      I had a terrible experience with this company. They told me that my medicine was ready to be processed and that I should pick it up by tomorrow, but they never shipped it. When I called them, they said that the nurse never contacted me, so the pharmacy wouldn't issue the prescription without speaking to the nurse first. Because it was the weekend, they didn't work or ship any medicine during that time. I had to wait until Monday, and at the last minute, they informed me that my BCBS NC plan is out of state and won't cover my prescription, meaning I would have to find another option. I wasted ******************************** at the last moment that they wouldn't send my medicine. The communication from this company is terrible, and I wouldn't recommend anyone use this pharmacy.

      Horrible. Broke us immediately and told us we would be put on a waitlist for financial assistance - turns out that was a lie and we aren't even eligible for the program. Can't get any **** that are able to answer questions. Actually 0 stars.

      I wouldnt give even one star. Such a worst pharmacy company. They overcharge for medications. We were billed for $1522 on my card after the customer *** mentioned the cost was $80 during placement of the order. Once I ask for a return or refund they would not provide my money back. I called as soon as I knew the cost and now they say they cannot do anything

      I have been extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with Accredo Specialty Pharmacy. I'm currently on hold, after they have called me the past 8 days, for 34 minutes. I've spoken to them every week, the past 3 weeks so my prescription can be filled. I'm suffering from side effects from a medication that they switched me to from namebrand generic biosimilar. My physician has had to get involved, and the namebrand rx was sent April 15th. *************** approved, but Accredo still will not fill my rx and i will have to skip doses due to their not fulfilling their job. Every time I actually speak to someone after long holds, I'm told that they will correct the situation. A month later, I still do not have my medication for my autoimmune disease and waste 30-60minutes daily on hold to speak to someone.

      ZERO stars... worst pharmacy ever!! Terrible customer service, never call back, loose scripts, tell you it is ready and never send, tell you they don't have any scripts on file. Round and round... been waiting for over 3 months... still no meds. One time I was even given to a csr working from home with a screaming child in the background!! Horrible!

      I wish I could rate ZERO stars!!!! All the negative reviews on here are EXACTLY what I have been going through. I am working with my insurance to not use this pharmacy. They are THE WORST!!!

      My last month of ******* and script denied. I placed the order on 4/30 and informed on delivery date,May 7th. Stopped. This medication requires to be taken daily for its effectiveness. I'm disappointed,this company doesnt realize there is a person that is fighting for their life.

      Absolutely terrible TERRIBLE company. They sent in my critical prescription a day late, then when it was 2 days past when I should have received it I had to call THEM and they said they couldnt tell me if it would even be there in 5 DAYS !!! If I could leave negative stars I would. They didnt even have tracking info on it and they didnt get in contact with me or give me tracking info and they said they couldnt make any promises that it would get there in any amount of time. My prescriber had sent it in over a week prior by the way.they asked if I wanted it express shipped next time for $20no I just want it to be delivered on time. F****** joke of a company I get why the reviews are so bad..go somewhere else.

      Took 2 months to fill a new prescription. I need a refill ever 4 weeks. The first refill took 8 weeks. I'm currently awaiting the second refill which I have already missed my dose. I have spent a minimum of 2 hours every day for the last week trying to get it filled and still nothing. The agents work from home and do not know ANYTHING about the pharmacy or the medications. They just read your chart. They refuse to put you through to a supervisor. Why is this the only specialty pharmacy my insurance takes?!? They should be shut down!!!
