We have dealt with techs after the recent storm and all SS&B techs have been very courteous and professional in doing their jobs. I recommend them 100% for any of your heat and air needs.

****** ***** came to my rental property and diagnosed and replaced a faulty relay in an efficient and timely manner. I am going to use SS&B because they are very professional and they schedule me a technician even in times of emergency. Thank you, Thomas for your professional and courteous service! The buyers for our house hired SS&B to check some things on our HVAC unit. They showed up on time Tuesday morning, by Tuesday afternoon our buyers we had the report. Wednesday morning we called to have the work done and check a missing HVAC duct. The receptionist scheduled us for a couple hours later.
By that afternoon the technician did the maintenance required, called me with a quote to connect the missing ductwork, which I approved on the spot, an hour later the work was performed.
Quick service and reasonably priced. Will use them again in the future.SS&B Heating & Cooling, Inc
