    I received a letter in the mail, claiming it was a final attempt to notify me about needing to call them to activate my new ID cards for a vehicle I have never owned, nor have I ever even considered purchasing.I do not know where they obtained such information, but now I am wondering if somebody stole my identity and bought said vehicle in my name. I do not see anything on the any of the 3 credit reporting agency websites, but it has me wondering if that happened or this company is just run by a bunch of crooks who make things up to scam people out of their hard-earned money. I am hesitant to call their number because I do not know if that will cause them to start calling me or if they will just lie to me or what. I just know they need to stop contacting me!

    I received an activation notice in the mail indicating extremely urgent final attempt to notify. ****** you I purchased an extended warranty through the dealership. My son is a Master mechanic, he was top student at *** that is strictly for mechanics. On calling Sure Guard, the representative completely talked over man told me my son doesn't know everything and told me that I wasn't listening to him. Quite the contrary it was he not listening to me. Then he started with a scare tactics. At this point I knew no conversation is better than listening to his BS.

    90 harassing phone calls in less then a month. You guys spoof phone numbers to make it look like it's coming from the state you are calling people in. I have all the phone numbers you all called from, also audio of the phone calls. You all harass people all day long. In one day you called 40 times.

    They use scare tactic wording like FINAL NOTICE, IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED, FAILURE TO ACT, and so on. They are scamming people that's why their rating is so low. You do NOT NEED to purchase this coverage. They offer basic things your insurance cover. Ignore these notices and throw them out!

    Got this thing in the mail for my vehicle's warranty which my truck still on the warranty I talked to him I told him what the truck was under warranty for $30,003 years he goes no it's $36,003 years he was right on that but I said my power train warranty is 5 to ****** miles he goes no it's 363 years but he was extremely rude

    I had no idea of what they were really trying to sell me. I assumed it was car insurance, not a maintenance agreement, which I had already purchased through the car dealership. I called 3 times to cancel and advised they would. I also disputed the charge on my credit card and each time I did they sent another charge back through. Still fighting the charge.
