    This company is not living up to their contract to pick up the trash. They repeatedly skip our entire road. This has been going on for 4 months. Calling does no good. They promise and fail to deliver. I have brought this matter to the county commissioner's office attention and they have tried to get FCC Environmental to live up to their obligations but that too has failed. I have yet to see a credit for all of the missed pickups.I tried canceling and they talked me into not canceling and said I would be put on a hot stop list. That too has failed. I give up on this company ever living up to their obligations.

    This business was contracted to remove trash/recycling every week in *************** starting 1/1/25. They came for about a month and a half. My tenant reached out 2/24 to let me know they had not come that week. I immediately called that day and put in a complaint/request for them to come pick the trash up, and they assured me they would.I have put in 4 more requests/voicemails to the company to no avail. One of those times, the staff person told me they had "escalated" the request to their supervisor. And yet, still no response, update, or trash *********'s been over a month and they still have not removed the trash/recycling and it's building up and my tenants are extremely frustrated, as am I. If this isn't resolved right away, I will need to hire somebody to come out and remove the trash, which is going to probably cost $50-100 at least each time, plus my time and energy to coordinate this. If that happens, I expect *** to pay me back for that cost, by putting a credit on my bill. I am needing support with them coming weekly and consistently from here on out to remove the trash at this property.

    Presently *** Environmental is responsible for *************** trash and residential recycling. *** in *********, ** is negligent in picking up my recycling at least 4 times since January 2025. After 4 phone calls and a visit to the *** Environmental office, Im still not receiving my recycling collection.

    FCC environmental became the new trash provider for my community in January. I called several times and set up an account, but it was never set up correctly and so I didn't get my carts in time. I have been attempting since January through email and phone to contact the company to ask them to please send me the carts. They have never brought them. I have no way to store trash. I may be expected to pay for a service that I have not been provided.

    I am writing to formally express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received from FCC Environmental in attempting to establish and maintain trash collection at my residence. Since February 18, 2025, I have made at least eight phone calls requesting to set up garbage service, yet my experience has been nothing short of *************** summarize the issues I have faced:1. It took over a month to receive my trash cans after multiple calls and submitted tickets.The only way to contact your company is through a single phone number, and representatives are unable to transfer calls to the appropriate department. Instead, they can only submit tickets, none of which have resulted in meaningful action.2. I was repeatedly assured by both representatives and upper management that I would receive follow-up calls, but I never received a single one.3. I was advised to place trash bags by the road for pickup, which I did for four weeks, yet they were never collected. I was forced to find alternative means of disposing of my trash during this time.4. After finally receiving my trash and recycling cans, I placed them at the curb on the week of March 17, along with every other neighbor on my street. While all other cans were collected, mine were not. When I called to report the missed pickup, I was again told that no explanation could be providedonly another ticket could be submitted. Despite this and the promise that my trash would be picked up ASAP my trash still has not been collected.The repeated failures in service, lack of communication, and empty promises from upper management are completely unacceptable. I expect immediate action to resolve this matter. To resolve this matter I expect to have a credit on my account from February 18th up until my trash is picked up for the first time, which has not happened yet. In addition to this, I expect to be reassured that my trash will be picked up on the weekly schedule and not missed again.

    Our Operations Manager drove to Mr. ******* address and found that he resides inside the city limits of *********. The apartment complex that he lives in has their trash serviced by the city. He will need to continue his current service with the city.

    *** does not pick up trash and recyclables on a regular basis. I have called multiple times and the only response is well submit a ticket. This is unsanitary and I should NOT be paying for a service that I am not receiving.

    I made a complaint about a month ago due to poor service. The manager called and assured me that he would personally take care of the problem. My recyclables are still sitting where they were when I made the first complaint! This is ridiculous. I am being defrauded. I am paying for a service I am NOT receiving. Either fix it or come pick up the cans and give me my money back!

    Our trash and recycled items are still not collected up to this day. Our recycled items should have been collected last March 4 but it was not collected. When I talked to a customer service staff, he told me that it would be collected the following week. This March 18 Tuesday, still our recycled items together with our trash were not collected again. It is the second week already that our recycled items were not collected. Our cart is overflowing already with the recycled items and we still have two bags of same stuff. That same day , I talked to the same guy who just asked my name, contact number and address, saying that they have no access to address my complaint to a higher level and that he did not know anything about the collection times and he was not helping me at all in my complaints. I have my first billing paid last March 6 in the amount of $85.95. At the start of their services to us, *** was already have a delay in their trash and recycled collection. ********* was our trash provider before , now it's ***. The customer service department staff has a very poor response in my complaints as they don't say anything to resolve my problems. I just want our trash and recycled items to be collected soon. The customer service doesn't know either what its the problem going on. And the voicemail says always that due to increment weather, the collection days will be affected. Too crazy that we don't have bad weather anymore in our place.

    The first of January, I called to cancel my service with *** because they were not picking up my trash. I was told the service would be cancelled and someone would be out to pick up trash bins The trash bins were never picked up, so I sent an email because they are so hard to get in touch with. I was told again; my service was cancelled and someone from the operations team would be out to get the trash bins. Well, this never happened, we had to take the trash bins back to the Arden facility ourselves.On March 4th, I received an invoice from *** stated that I owed $47.01 for trash service for the month of January and part of February. The invoice stated that you could call or email them if you had any issues with the invoice, so i called the number on March 5th and left a message. I waited for someone to call me back and no one ever did.I called again on March 10th and finally got in touch with someone. I was told to give them 3-5 business days for them to review my account. I have also sent a complaint to the Buncombe County Government about this issue.I want this company to cancel my service as I have told them at least 5 times now and not have to pay for service not used during this time. I would also like proof in writing that the account is cancelled, and the invoice does not have to be paid.Why do I have to pay for service that was never used?I feel like this company is giving me the run around.

    Late December of 2024 (I think maybe the 30th?), I placed an order for trash pickup service. It is March 5, 2025 and I still do not have a trash bin. I have called five times in the months in between and have gotten the run around each time - that my cart would be delivered, but they would never give me a date, when I asked. It was escalated to management, and no one ever called me back. *** has made no attempt to contact me and to the best of my knowledge, no attempt to deliver a cart. Yet I received an invoice for service today. I would like for *** to send me receipt that says that I do not owe them any money, since they never delivered my trash cart. I do not wish to make any more attempts for service with their company, since I see they don't pick up regularly for my neighbors, either.

    FCC Environmental was awarded the contract for trash and recycling pickup in unincorporated *************** effective 1/1/2025. Waste Pro collected their trash carts in December, but *** still has not delivered their carts so I am unable to use their collection services. I called them on 12/26/24, 1/10/25, 1/30/25, & 2/20/25 to attempt to get my carts delivered. Each time the representative told me that they had submitted a ticket and that a representative would call me to follow-up. It is now March 3rd, and I still have received my carts. I would like to have my carts delivered and my account credited for the 2+ months of service that I have not been able to use.

    FCC did finally deliver the carts on Friday, April 18th at 3:50pm.

     

    However, they still have not given me credit for all of the time (January 1 April 18) that I was not able to use their service because they hadnt delivered the carts. Attached is the invoice for service for January, February, and March as well as a screenshot of their portal showing that this invoice balance is PAST DUE and that my service is subject to suspension if not paid.

     

    So, the problem/issue has only been partially resolved.
