      I strongly dislike this company and will be filing a complaint with the BBB and wit h the FCC. They will not allow me to order a yearbook past the deadline and tell me their system doesn't allow them to add one more yearbook to an order.

      I ordered 2 5x7 class photos from Josie Photographics/Inter-State Studio & Publishing Co..
      Now, when you order a specific size photo, that's what you expect to receive. What I actually received was an 8x10 photo sheet with a very blurry 5x7 photo that I would need to manually cut out.
      I thought there must be some mistake since it looked like a proof and was not a finished product. Nope. Here's what the company replied with "Our pictures are printed on an 8" x 10" sheet. The package configurations are based on the units that can fit onto a full or half-sized sheet. A 5x7 class picture offered by Josie Photographics is still printed on an 8x10 sheet per our production processing."
      Keep in mind that photos at scale cost quite literally pennies to produce and I paid $10 for each of these photos -- a product margin that's likely 99.7%.

      Not very happy with the photos I bought for the 2nd time. Photographer doesn’t even take the time to get your child comfortable enough to smile nice. This company is Not worth the money.

      I don't know what happen to these guys but their quality is getting worse and worse by the year. They use to offer a decent variety of digital backgrounds. Now it's just a plain white background with random vignetted borders that you can barely see. There's no depth or contrast in these pictures at all. They need to go back to lifetouch.

      I agree with other reviews. I have a 4th and 6th grader and ordering pictures is inefficient and customer service is poor. They are not worth the cost and hoops you have to jump through to order pics. I do not recommend them for any school districts.

      Worst photos I've ever seen of my childern will never pay money for pictures from this company again when I could take better ones with my cell phone the absolute worst photo of my beautiful little girl. You people should be closed down your photographer is an absolute joke every photo was complete crap and I wouldn't have paid for these if given a preview of them before hand scamming people outta money is really all your doing. Giving mediocre work, back to people who have paid their hard earned money to have nice photos of their children and all you can deliver is crap. NEVER AGAIN

      Sadly, I have to concur with the rest of the reviewers. This company is HORRIBLE. I plan to speak with the PTA, and Board of Education about using a different company or local talent for school pictures. They lure you into signing up for their emails by offering “promotions and specials”. Although I have ordered from them for the past four years, I have NOT received even one “promotion or special” for my three grandchildren. I order Autumn and Spring Photos x 3 children, as well as yearbooks for all three. They want orders to be placed through their website. It encourages ease in ordering, and last minute ordering, thus the promotion and specials promise so customers will sign up. In addition, there is ZERO customer service. They say there are live agents to chat with. I was unable to connect with a live agent after multiple tries. It keeps sending you back to A I chat, and yes, I was contacting them in their designated office hours/time zone. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I feel like this is an organization with NO INTEGRITY.

      Should companies like this be conducting business within our schools? Frustrating.

      Bad company, I ordered school pictures and they sent me another child’s pictures. You can’t call them! It’s really frustrating and I would NOT recommend this company

      White line on daughters nose. Background blurry. Name so small it didn't even look like it was spelled correctly. Terrible all the way!!!!!

      We had the picture day last April 12th and on the same day, I tried to order but I can't view the pics so I emailed my child's teacher. She was very helpful but didn't resolve the issue. I finally was able to view the photo but it now includes a shipping fee. I called cust srvc & spoke to a rep named Tamela. I was informed that the fee is covered if I pre-ordered but I told her that I tried but I can't view the photo. She advised that ''you have to pay first & you will be able to see the pic upon delivery" She added that 'It's company policy" which is a ridiculous. Amazon at least sets your expectation. She offered to refund the fee as 1x courtesy but when I proceeded with the order, she can only refund the USPS fee. She didn't provide this info during the call. I told her that I will file a complaint through BBB and she agreed to refund it. I looked up BBB &the reviews are all the same. This company will take your money so fast but when you ask for a refund, they will let you go through hell to get your own money back. This proves that this company comes up with policies that doesn't make sense. I even spoke to a supervisor and I think his name is 'Matt'. He said he works in the media before which means that he is all about facts. lol. He mentioned that a lot of parents want the photos to be shipped urgently which is why they have this kind of policy (really??) and if the customer is not satisfied with the service, they will refund the full amt. He even offered me a full refund which is not what I want. The issue I have is their policy. They make up BS policies to control people and not giving everyone a choice. They promise a full refund but if you check BBB, customers have the same feedback and that is, they are difficult to deal with. I hope the school will cancel whatever contract they have with this company.
