    Very poor communications unless you pick up a check. Noting as peinard except the crew that did the actual roof replacement. Original sales rep, nor project manager ever saw or stepped foot on property during install - then asked us to take pictures to submit to the insurance company. Completely unprofessional.
    Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere.

    Insurance adjuster looked at the shingles 6 months ago and said that the shingles were not in bad shape and damage was less than my deductible. However, Byrd On The Roof worked with the insurance company and they paid for the shingles less deductible. Thanks to Byrd!!

    Using Byrd on the roof was great! They were persistent with my insurance to get the job done. The roof came out great and did it in a couple hours. They did an extensive cleanup around like they were never there. Highly recommend.

    They were very professional from the first meeting. They performed a through inspection and showed me the areas of concern. We contacted insurance company and the approved quickly. Product was dropped in a timely manner and work was performed soon after. Clean up was very good. I will recommend them to anyone. Great Job!!

    Had roof replaced approximately July of 2022 . Byrd on the roof did everything from arranging estimate to presenting insurance company and getting payment approved, they took care of everything. I was only out deductible which was understood up front . Very professional would use them again in the future if needed . Clean up was also great !
