On January 24th I canceled service with DCS. They only picked up one time and it definitely was not the day it was supposed to be. I contacted the office numerous times. Was told no refund until they picked up the trash can. Well, they did that in March. They have their trash can, still no refund. I have asked for the owner, a supervisor, an email to the finance department... NOTHING but excuses!Initial Complaint

The service that the company offered was only met 50% of the time. The subdividing had to call because the trash was not pick-up on the day we were assigned during the week and sometime not until the next week. They never has us credit for weeks missed on the bills. The truck were also losing fluid and damaging the street. I called and canceled the service on January 12, 2024 and have followed-up 5 times requesting my refund. They did not pick-up the trash any during the 2024 year so the subdivision cancel the contract with them. I am just looking to get my money back and let others know that they are not reliable on meeting their requirements. When I call about my refund they keep telling me that someone is working on it. I find that hard to believe and I have data and who I talked to each time.Initial Complaint

Trash pickup for 1-1-24 thru 3-1-24. Cancelled service 1-12-24 and requested refund for balance of the remaining 11 weeks because they hadn't picked up for 2 weeks straight and they were unreliable for several weeks before. I pay quarterly for weekly trash pickup on Fridays. In the past three months, there was one period in January of three weeks where there was no pickup at all and almost weekly DCS does not come on our agreed scheduled day. That creates a problem because I can't leave out my trash so they can pick up whenever they feel like it.Initial Complaint

Beginning in Dec 2023 DCS was no longer providing the service we had paid for. In January 2024 they debited $60 for future service. We stopped service after January. We have attempted to get refunded but the company refuses. We were paying for weekly trash pickup. In 8 weeks time our trash was picked up 3 times.Initial Complaint

We have used their services for years. We have had issues with them off and on but they would usually come and pick it up. I pay quarterly and they sent me a bill that was due Jan. 9, 2024. I paid it on 12.30.23 for $55.50 for January * March 2024. On January 8, I called ***** and cancelled our service and requested a full refund. Our services was so bad from Thanksgiving on. I have called *****, ******* every Monday since then. I asked her who the owner of the business was and she said *****************. She said we can't reach him. We did not get any service in December. They have $55.50 of my money for services that I did not receive for January * March of 2024. I would like a refund.Initial Complaint

Failed to pickup trash on 2-12-2024. Showed up on 2-15-2024 and picked up trash but failed to get recycling. Failed to get trash or recycling the week of 2-5 thru 2-9 or the previos week of 1-29 thru 2-2. Also a no show for trash or recycling 1-22 thru 2-26. We did have ice on 1-22 but it melted rather quickly and the rest of the week was warm and still failed pickups. I think was another week in January when the didn't show but I dont have it on my camera system. We have subdivision ******** and all my neighbors using DSC can confirm my complaint.
