    MM Appliance Svc). They are horrible to deal with - dont answer phones and randomly respond to emails. Not customer ********************** oriented and No sense of urgency and will tell you something they will do like call you back or look into something and dont! Then they will just close the claim when the appliance is NOT fixed. *****, the service tech lied to me saying he would call me after he called the office to find out what they decided to do with my washing machine! Never called me back instead he closed the service call! ***** also left the old parts and packaging behind for me to dispose. ***** also left my washing machine full of water and my next appointment is in 20 days! I had to take a cup and slowing empty the machine! I didnt want water sitting in the machine for weeks.4/13 - washing machine broke would not operate 4/14 - claim filed 4/19 - appt scheduled 4/17 - MM Factory sec rescheduled to 5/5 (21 days later)- 5/5 - MM Factory Svc arrived needed a part scheduled an appointment 5/25 (20 days later)- 5/25 - MM Factory replaced part needed another part scheduled an appointment 6/9 (15 days later)- 6/9 - MM Factory replaced the second part calibrated washing machine and left Machine wasnt fixed I call the repairman from MM Factory within minutes when he left - he (*****) said he would get with his company and call me and let me know what the decision was with washer never received a call!6/12 - received email the claim was closed 6/12 I filed another claim and called Lowes Protection plan service to escalate the call. ***** scheduled me an appointment with M&M factory on Thursday the June 15 between 12 and 5 PM. I received an email from MNM factory at 8 PM that same day to reschedule the escalated call that ***** set up for me.A horrible experience that lasted 2 months! And the machine still wasnt fixed!

    If I could give them 0 stars, I absolutely would! After constant incorrect information about appointments our appt was then cancelled and had to start the **************** again. This is a span over two weeks with our dryer, going on third week the part arrived, opened the box and incorrect part, call back and now another week out before they will come out! Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Do not use them! Not worth the headache and frustration!

    We bought a washing machine from ****** that broke down and we had purchased the extended warranty. ****** told us to contact * and M and we did. Very pleasant, fast response to our enquiry. As it turned out, the part to repair the machine couldn't not be found, so ****** decided to give us a credit for a new washing machine. But, M and M kept us apprised and were in contact with us and were helpful. Good service even though they couldn't get the part (not their fault) for the repair. We will always buy the extended warranty from ****** on appliances in future. M and M is the company our ****** uses for service.

    Horrible repair service on 11/21/22. Tech did not come prepared to fix washing machine nor the brand new gas stove in my new home. After about 10minutes looking at the stove he tells me to call the call the gas company, I did and the gas company told him it was the stove. If the eyes work and the oven doesnt why couldnt the M&M tech troubleshoot the oven burner or check electrical/board? Didnt bother she insisted I get the gas company to come out. Then the washer had to have board ordered to come in December. Apparently, knowing the type of appliance you have before you come to the job doesnt mean you bring parts to fix it. So everyone wasted their timeThanksgiving ruined because oven would not properly preheat to warm (not cook) a Ham/Turkeyif I had known that no parts or proper troubleshooting was NOT going to be I would simply did it myself. M&M you guys need to make this right.Meanwhile, I will get with Lowes Corporate to have M&M removed from doing any work in the state if I can. Horrible and uncaring service.

    Wonderful experience with M&M. Our dishwasher started leaking. The young man that came was very nice and respectful. He also knew what he was doing. The problem, which was hard to find, was a very small factory defect that allowed water to slowly seep outside the washing compartment. While at our house, he called the manufacture representative. They had a lengthy conversation which also included pictures. As a result, the manufacture will replace the unit. Later the same day, the M&M ********* called to inform me that the manufacture had received the information from him and let me know everything I needed to do next. I will recommend M&M to anyone and will use them for any future appliance repairs.

    If I could rate a zero I would. So we purchased a washer with extended warranty thru Lowes. So assurant is the warranty thru Lowes. They set up an appointment with this company for a Friday. The service here called my husbands phone while he was working next day to reschedule. So I call when I get off work at 4:30pm. It goes to voicemail saying to email them after hrs. I emailed twice. They sent email to Assurant saying it was done

    I would have given zero if possible. Warranty work through Lowes to this company. As everyone else has stated appointment made through Lowes, called by ***** rescheduled because apparently ***** does not know there schedule. Seems to be a consistent problem that someone from either side should try to fix! Rude, unprofessional repairman that was aggravated he had to sit in traffic. Did not fix any of my problems with the refrigerator, leaking from the bottom, water in middle drawer, ice built up around freezer door. All he would say was we left the doors open to the refrigerator. The alarm works fantastic if the door is left opened or barely cracked. He had no explanation after I had him try it out. Argumentative, called us liars, and left without addressing any of the problems he was there for. I do not recommend this company!!! I am now going through GE to get the repairs done and also making sure ***** service doesnt send them a bill because nothing was done!!
