    RIPOFF COMPANY-dont buy from them! I ordered/paid for some seeds. They sent an email thanking me for my Oder but nothing about tracking. When I try to log in on their website to check order status, it says they dont recognize my email address, even though I get daily emails from them. Scammers.

    Don't buy from them! I ordered 10 bulbs that were delivered in January. Middle of the winter. When I went to plant them, (after properly storing them in a cool dark cellar) 3 of the bulbs were bad. I contacted them and they said I had to plant them right away and their guarantee was only for 30 days. WHO PLANTS BULBS IN JANUARY? 3 OF THE 10 WERE Bad and they won't make good on them.

    Thank you for your review of Eden Brothers! Our apologies for your dissatisfaction with our bulbs. The Allium bulbs you purchased were associated with our end of Fall Sale. Our pre-order Fall shipping timeframe generally ends by November when many areas of the country are still able to plant their bulbs. We do offer sales on any bulbs left after that point at a highly discounted rate. We do not recommend storing bulbs for more than a couple days after receiving them, as they are perishable. Unfortunately, as the deterioration on your products wasn't reported within the 30 day window outlined in our Refund Policy, your order did not qualify for a resolution. However, we understand the issues you ran into and would like to go ahead and refund the cost you paid on the Allium bulbs. Gardening is a learning process for all of us and we love to support our fellow gardeners any way we can! Please be on the look out for your refund soon.     ***** products are terrible and not worth your time and money. My tulips were delivered late and were so poor as to be unable to plant. Will never order with them again. If they had negative stars, I would give them a 5.

    These guys ****. Order was lost because THEY didn't put my address down correctly. The USPS are no help. I have called them 3 times. 1st 2 times the customer service rep just told me to wait. That was after 10 days and some pretty cold temps. The last time I asked for a manager/supervisor and he was the most rude person I have ever dealt with, and I live in **. Filing a dispute/fraud case with my credit card. Wish I could leave no stars

    I orderded rannunculus bulbs from them and from ******* garden seeds. *****'s were twice as big as ***** and with lots of eyes. Even though the *****'s renunculus arrived a month later than ***** ********** came up first and all ********** rannunculuses I planted came up where as only a 25% of the Eden brothers came up. Very disappointing!

    I will NEVER order from this company again. I will not recommend buying seeds from this company to my garden club friends again.We wasted our time preparing a wildflower bed and getting 95% Orange Cosmos and WEEDs. The packet of Red Poppies produced only two plants with orangish blooms, not red.I want a full refund. Zero Stars!!!

    Thank you so much for your feedback. We're so sorry to hear about the confusion with your order! We were able to track down your order by searching your email address. The only order we could find for you is an order for fall-planted bulbs placed as a pre-order. All fall-planted bulbs are currently marked as "pre-order" and ship according to each customer's growing zone, when it's time to plant. We do our best to communicate the shipping times by marking these bulbs as "Fall-planted" and "Ships Fall" on several places on the products and checkout process prior to checkout with links to our shipping times for each zone. We also include detailed information in the order confirmation email. Your order is currently waiting for the bulbs to get to our facility in the fall so we can ship them out as quickly as possible to you and our other customers to get them planted. Once they are nestled in the ground they will lay dormant until the Spring when you'll see your garden start to pop!
