    This company took over as our only option for trash service. They have charged me for a bear bin but have not delivered (promised to be here two months ago) and they destroyed my mailbox (witnessed and photographed) but have not replaced. I have called 20 times. Each time my ticket has been escalated. Words that mean absolutely nothing. The so called supervisor cannot even look at previous tickets. I think this company is a scam.

    I want to acknowledge that *** has fixed my mailbox. Thank you so so much!! I had called so many times about this incident since January but it was not until my complaint with the BBB that anything was actually done about it so thank you!

    As far as receiving the bear proof bin, I still do not have one. I have been told it will be coming soon (I have been promised anywhere from 1 week to within the next 24 hours) since December 2024. I did get a call today (3/11/25) stating that it will be "coming soon" HOWEVER, I do not feel like I can close this case yet since I have heard that exact sentiment since, I repeat, December 2024. Thanks again for your help.

    This company is a total scam. We haven't had recycling pick-up in two months. We've had sporadic trash pick-up, only three times total in the last two months. We're supposed to get weekly trash pick-up and biweekly recycling pick-up. Also, our new trash containers have yet to be delivered, they are now almost two months late. The same is true for ALL of our neighbors.I've called them four times now, about once every two weeks. Every time I'm assured they're immediately going to send somebody to come pick up our trash and recycling and receive apologies. Every time, nothing happens. I don't know what else to do at this point but to file a BBB complaint. We did everything as required in early December to ensure the transition from the old trash provider. I even called to make sure that everything had gone through correctly.Don't touch this company with a 10-foot pole if you can avoid it. Total scam!

    On 11/08/24, I ordered a 96-gallon recycling cart and a 96-gallon trash cart. Subsequently, on 12/17/24, I received a 64-gallon recycling cart and a 96-gallon trash cart. Upon delivery I showed the delivery person my order receipt detailing two 96-gallon carts. At this time, I was told they were just a contractor delivering carts and that Id have to contact the ***. So, on this date I called *** and was told that a 96-gallon recycling cart would be delivered in a couple days and for me to leave the 64-gallon cart curbside for replacement.On 01/23/25, as no replacement was yet delivered, I called FCC and was told my request would be elevated to a supervisor for the cart exchange. On 02/06/25, 51 days after my initial call, I called *** again and asked to speak to a supervisor. I then spoke to supervisor #***** who assured me that my request would be escalated and that I would receive a phone call regarding my concerns. Wellits now 02/18/25, and 63 days since my initial call and still no replacement recycling cart. Additionally, its been 12 days since that promised return phone call. Cricket, cricket...the lack of customer service is appalling. CEO *** Brazil, if youre out there where do I go from here?

    Got service one 01/01/25 used once,Trash cans were stolen i reached out to ******* **** the area Ops manager since he called to welcome me the week we got service and said to please reach out to him not the 800 SINCE it actually logs the complaint. he promised to personally replace the cans himself and i would have by end of week. that was weeks ago. i have no way to dispose of trash and in the country will get bears and critters. i have called the helpline at elaslt 4 times and EVERYTIME im told oh yea we have been hearing all complaints abt this samea issue.******* EVEN Texted me he was bringing cans the next day and when he didnt i asked ETA and from then on i have been ghosted. at this point i want my money refunded for a service im paying for and not receiving and their answer is "idk if we can refund you and idk when we can get you cans.

    It took 6 weeks to teslve the issue ans I shouldn't have only gotten assistance when i filed a BBB Claim. I also need a refund for the 2 months inlaid and for nothing and I need a high up mmaager to call me like I have requested multiple times.

    My county contracted *** to take over our trash service for my business on 1/1/25. It is now 2/11/25 and I have only received 1 pickup this whole time after calling regularly complaining my trash is not being picked up. I am supposed to receive weekly pickups and I should have received 6 pickups by now. Everytime I call they say they will pick it up but never do. I am paying them for this service. The trash sitting outside my business constantly and is attracting bears which makes my business unsafe for my customers.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    My business is continually not getting the trash picked up which should be happening on a weekly basis and it not happening. The point of contact that I have for *** is no longer answering or returning my calls. I filed a complaint last week with BBB and they finally responded and picked up my trash, but they yet again have not picked up my trash this week and are no longer answering my calls. This has been a reoccurring problem for many months now and is effecting my ability to run my business and attracting bears making the property unsafe for customers.

    I would like a new point of contact for *** that I can call every week when they miss my trash pickup since *************) is no longer responding to my calls I have no recourse left to interact with ***. I would like an explanation on what the reoccurring problem is and how they can make sure my trash will be picked up every week.

    FCC Environmental is the new trash pickup company in *************** in **. Our trash is not being picked up at all or being picked up late since their contract started at the first of the year. I have contacted them multiple times with no satisfaction.

    *************** moved from Waste Pro trash and recycling services to ***. After signing up in advance of service with ***, seven phone calls since, and notifying the trash pick up person once, we are more than a month into service with *** and still no trash or recycling bin, despite all of our neighbors receiving theirs. The customer service representative always escalate our case to no avail. We would get an alternate service if they did not have a monopoly. Without quick resolution our next step will to take trash and recycling to the dump ourselves.

    We have had FCC Environmental take over our trash collection since the beginning of this year. EACH WEEK the drivers pull one bag off the top and leave all of the rest of the trash in the container. I have emailed and called and escalated and apparently the people I speak with cannot do anything but submit reports requesting for attention. There is garbage in the can for FOUR WEEKS now. 1- this needs to be fixed and the garbage picked up (IN FULL) weekly and 2- I want a refund for January since they have not provided the services adequately.

    FCC environmental has failed to pick up our trash as well as recycling for over three weeks. For the entire month of January we have had one collection of recycling and one collection of trash. I have called the company at minimum the following dates to complain: January 7, January 10, January 11, January 20, January 27. Each time the representative gave me the same scripted response that they would add our name to a list for expedited service. When I have asked for a contact to a manager, I am consistently told that they do not have that information. Almost everyone in our subdivision has had the same issues. We have even started a text thread since this is such a routine occurrence. None of our immediate neighbors has had collection since the beginning of January. Each neighbor on their own has called up and received similar misleading and misrepresentative messages about being added to the list.FCC clearly is ill-prepared and unsuitable to have received the county contract for Waste elimination. We do not get calls, nor any service from ******* addition, I emailed their website on January 6 regarding our questions and issues, and did not receive an email response until January 28, with generic information and no resolution of the issues.Obviously everyones bins are filled to capacity and beyond. We want (1) to have our garbage and recycling picked up promptly, (2) to get a call from a representative to apologize and give us future contact information so that this does not happen again, and (3) we want to make sure we do not get charged for service, which was not Provided.

    My trash cans that were specific for bears were taken from my home with the promise of being replaced. All of my neighbors have cans that were replaced and I have nothing. It had been 3 months with 11 calls to their resolutions department. Spoken to 2 "training managers" and have sent emails with no resolutions. I have paid for service that has not been proved.
