I placed an online order on May 19, 2023. Fast forward five weeks I still havent received my order. I called **************** (CS) and they informed they would fulfill and I will have my order in two days. Wednesday came along nothing. Called CS again and the new agent informed me that the order has missing items and they can not cancel order to give it a week. Gave it a week called and canceled my order asking for a refund. According to CS they do not charge my card or gift card until the shipment has been fulfilled since it hasnt my funds should be there and they could not give me a discount for inconvenience because the online store and retail stores are separate entities. Which I could NOT understand that if its the same company. So, the supervisor offered a discount only redeemable online I stated why would I want to that if I desperately need uniforms snd they havent been able to fulfill my first order. Crickets. Two days later went to store they had my scrubs available went to pay and NO FUNDS available. Called CS again they said give them ***** which was on Tuesday 6/13. Checked today 6/20 funds again are unavailable in my gift card. I am tired of the run around this company needs to be investigated on their consumer practices and false advertisement. This unfair for the nurses attempting to work who needs their scrubs because they just had their car broken into and all scrubs stolen. Dont need more drama I need a resolution and my money back.Initial Complaint

Ordered a scrub top order #P1112710356 with confirmed shipping on 3/21/2023.Received the top but shipped back for a return 4/5/2023.As of today 6/14/2023, I have yet to receive my money back. I placed an order on 06/01/23, and on 06/12/23 I had not received my product. I contacted Scrubs and Beyond to check on the status of my order and was told it was sent to my previous address. I recently ordered from this company (02/2023) and received my order at my correct and current address, so I am unsure why they sent this order to the wrong address. *****, the customer service representative I spoke to, informed me that the company could not help me in any way- they would not be resending my order or refunding my money. My only recourse was to hope the package was returned to the post office so it may be rerouted to me. I do not feel this is an adequate resolution to the issue. I have contacted the local post office regarding the incorrect address. The tracking number I have does not match any packages in their system, and they were unable to provide me with information about the package's location. I have orders from March and April I still have never received but have paid for. Every time I contact customer service, they give me the same response about their warehouse. Then perhaps they need to do something about the warehouse, or dont take customers money , or sell items that are not fulfilled. My order #P1112839986 placed 5/12/23 for $125.24 has literally been pending and stuck in limbo for over 2 weeks. I have placed another order in the interim with total success. This order has just no budged with any shipping beginning or any change since it was placed on 5/12/23. I received ONE item of the 5 total items so I have been charged for this order. I have received NO responses back (out of my FIVE attempts to contact customer service via their messaging system on their website & via their CHAT function) except for ONE response to tell me that the order was delivered because I received ONE of the five items in my order.Initial Complaint

I placed an order March 1st. I was charged $200.92 the day I placed my order. My order did not ship for almost a month due to items out of stock. I told them to ship whats available and the rest could be shipped later when available. I ended up having 2 packages. When the first package shipped they charged me $163. I didnt know i would be getting charged again when I already paid them, so I called and customer service told me that when I placed the order a hold was placed on the money and when I receive my full order then the original $200.92 would be given back to me. A couple more weeks went by after receiving my first package and my second (final) package shipped and another $39 was taken from my bank account. I have yet to receive my $200.92 that was put on hold. I have called them and emailed them a bunch of times asking them about my money and all they said was that the hold was lifted and that I shouldve gotten my money back. I did not get my money back, so I was double charged and paid over $400 for a $200 order. I am extremely disappointed and I will NEVER order from them again.Initial Complaint

I made an online purchase. I got an email notification that it was delivered on 3/27/23. It was no where to be found, after thoroughly searching my mailbox and my porch numerous times. I have sent them 3 messages and no one is answering my messages at all. This is not acceptable. They need to answer me and send me a replacement for my order. I did find your emails that you sent in and you should have received responses from those emails but the agents did not close out the emails the correct way and that caused them not to get sent out. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
I have placed a replacement order, order number OD3325016, I have requested this to shipped on 2-day express shipping. With this being an internal order, you will not be able see this order on the website and I will send you the tracking information once I receive it from my warehouse.

On march 9th of 2023 a preauthorization of $75.06 was placed on my card without my authorization. I did not purchase anything from them nor do I want to purchase anything from them. Their customer support was terrible and I had a whole situation with them regarding the return of an article of clothing (which is a whole other situation). I am reaching out to your BBB complaint about a
preauthorization of $75.06 on 3/9/23.
I was looking into your order *********** from 1/18/23 and found
that that order was shipped back in January but due to a system error we did
not receive notification from our warehouse that your item was shipped. When this was corrected and fixed in our
warehouse system on 3/9/23 that is when we invoiced you for your item on this
order. That is why you saw a charge of
75.06 on 3/9/23 it is from this 1/18/23 order, if you would check your bank
statement you will see no charges from January when this was shipped.
If you do see a charge from January, please send me a copy
of that charge and I will have this charge removed.

I ordered on March 1st from Scrubs and Beyond a total of $132.64. It is now 9 days after ordering. The confirmation says they ship in 4-6 days. I have called to ask if they have an update and they are unable to give him one. I called to cancel the order. They refuse to cancel the order. 12/13/22 purchased a set of scrubs from them, returned the top (wrong size). order#P1112490684 had to pay shipping and handing for return (****). should receive a refund of $9.83. have not received the refund yet.I sent a email as to inquire. they sent a copy of the invoice after what should have been the refund. I started calling on 12/31/22 to tell them I have not received refund. Was told they could not put it back on card that I purchased it with. (pre-paid debit) they asked me for another card number, I gave them one. on 01/07/23 called to say still no refund, was told the portal would not accept. now mind you they never call to tell me this. So they will try again. 01/18/23 called again talked to a manager (********) she said we have not heard from our acccounting ***** I ask why are we trying the same thing and expecting different results. So I gave her another card #.01/24/23 called again she said she would call me back. NO CALL I called 01/31/23. she said she would check and call me back again. 02/03/23 called again, no result.last call 02/08/23. she offered me a gift card for their business if I was going to purchase something else. I told her NO. today is 0216/23. No refund no phone no communication at all. I just want my money back it should not take this long.Customer Answer

I received a email from them on March 7, 2023 which said my refund has been processed . I sincerely think it is because you wee trying to contact them. I checked my bank account and it is in there.
