1 starThey would not fix my car because they said my car had a pre existing problem which it did not! I bought the policy in April and service record for February showed a check engine light on. We resolved that issue. Put in a claim for may they wont fix my car! They are quick to take your money but not to fix your car! Not a good company!!!Review fromLee O

5 starsCarShield has saved my bacon on more than one occasion. I was faced with repairs that could have cost me over two thousand dollars if it were not for CarShield. The staff bends over backwards to ensure that they can do whatever they can to make sure you're covered. I strongly recommend CarShield to anyone that needs their services.Review fromJane D

I had a very good experience with carshield. I had to get 2 different claim numbers from my vehicle. They provided everything. I needed for both contracts and I got a rental and had to get a new rental because my vehicle wasn't ready every time I called. They was very professional very understanding. And I'm definitely glad I'm using them. I felt bad for having it for 2 years. And never had to use it and then when I finally had to use it, they really came through so I didn't feel as bad.

Do not have anything bad to say about this company. Just joined and the people I chatted with to setup the extended warranty were very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend Car Shield on that alone. It might be a different story down the road. But I do not think so. I will keep you posted.CarShield

I've tried to get off CarShield's mailing list since 2024, as I wasn't interested in having their vehicle service contract activated.. I used my cell phone to call them and they blocked that number so I wasn't able to talk to a human or make a verbal complaint. They kept sending me a form letter once a month with different phone numbers and different Customer ID to contact them. On April 26, 2025 I sent a complaint to the Attorney General in *******, Az and as of that date, I haven't received any additional "harassing mail", I wanted you to be aware of how CarShield continues to harass "Senior citizens" even when the Senior declined and refused to purchase their advertised service. Are *** *, Vivica *. ***, **** *******, ******* ********, **** ****** aware of CarSield"s behind the scenes tactics to continue pursuing Seniors who say NO???CarShield

Let me just tell you how impressed I am with car shield 5star calms 5star customer ********************** .. I just had a claim for over ***** my out of pocket **************************************************************** the shop and car shield did everything including getting me a rental for 2 weeks while my car was in shop well worth my monthly fee .. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them !CarShield

Car shield paid payment monthly for over 3 years for ************ with diamond Package car broke down antifreeze return reservoir leaking and thermostat damage wire ******* **** was over 6000 thousand car Shieldz refused to pay but only the thermostat refused to pay rental coverage over 2 thousand when I told the dealer I had Car Shield They laugh over five minutes.car shield is a rip off, and I stand on itCarShield
