***** did a great job assisting me with my final payment for our riverboat cruise. Additionally, I had a special request for our cabin which she also handled. All was handled with ****** professionalism and in a very pleasant manner. I appreciate her very much!!

Very disappointed in this service. We think they misrepresented themselves when we purchased this service. They have saved us very little money on our travel. We would not recommend this service to anyone. Also, some of the people you initially talk to when you call are rude & sarcasticRSI Vacations

Trying to plan a trip to ****** and we went back-and-forth for like a week but ******* ******** was amazing. He was so patient with us. He didnt complain once he went on a lunch break and came back with a whole new itinerary entire new destination. excursions everything that we wanted and I thought he would be tired of us cause we couldnt decide where we wanted to go exactly in ******, but he came up witha whole different destination we booked it and I cant wait to go. I booked a Gate1 small group tour to ******* with ***** and the team from *******. I even added another traveler to the reservation a few days later and the team could not have been more patient, helpful, and professional. A very good experience.RSI Vacations

We were scheduled for a 3:30 PM RSI Vacations presentation and attended as a couple. What was supposed to be a quick overview turned into a 1 hour and 45-minute ordeal. The presentation, led by **** Zu, was long-winded, unstructured, and frankly exhausting. We had to briefly leave to feed our kids, and were told that wasnt allowedeven though bathroom breaks were. The level of control and lack of basic consideration for families was shocking.The entire experience felt like a relentless push to sell overpriced memberships that aren't even worth it. Their offer included a $29 membership just to access RSI Vacation deals, which are pitched as exclusive but feel like generic, inflated vacation packages. And to top it off, their system is outdatedthey encourage senior citizens or those 55+ to call customer service **** to book anything. Were in the age of AI and streamlined digital booking, yet theyre still stuck in an old-school, inefficient model.This is just another marketing trap to make peopleespecially retirees or those looking for dealspay for things they dont need, especially in this economy. As someone with a sales background, I can confidently say: if the product was good, they wouldn't need to drag it out or use pressure tactics. A real value proposition sells itself in 2030 ************* waste of time. Feels like a scam. Avoid at all costs.RSI Vacations

Obviously it is always our goal to have all of our participants enjoy their meetings with us; hence, the reason we have these get togethers on Zoom while you are at your personal home. We have literally thousands of guests become members of our 20+ year travel club. We proudly travel tens of thousands of members and their families each year. Our members can book online for any type of travel they prefer - or they can utilize the personal assistance of our trained US based travel team. We will most assuredly look at the time of our presentations to ensure our guests have an enjoyable time (we do consistent surveys for this very goal). We regret your use of language concerning our services, our 20+ year history, our 3000+ ****** reviews with a 4.8 rating, our A+ BBB rating, would likely speak differently. We sincerely hope that you will visit with us again one day if your travel costs become too high or online travel services are too low. I am so upset with this company Brio Vacations a part of RSI vacations. They have you sit through a 2 hour zoom & promise you a free cruise & once you sign up & the membership cost you $$$$ I got on the website to find out the savings isnt that much different then other places. To top it off the company the free cruise is through ********* has really bad *********** have read that you end up spending thousands to get what you want & still cant get the dates you want. I want to cancel my membership but the address that is given does not show there company really located there. Im beginning to believe this is all a scam. I also just get voice mail when I call. If I cant cancel my membership & get a refund I think I will go on social media & make sure everyone knows not to get involved in this company. Or maybe a news station would like to hear about it.
