PLEASE remove me from your mailing list! I continue to get mail and calls regarding a car I have NEVER owned. This is scammy & incorrect information. I have never done any business with or reached out to this company!

High-pressure *** basically cornered me into a quick decision with no time to actually consider the purchase before he already processed the payment. I don't want or need this kind of "customer service." They take your money, but won't cover any ***airs for 30 days!

i just got a new vehicle and their letter is talking about how the price of labor for vehicle repairs is going up because of tariffs, and i'll be affected by it. certainly, tariffs may affect the cost of cheap parts from *****, or authentic parts from *****... but that's not going to affect the cost of the time and energy of an american mechanic. THERE ARE NO TARIFFS AGAINST A GUY NAMED *** WITH GREASE ON HIS HANDS IN HIS LOCAL GARAGE. it's also saying that tariffs will affect roadside assistance, towing, or rentals. I'M SORRY, I AM NOT GOING TO BE TOWED FROM AN AMERICAN IF I HAPPEN TO BE IN *****. the entire letter is nonsensical and trying to use fearmongering politics as a call-to-action. they *even* sent out cards that i can cut out with a vehicle type listed as "pending".i didn't fall off the turnip wagon yesterday.

They continue to bother me about a car I just got 2 weeks ago. I don't need their help, I don't want their help. Remove me from your mailing list and please stop mailing me anything.

I have received in the mail numerous letters from SureGuard USA soliciting urgent money for warranty protection on a car owned by someone with my own name. A big red flag immediately waved for two reasons: > Nobody else shares both my name and any mailing address. > This company was not showing any VIN for the vehicle mentioned. Without a vehicle identification number and other positive descriptions, go straight to BBB. Thank you BBB. If I must give any stars to SureGuard USA, lets give "em one for answering any compaints.

I received a letter in the mail, claiming it was a final attempt to notify me about needing to call them to activate my new ID cards for a vehicle I have never owned, nor have I ever even considered purchasing.I do not know where they obtained such information, but now I am wondering if somebody stole my identity and bought said vehicle in my name. I do not see anything on the any of the 3 credit reporting agency websites, but it has me wondering if that happened or this company is just run by a bunch of crooks who make things up to scam people out of their hard-earned money. I am hesitant to call their number because I do not know if that will cause them to start calling me or if they will just lie to me or what. I just know they need to stop contacting me!

I received an activation notice in the mail indicating extremely urgent final attempt to notify. ****** you I purchased an extended warranty through the dealership. My son is a Master mechanic, he was top student at *** that is strictly for mechanics. On calling Sure Guard, the representative completely talked over man told me my son doesn't know everything and told me that I wasn't listening to him. Quite the contrary it was he not listening to me. Then he started with a scare tactics. At this point I knew no conversation is better than listening to his BS.
