is damaged by their batteries.Business Response

I purchased AA batteries online from a vendor of Energizer. I asked to be directed to a manager, but they would not let me. This is the 2 nd time I had issues a faulty low power batteries from(The battery supplier), so I went straight to the manufacturer, energizer and tried to get my faulty batteries replaced. I filed a complaint ***************** with this business.
Energizer makes unrealistic ridiculous expectations of the consumer (me) and others, that they never have to give you what you paid good money for. They are stealing from people ! BBB needs to protect the consumer !!! And False advertising stating they stand behind there products as they sell junk to consumers.
I’ve spent over 5 hours of my time taking pics of there defective batteries and they tell me that they can’t read the pics. I can see them clearly. You need to see what they have you do to get them pics. And the the pic can only be 5 mb max. And the want all the batteries lined up together and take a pic of things you can’t even read with 20/20 vision.
I did everything they asked for. I even took a pic of every single battery so they can see a close up with my ***** ******* * **** camera and they still are not satisfied. I asked to send me a postage paid return label and told them I’d send them all back to them and they don’t do that. How much more of my time and money does a person need to do to get a manufacturer to just replace the defective 47 AA batteries I paid money for. The last purchase I did was 100 AA batteries online and I’m not so sure the rest of them died prematurely too, but I’m not asking for them to be replaced. I use these batteries in trail cameras and spent several hundred dollars in gas driving to Ohio on the previous batch of bad batteries only to find out the batteries died in the camera do I never got any pics and I essentially wasted a trip and my time.
I just want the 47 defective AA batteries replaced that I’ve never use. Thanks.Business Response
