      I have been dealing with Accredo unsuccessfully for the past six months. My orthopedist sent them a prescription for euflexxa which took them 6 weeks to fill. That was back in October 2024. They finally shipped but still have not correctly filed a claim with my insurance. Now they are billing me directly and sending late notices, even though I have been calling them every month and they say they will file the claim. I feel they are trying to scam me. If I pay the and then they file a claim I doubt I'll get my money back, Not paying them. Don't trust them

      ZERO! I have to use Accredo for my speacialty medicine. The medicine is the only way I have any quality of life I have a rare genetic disease. Ive been victimized my Accredo for the past 8 years. Repeatedly cancelled my order. I own nothing. The lastst is because I got a new prescription for the same medication.. I have a P/A from my insurance good for a year.. but the agents as they call them selves refused to send because they think if you get new prescription you also need a new P/A. They have hung up on me and a so called supervisor called me a liar . All while they hold my meds hostage.. ridiculous they read a script and have no knowledge of how thing actually works.. HELP!!

      - I am on antidepressants and without them I am not well.- I have been off of my medication now going on 3-weeks despite having a prescription, the willingness to take my medication regularly and a regular pharmacy b/c Express Scripts will not approve my medication with a pre-authorization from my **** I have been on this medication for over a year, so its not a matter of it being new.- The medication is $450 without insurance. I cannot afford this. I am given the run around each time.- Luckily I found a private pharmacy that found an NDC (prescription identification number) for my prescription that is affordable ($48 vs $450). And they let me know that they dropped Express Scripts b/c they do not provide reimbursement for medication.- Why is Express Scripts still able to operate under these conditions? Why are they even able to decline a live saving medication I need prescribed by my **** Why are they able to deny reimbursement for a medication in their system?Please do something about this.

      I dont believe this company can even be considered a pharmacy as they are INCAPABLE of processing prescriptions and dispensing medication. After an entire month of issues, an initial loading bolus of a specialty medication was sent. We have since been completely unable to get the refills processed because Accredo processed the initial dose incorrectly. They processed a loading dose as a 28 day supply s******* up the automated system so the refill cannot be processed. The medication is an injection every fourteen days. I have been on the phone for a week and a half, escalated to supervisors and had a pharmacy technician with the physicians office call as well, all to no avail. Each phone call is met with recorded prompts and random service agents with varying levels of knowledge. The multitude of answers we have received is astounding all without a solution and still no medication. DO NOT trust your health to this organization. You will not get medications and end up with missed doses and exacerbation of your condition...and an ER visit to boot.

      Wished it was possible to have zero or negative star options. It makes no sense how this company can remain in business. I've always wondered if they purposely hold back filling prescriptions in a timely manner to reduce the amount of money the insurance companies have to spend per fiscal year. It's obvious they don't care what their inept services do to the many people needing the medications.

      Furious! Express *********************************************************** Accredo Specialty Pharmacy has now again charged my cc, without authorization, for hundreds of dollars that I have repeatedly told them to stop. I was assured, yet again, on Monday that automatic payments were turned off on my account. I was assured that the rx would be processed through insurance and then the co-pay assistance program BEFORE I would be invoiced for the balance. The ***** ***** co-pay assistance program assured me there were enough funds to cover the *** There is ZERO reason I should have to be fighting this hard to not be overcharged over $700 for a single dose of needed medication!!! I have been trying to get this done correctly for weeks. RX has been shipped, but I will have to meet *** at the door and refuse the delivery because there is zero chance I will be able to take this medication at over $700 a dose!

      ******************. I have been trying to pay my monthly prescription costs since February. I contact the company and they continue to tell me that I don't owe anything. The customer service **** are EXTREMELY hard to understand and if you ask for someone or a supervisor who speaks better English, you get disconnect. Wish I had never gotten hooked up with them.

      Horrible scummy a** company!!! Had an insurance claim from them after I changed insurances. Not sure how they got the new insurance. They claimed it was a test claim to see if it would go through on the insurance. My primary pharmacy with my new insurance is cvs and that claim from them prevented me from getting my next round of medication. Accredo refused to reverse the claim and told me to contact my insurance. When I spoke to my insurance they were able to do it but informed me that accredo can reverse claims. Then the person I spoke with at Accredo had the audacity to ask if I still wanted the medicine sent after I got stuck with a $1700 bill previously. Rude a** employees that wont help. If you can try and avoid them as best as you can as its clear they have no ethics and try to be sneaky. No telling how much they are abusing other patients/insurances to get what they need.

      Our experience with Accredo has been deeply frustrating and concerning. My daughter relies on a critical medication, and Accredo has repeatedly failed to ensure timely delivery. There have been multiple occasions where shipments were delayed without any noticeoften not informing us of issues until the day the medication was expected to arrive.Prior authorizations frequently go missing, despite being confirmed on previous calls. We are regularly told that everything is in order, only to find the order halted at the last moment due to preventable administrative errors. Resolving these issues typically requires numerous callssometimes five or more in a single weekjust to get the medication shipped.Additionally, communication with phone representatives has been challenging, and the recent call system often disconnects before the post-call survey can be completed, limiting feedback opportunities.For families managing serious health needs, reliability matters. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage others to explore alternative options for specialty pharmacy services.

      Accredited is a disaster! They call and it takes forever ( minimum 45 minutes). They read a script that doesnt address the problem, they ask questions that are nonsensical, they hang up when they dont understand, and they dont even read the notes from previous conversations. Interaction with them are not good, and asking for a supervisor isnt helpful. Not sure what to do because I have to use them. If you dont need to use them Dont!!!!!!!
