Anheuser-***** had a rebate promotion going on and I submitted my receipt Feb 3rd 2023, my rebate tracking is ********** and it has been processing for 8 weeks. I have chatted multiple times and they say they are going to escalate my rebate and then keep telling me to wait 15 more days every time I chat. I submitted 3 rebates on Feb 4, 2023 Each one for $15.00=$45.00. They are not processing them or mailing them out to me. I have contacted them via chat, ************* and all I'm told is to wait another 4-6 weeks. They have already started a new rebate offer & I submitted 3 more rebates on March 20 & they haven't acknowleged receiving them which they always due the same day or maybe the next day. I have $90.00 due to me that I purchesed there product for solely based on this offer. I have spent countless time wasted trying to get this resolved with ********** I would like help. I purchased a 2 12 pack set of *** ***** based on their $10 rebate offer. I scanned the *** code, and paid for the purchase. I completed the paperwork for rebate that was submitted online, and included legible copies of the *** code and Receipt. Approximately 3 weeks later I got an email that the *** provided was invalid. What a scam, I did not keep any of that over $10, and their email contact is no good "the remote server is misconfigured" and a text was not answered. the phone number was a time suck, another problem. On 2/8/23 I submitted three (3) $15 Budweiser on line beer rebates showing the purchase of three (3) Budlight 12packs/12 ounces on 2/7/23. In addition, I submitted three (3) gasoline receipts per the rebate guidelines to be reimbursed $45 via ******. The rebate tracking numbers are **********, **********, and **********. On 2/13/23, I received an email denying my three (3) rebates. I called the beer rebate center that day and the person could not explain why my rebates were denied. They told me to call back in seven (7) days and they would send my rebates for further review. I called back on 2/21/23 and the person still couldn’t explain why my rebates had been denied. I was on hold for over 30 minutes, I asked to speak to a manager (badge #****) and he couldn’t explain why my rebates were denied. The manager took my name and phone number and promised to follow-up with me within 72 hours and that never happened!! I am just asking to be awarded my $45 beer rebate….Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:they sent me the following email on 3/6/23 stating that my three (3) $15 rebates did not pass their audit process, why can they not be specific? I submitted a receipt showing I purchased three (3) 12 packs of Budlight along with three (3) receipts showing that I purchased fuel.Thank you for reaching out regarding the status of your rebates. I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but after speaking to our rebate team, it looks like these rebates were denied because they did not pass our audit process. Unfortunately, we are unable to validate your rebates. Please let me know if I can look into anything else for you!

Like all the other complaints. I follow their rebate policies however lately they have been rejecting my rebates for 1 or 2 reasons. Unfortunately in the tracking number detail, it doesn't tell you what Rebate or AB number you duplicated or what product was needed to fulfill the rejected rebates. I think this is important to have!
As far as i can see I am only out $20 4 rebates most likely quantity (2) each for 2 different rebates or AB numbers.
Maybe they are short handed? Idont know
I would like a refund and for them to consider putting more detail into the tracking number especially the AB number.
My rebates are tracked on how many i have completed on another site. I shouldnt have this happening!Business Response

Purchased 24 pack beer AB-8209 and buns or meat. I purchased buns. Received an email that this is not valid! I purchased a 24 pack and buns within the dates! Rebate says: Description: Get $10 back when you purchase ONE (1) Budweiser or Bud Light 18-pk or larger and ONE (1) package of meat or buns. This is really getting old with this company. I have to do twice as much work to get a piddly rebate! I went to a different beer because of this a few months ago! This has to stop!!!!!!! they are looking for any reason not to pay a rebate!!!! Reward Program: The last 2 rebates they've had, I've sent in 6 UPC's and receipts in each for 6 cases of beer. I should've received $30 gift cards and both times I've received $5.00. Currently I'm waiting on another $30 gift card which I figure will be $5.00 again. False advertising. Your employees should know the difference between 1 & 6 UPC's and $5 vs $30 on a gift card. Big difference and I'm very upset I do my end and gather all the necessary documents and you scam me out of what you owe me. Fix your program and quit ripping people off. 12/8 ordered a keg of Stella per a "favor" to area re/manager as they are doing a Stella push. 12/15 asked to have keg picked up because it is not the right keg tap for the system. It was then explained that someone was supposed to contact me to come out and hook it up for me, which did not happen. Asked again to pickup keg on 12/15. Rep said they would come Monday 12/19 to pickup keg. Noone came to pickup keg. I then asked again 12/21 to have keg picked up, they said they would come friday 12/23. Noone came to pickup keg on Friday. We then closed for holiday week and came under an agreement for sale of restaurant.

I submitted documents for the $5.00 rebate card. I received an email showing the card was delivered, which I never received. I tried text communication twice, called numerous times, to no avail. Finally was able to speak with a rep who said I would receive a virtual ecard. I instead received a message stating that AHB could not send an ecard and asked if I wanted to receive a plastic card through the mail. Such a waste of my time and this makes me wonder how many other people just decided it wasn't worth the time and frustration. AHB needs to look into whoever is handling this project.
