      When there was a boycott for bud light they had a deal where u bought a case and they would give u ***** dollars back. They never did. My mom also bought a case from her house and she got nothing as well.

      Today I simply wanted to submit my documents to get my $15.00 per the advertised Rebate # AB-8375.I obeyed the rules, took picture of my 7-3-2024 Purchase Receipt and 36-Pack Box UPC Code as per the Rules. At evey turn the website refused me, none of the options worked. In fact the options were false. To get your check mailed"; "to skip this step if you prefer to mail in your documents"; to enter your information and move to the next step; "to continue" showed up with a red "X". All of the options were false. They "harrasses" deliberately trying to wear me and other Purchasers down to "submit". After all the lies, it was easy to see that they desparately wanted the signature/finger print Cellular Telephone Number. They falsely guided me in violation of the Rebate Rules by telling me you need "Virtual Money" and this Option was a good one (again, it harrassed and became the only option). They harrassed me "stealing" my time. They wanted a Cellular Telephone "finger print" to profile me in the databases and sell my personal information for money. It became a common scam. I was unable to sibmit for my $15.00 Rebate per the Rebate Rules.

      On July 4, 2024 I submitted the following Complaint. In addition I submitted my Purchase Receipt as well as the picture of the *** Code and box of the Purchase. Anheuser-***** neither responded to me nor paid the Advertised Rebate. Better Business Bureau closed my case stating "the business made a good faith effort". I resubmit the Complaint again as the BBB Website did not allow me to Respond: Today I simply wanted to submit my documents to get my $15.00 per the advertised Rebate # AB-8375.       Talked to **** today who was assigned Anheuser ***** Case# ********.  Nice man, said he would bring to up Management the design of the Rebate Website that had many flaws and malfuntions.  The e-mail option did not work (it kept requesting a Cell phone).   He has the Purchase Receupt and UPC Code, he is mailing $30.00 to my address ( the $15.00 Rebate Plus $15.00 more for the stress in dealing with the Rebate Website malfunctions, and some of my time).  The check he said would arrive in about 4 to 6 weeks.

      I purchased a 30 pack of ***** Lite for the College Football Championship. It came with a $5 rebate. I completed all the necessary rebate requirements and received an email from ****************** I have been attempting to use this rebate a number of times and a number of different ways. It always gets rejected. At this point, it is set to expire at the end of the month and does not work. I have checked the information and online, it claims there is still a balance of $5 on it, but still does not work anywhere. I included the proxy number listed on the website and attached a copy of the balance from the website. I would request that the company rectify this by simply sending a check to cover this.

      Me and a friend saw there was a rebate on ***** lite and we bought 25 cases of bottles when we got home and read the rebate it was only good for cans , now this is like the second time they have done this so they are discriminating against bottle drinkers of there product .

      Hello On Sunday 4/7/24 I did submit a rebate for offer AB-8167. I did include a copy of the store receipt and the item UPC(both are attached here). The rebate was for $7.00 for the purchase of One 12 pack of Michelob Ultra (owned by Anheuser-*****). I did select this to be a digital gift card reward. I was giving tracking number for the rebate (**********) and was told it was a valid rebate submission.On Tuesday 4/9/24 a code was sent to me to activate the $7.00 Gift card. The code to set up the card activation was AY3DZNE4YDS1 to redeem at this site ************************************ I have tried several times but I keep getting errors when I try to activate the card. I have attached screen caps of the error messages that I have gotten. Meanwhile I still can't activate the gift card to get my $7.00. Can you please help correct this error so I do get the $7.00 gift card?I tired to get help direct from the prepaid card center on Thursday 4/11/24- Afraid they were no help to me and the card still isn't active. I don't have the $7.00 I was promised by doing the rebate.I tired to get help direct from Anheuser-***** on Friday 4/12/24- Afraid they were no help to me and the card still isn't active. I don't have the $7.00 I was promised by doing the rebate.Please can you help get them to send me a new digital gift card or a check for 7.00 in the mail so I get the money I was to get through the rebate.

      They wrote me on Monday 4/15/24 at 10:42 am saying the below that I would hear back with a new card within 72 hours. It's been over 72 hours and still no answer and still no card I still don't have my $7.00 Please help

      i bought three 4 packs of devils backbone smash drinks . just like your offer said to do to get my rebate of 8 dollars . i mailed in everything as informed on the rebate poster . i am still waiting on my rebate from october 2023 . i spoke with a rep.back in november and assured me that everything was taken care of . i am still waiting for my rebate . and your reps. put me on hold and never get back on the phone . the tracking number is ********** . i guess that is why i dislike Anheuser ***** so much now . i cant find regular Michelob beer anywhere now and you don't seem to care about your customers or that's how i feel . well there you go your rep just hung up on me after being on hold for 23 minutes . the reps name was **** or so she said . sounded like a foreigner to me . will get a reply or is this just wasted time again ????************************* the drinks cost me 36 dollars but your complaint total box will not accept that amount .

      Ive applied for several rebates through Beer Rebate website. They have rejected my claims three times previously because they said I filed in the wrong state. I didnt. I finally got one rebate via digital card for $5 that will not work online, in person or over the phone. *** tried for the amount on the card, actually less, and it doesnt work. You cant reach a real person either and the only option is to call. No email or chat.They owe me $20

      On December 28th I submitted rebates for beer. They are original submissions, valid, and submitted in according to the offer terms and rules. They declined all 12 rebates for various issues, like not original form, to not original receipt. The receipts were the originals and were scanned in because this is an online rebate (not mail in).The rebate form was submitted online as indicated was an option. They declined the rebates and I have been fighting with the rebate company of Anheuser-**** for over 2 months. This is a common trend for this company which I have seen on forums and myself. Whenever I submit a rebate they deny it within hours, then I have to fight with them to get it (but takes months). I am willing to talk to the media as I see others experience the same issues.I am fed up with this as it says rebates will be delivered within 2-3 weeks....       The item I purchased was an 18 pack of beer in the Summer of 2023 from local supermarket. The rebate promised was $15. I submitted appropriate required info including the purchase receipt. I received atracking number for the rebate from ******** *****. No rebate was received by me for more than 6 months.
      I contacted online chat tonight Feb 3, 2024, verified my name, address, tracking number as per the agent request. Agent found all info. After a prolonged wait, he requested further verification of my email address. I sent on both the previous and an additional email for contact and refund as per his request. He did not process. He told me there was an error in my email contact info, asked me to check my spam, junk folders. There was no communication from AB. To add insult to injury he is obviously not US based and his communications did not make sense in English. I needed to ask him to repeat his questions repeatedly. At no point was I inappropriate, but did ask him rephrase his questions. He terminated communications, referred me to a toll free number: ************ where there was no possibility of resolution. This problem has been described innumerable times before to BBB and continues unabated.

      Although I appreciate the help of the BBB and the timeliness of the response from AB, I am rejecting this response because: while I appreciate the check being sent and the issue being resolved, there was no reason why the rebate was not sent in a timely manner. I fulfilled all of my duties: completed all required paperwork, submitted it on time and in full, and received a confirmation number in the Summer of 2023. The rebate was promised within a maximum of 3 weeks. There was no further communication from AB, nor the processing company. Last week, I attempted to resolve this issue using the chat app on the AB rebate submission site. I provided all requested information to the representative including my name, home address, submission confirmation number and email address. He would not process the claim and directed me to a toll-free number where there was no option to resolve the problem. I need to reiterate: he would not process my claim. Additionally, he suggested a process that could never resolve the issue, and clearly was meant to be obstructive. Only after contacting the BBB was this problem resolved. In reviewing the company's handling of these rebates, innumerable other consumers have experienced similar frustrations. It clear that this is deceitful and there is an active attempt to not process rebates. I don't know where the fault lies, whether with AB or the processing company, but it is immaterial to me as a consumer. In the futures, I will not be purchasing any beverages produced by AB, nor it's partners.
