      I spent $187.04 on scrubs Im expected to wear to work on Monday, February 13. The website said to expect 30 delay. Tomorrow, February 10, I am 30 days out. I contacted the company and was told to expect additional time for the required embroidering but that the scrubs were going through inspection. I contact the company today (via phone call) and Im told via email that their phones are not working and I can contact them March 17 if I have not received order. However, also today, I had to visit my new place of hire. I was told the same company has a scrub shop on campus. I went to this shop and asked about ordering scrubs. I was told it shouldnt take more than a week. Now, after stating this in a email and stating that i will be ordering scrubs from this campus store and expecting reimbursement and that I will be contacting the BBB- the response I am getting after back-to-back emails is you will be contacted in 5-7 days.

      On 1/11/23 I purchased scrub pants for 33.06. After five contacts with customer service the order has not been dispatched or refunded. Every contact with the company has ended with them telling me to wait. I am concerned this is a fraudulent business

      I am contacting you regarding your BBB complaint, I
      apologize for the inconvenience you had on your order by us no shipping it out in
      a timely manner.  I do see that the order
      was canceled on 2/1/23, on your complaint you desired settlement was to be
      refunded.  At the time the order was
      canceled we had not charged your card for the order, we only charge once the
      item has shipped, the only thing we had at the time the order was placed was a
      preauthorization and that would be removed by your bank.

      Again, I apologize for the inconvenience you had on your
      order by us not being able to meet are shipping standards.

      I placed an order on January 7th, it has been processing for 3 weeks now. I've spoken to several different people who keep telling me they have expedited it to corporate, they'll have someone get back to me, they are looking into it.... I have called twice and get hung up on and at this point I just want my money refunded and I'll take my business elsewhere. I have made several orders with the company and this has never happened. I can't even communicate with anyone now because they have stopped responding.

      apologize for the issues you had with communication on your order and that the
      customer service team stopped responding to you. 

      In reviewing your order, I see it was canceled on 2/3/23 per
      your request since the order had not shipped and you could not get any other
      information.  While reviewing let me
      explain why your order did not ship at a timely manner, 1 item you purchased
      was a clearance item and unfortunately seems that at the time of purchase we had
      limited inventory.  When the order went
      to the warehouse that no longer had any of that item in stock and that was
      holding up the whole order from shipping.  We should have been able to do a better job of explaining that to you
      and getting the rest of your item shipped out.  I again apologize for the troubles you had with this order.

      I ordered 2 pair of scrubs; 2 separate orders. Order #s P1112394064 and P1112394068. They were both ordered November 5th. It is now November 15th and the orders still pending. I was told processing takes 1-2 days, shipping 4-6. Should've at least been sent by now. I been back and forth between ***** *********** and now a corporate response. No one can tell me why it won't process and says I can't cancel and reprocess bc I'll be charged twice? After my 4th call I was promised they would be shipped 11/14/22. To no surprise they weren't. So I call angry and they say I was given wrong information. Ten days to figure out why 2 pair of pants won't process? I'm stuck. I'm pregnant and can no longer fit into my regular scrubs and the ones I need are only available online. For it to go through 6 representatives, multiple emails to a warehouse, 4 ***********, the support team and now no corporate response after 2 days is unacceptable to me, unprofessional and terrible customer service. I've called 6 times and I STILL don't have an answer. Even if they were in transit they should've shipped by now. I am never ordering from here again and if I could get these scrubs elsewhere I would cancel my order!

      I tried placing an order I called after the designated time and was told my scrubs were on the way they should be here by the next day. I called 3days after that and was told my scrubs were lost and now theyre refusing to give me my refund after dealing with this over 2 and a half weeks because they cant cancel my order when I never received any information or merchandise $32

      I placed an order (#P1112300910) on 9/26/2022. The order total was $184.37. I ordered seven scrub tops for my wife and myself. I elected for free 4-6 business day shipping. I contacted the company on 10/10/2022 for an update as I had not received my order. The website produced error messages when I attempted to track my order. I contacted customer service who noted that my order was sent to ******************, ** due to an issue with the label. I was informed that it was escalated to the customer support team for investigation. A week later, on 10/17/2022, I contacted them again for an update. They stated that it had been escalated to the customer service team and that they could not provide me with any further update. There has been no effort to correct the issue despite it being no fault of my own. I do not want a refund, I want the scrubs I ordered. Unfortunately this is poor customer service.

      Customer service team did reship order to customer minus 1 item that was not in stock, that item was refunded to the customer.  I have left a message for the customer to verify he has received that order and discuss a possible discount for troubles with the order.

      I placed an order on August 26,2022 for $32.69. I got an email with tracking number but the shipment never left there. I’ve called several times to let them know I didn’t receive it and I wanted a refund. Each time I called it was like I reached the same salesman. He kept putting me on hold. A week later no refund and now they won’t answer the phone!! I want my money back.

      Refund was issued for the items not received on 9/13/22, the customer paid by PayPal and do to a system issue the refund did not flow to the PayPal system.  It was manually fixed on 10/3/22 and customer received full amount of refund.

      9/13/2022. I regretfully placed an order with scrubs and beyond. For a scrub jacket. A couple of days passed by and the order didn’t ship. I asked if everything was okay with the order I was assured everything was fine. It takes two business days to ship. Fine… more days pass I call. No one knows what’s going on. Called again women said she escalated it to abs my item will ship. Call again. After receiving a email from ****** pay for the total amount of the jacket. Saying it has been processed. I call back and the Representative tells me my item was shipped but there was an issue with the label. The warehouse will send me a email with my tracking. Okay, call again becuase I got no email. The next rep tells me. My item did not ship I was not charged. I spoke with a manager who agrees I was charged. But has no other information. Waiting to get a message back. Call again because I didn’t get an update. And this manager tells me they have no idea what’s going on the item isn’t shipped I wasn’t charged. (When I was) there is no warehouse it comes from the vendor. And the icing on the cake it’s out of stock. I’ve tired of being lied too. I want details about my order. Asap. I was charged.

      I returned all items July 27th and received no refund. Requested $41.89 refund. Attached confirmation refund will be issued and confirmation items were mailed .

      complaint about not receiving your refund for the items you returned.

      While reviewing you order I have noticed that our warehouse
      returned the items that you returned to you, they determined that the items had
      been washed and worn, the item 86206Blackm also had excessive pet hair on it.  That is the reason that no refund has been
      issued.

      Have you received these items back in the mail?

      As a one-time courtesy, I am approving the refund of these
      items.  If you have received them, you
      can with keep them or you can donate them, you do not need to return them to
      us.
