      This company handle all of the school pictures for ****** Public schools. I have not been happy with the school pictures for 3 years. I even had retakes done. Instructing my son to tell the person to tell ajoke or a phrase to to a natural smile. They did not I asked my son what they say to him and he said. It's just. "Smile, sit up straight" For 3 years not he has had a completely fake smile. Now seeing this why can't the person say something to get the child to smile naturally?? It's ridiculous. It's real easy to spit a fake smile!! Do tye people not have any experience working with children?? Or do they just bark orders to get their job done to collect a paycheck. Because it seems they do not care anything about quality!! Or is that a addition charge like everything else? Cannot be someone who appreciatessmd cherishes their job to do a quality job for the students and parents! It's ludicrous when they see a child having a fake smile they cannot say something to help!! I contacted company and all they sayis well weee sorry YOU do not like the picture! There are rules we have to follow Is being a decent human being in the rule book for doing a quality job?? All they are is full of excuses for everything and make it out to by my fault because of their work It's ludicrous These people need to have some training instead of having the mentality of hurry up so we can get done any leave. That's all it seems like they want. Snap a quick picture and make money with zero remorse about quality of products. I WOULD NOT RECOMNEND THIS COMPANY TO TAKE ANYONE PICTURE OF ANYONE!! Because they DONOT CARE. They are only worried about making money and NOT quality of their product or service!!!

      This inter state studio is like a scam! I paid for my sons school picture for $30 then they just send my sons picture package in his school that the envelope only contains a photo statement! But the digital photo is not there or its missing! I contact them by email many times they dont respond! Even the school contact them but theyre not responding! I emailed them again asking them for a refund! They emailed me saying that the photo statement contains a digital download code! That it means we are the one who will download the digital photo and print it out! What a scam! Why were the one to download the digital photo and print it out! I paid for it and I want my sons photo or give our money back!
