The company is horrible at answering the "contact us" on their page. I sent 3 separate inquiries days apart with no response. When I called customer service, I was lied to on each occasion from being told they didn't understand why the items didn't ship when they were in stock. Then I was told items were on back order and that's why they didnt ship (called on a Monday and was told it would ship Wednesday). I gave it 2 days and received no notification for tracking information. I called customer service today and was informed there were some issues/confusion with the warehouse and the items could be shipped tomorrow. I don't believe them at this point and have cancelled my order. They have permanently lost my business.Initial Complaint

Hello,I ordered scrubs from this website, I ordered 4 tops and 4 bottoms. I only received 2 tops and 2 bottoms. I contacted them, they said they would send out the other 2 tops and 2 bottoms. They would not give me any compensation because I needed these right away. My order number was P1113012747. I asked for a manager, they would not let me speak with one. The lady on the phone said that my order was already packed and on its way Friday. I was requesting expedited shipping as its not fair. I called today Aug 13 and the lady said it had not even shipped yet. The order number for the replacement order is OD3602190. On Friday, the manager said it was already shipping and that they were sending it the fastest speed they had to offer. Clearly that is not true, it is not fair to lie to a customer. When I called today 8/13 she had said it is 1-2 day processing and I said that I was told it shipped out Friday. Clearly that was not the case. The manager had even lied to me. Again, I am still waiting for my items to ship. The company has lied to me and wouldn't do anything for me. I will never choose to shop with this company as I am still waiting on my order that was supposedly shipped Friday but that was a lie.Initial Complaint

I had tried to cancel my order. The company said they couldn't because it already shipped. Then they said it didn't ship. I called numerous times. Got the order cancelled. Then they wouldn't refund my money. After many more phone calls and emails they said they would issue a refund. They never did. I called again and said I should be receiving my refund. Still haven't received my refund. This was 5 weeks ago. Then I got an email saying their refund server is down. I tried calling again and it goes straight to leave a message. I have numerous emails but don't know how to upload them. They are liars and cheats. I have read others complaints and all are the same. They never refund customers money.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for scrubs on June 25, 2023, Order # ***********. The order was supposed to ship within 10 business days and when it didn't, I reached out to customer service. I ended up calling several times as the order continued to be delayed, I was told once the order shipped, I would receive a $75 refund for the delay. My order finally shipped july 17 and I received it July 20. Two sets of my scrubs were supposed to have red embroidery, however all of them have white embroidery. I called customer service that day and told them I had not received the $75 refund and did not get the scrubs with the red embroidery. They told me I would get my refund within 48 hours and instructed me to email a picture of scrubs I received. I emailed the pictures immediately and on Jul 21 I received a confirmation email that they received my email. The confirmation email said to allow 48 business hours for a response. July 26 was 3 full business days, I called in the evening and was told it's just taking longer. It's now been 5 business days since receiving my order, I still haven't received the $75 refund and they haven't reached out to send the red embroidered scrubs. This whole experience has been a disappointment. I want the 2 sets of red embroidered scrubs with matching pants sent out and to be issued a $150 refund for this entire experience.Initial Complaint

P1112961838 Placed an order on 7/11/23. Received 1 out 7 of the ordered items on 7/18/23. No information on the rest of order. The first time I called customer service they said they needed one more item of the remaining and it would be shipped out in just a few days. The second time I called they said it had been marked as "an escalated matter" and I would receive an email. Never got an email. The third time I called customer service they stated its already marked escalated and that they have no idea when I will receive the other items. I order a set a scrubs on 7/17/23 the website and the customer line both state that I will receive my order in 6 days EXCEPT for Alaska and Hawaii. It's 4 days now and my order is still at the warehouse. I spoke a customer service representative on 7/20/23 and she stated to me that the warehouse had my order and nothing was on back order and that she will have someone contact me today with more information she said it could be because of nurse's week and she will work on it. Today 7/21/23 I spoke to a supervisor which now tells me that the employee lied and that one or more of my items are on back order and that her employee had no way of getting that information. I am looking on the website and it states that all the items I purchased are in stock the supervisor told that doesn't mean they actually have it. The warehouse would have to confirm. I find that very misleading and false advertisement I needed those scrubs for my first day of work I tried to go to the local store but they said they only keep limited stock in store and that I would have to go online for what I really wanted. I can't believe this is how this company does business. They took my money knowingly that my order will be delayed and still I cannot get straight answer from an hourly employee and a supervisor. My God who is doing the training at scrubs and beyond. I will never do business with such a dysfunctional organization ever again. I learned my lesson.Initial Complaint

I placed an order online from Scrubs and Beyond on 7/14/23 for a pair of pants. As of 7/20/23 item is still pending and company tell me item cannot be processed because system is down. For a whole week system is down? I call company to cancel my order and company tells me cancellation cannot be processed because system is down. Scrubs and Beyond is a fraud and scam company and should not be allowed to stay in business to keep ripping people off of their hard earned money! How does this company do business if their system is always down. The BBB needs to be aware of this company and their business practices.Initial Complaint

Purchased scrub pants from the company and the pants say delivered as per the company but the item was not received. Reached out to Scrubs and Beyond to ask that they reship my item and they are refusing to do so and are also refusing a refund.
