I think this company is fantastic. They have done 3 projects for me in the last 6 years and each one was done on time with very knowledgeable and friendly people.
They have completely refinished my kitchen, replaced my windows and the latest, my new deck. I highly recommend this Midtown for any project you have in mind!

We received several bids for vinyl fencing on our new home. We thought we made the right choice by going with the guy in the middle. WRONG! After months of panels falling out and no response to our previous contractor. We called Midtown and they came out and replaced the horrible previous fence. Lessoned learned for sure. Midtown has a superior product, great communication, and professional teams. They are our go to now for any projects.Midtown Home Improvements Inc.

Terrible company. I had a roof installed in 2018 they were very unprofessional. My insurance company had been trying to get them to fill out the forms so I can get a discount for a newer roof and they refusing to sign the paperwork.Very frustrating company to work with.Midtown Home Improvements Inc.

Please think twice before agreeing to a quote from this company. One of their door to door salesmen offered us a fence quote that would take one hour. Their manager spent 2.5 hours on a sales pitch where he essentially invited himself into our home to give a presentation. We were quoted $26k, which was dropped to $24k, $21k, and as a last ditch effort, $19k. The salesman tried to pressure us multiple times on the spot to sign a contract and even called his boss to give us the lowest quote, which seemed like a common practice among other reviewers. He was not respectful of our decision and we had to repeatedly tell him that we would not be signing a contract the same day. He asked for a review as a consolation for the quote he provided us. Their employees provide 5 star reviews for the company as well to inflate their ratings online.Midtown Home Improvements Inc.

1 starI had this company out to install windows and sliders in my home The job was terrible at best on the installation. The window frames are chipped, the sliders along with the screens on the sliders were installed incorrectly (I cant get outside due to the locks were not installed correctly)!And 1 of the windows was not delivered, we had to wait almost a month to get that fixed. I asked the installer to not install the trim on the missing window, due to the fact that the inspector needed to look at the window to make sure it was installed correctly. Now the trim needs to be removed and replaced. The installer advised me and I quote (Dont worry about the chips and scratches on the frame, the company will give me some touch up paint to fix it myself. I need you to understand this. I paid out of my pocket over ****** dollars for all new windows and now the company and the manufacturer are arguing whose problem it is. I live in a cold weather state. I had a person from the midtown come out to the house and he stated the installation was wrong on the sliders and the windows were starting to rust.Please do not waste your time or money with this company!!! 0 stars.I have been advised on several occasions that the problems are being addressed. Midtown Put on a deck without homeowner available, in the hospital. They Tore screens in windows and damaged sprinkler system when put in new posts. They did not rectify either issue. Had to repair sprinkler system on my own. Left large enough holes in the grass for me to fall into when I returned from hospital. Screws all over the ground. Did not fill holes and getting the siding trim they broke took over 6 months to get partial repair and then they didnt replace or repair screens. I would not recommend this company.Midtown Home Improvements Inc.
