I just wanted to voice my extreme frustration with my order that I placed on 8/31/22 and the response that I received from this company. I understand their “preorder policy” which states “All preorder products will have PREORDER as a part of their product name. Each preorder piece has an estimated processing time of 30 business days (Monday - Friday) before shipment.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not guarantee 30 business days (Monday - Friday) & due to the demand of some piece(s), it can & sometimes will take longer.” This leaves a lot of room for interpretation. I had ordered items specific to Halloween and needless to say, I did not receive them in time for Halloween. I received my order yesterday, 11/10/22. My daughter will not be able to wear these items as they are 18-24 months and will not fit next year. I paid full price for these items with the expectation that they would be received in a reasonable time frame. 2+ months is not reasonable in my opinion. If an item specific to a holiday is available to order on the site, it should arrive in time. If you’re unable to guarantee the item by that time, it should not be available and/or it should be indicated that it will not arrive in time. The items are not cheap. The quality is that of ******. I am highly disappointed as I attempted to reach out numerous times and only received one response back that told me to refer to the preorder policy after already waiting over one month. I asked at that time that my order be cancelled and received no response. I issued a dispute with my bank for this purchase due to having not had received the items or hearing back.Initial Complaint

I bought 4 articles of clothes (2 shirt/pant sets, 1 jumper, 1 sweater) from Bay Bay Boutique on Sept. 11, 2022. on 9/17 I emailed requesting estimated delivery date, no response. On 9/23 i ********* messaged them asking the same question, no response. I followed up on 10/3 asking the same question, and was sent a link to their website that pre-orders take up to 30 business days. I bought the clothes on Sun 9/11, so starting from Mon 9/12, 30 business days would be Fri 10/21.
I ********* messaged on 10/24, no response. I started leaving comments on their individual posts saying that I placed an order AND PAID but still have not received my shipment. Others would comment similar issues, and the company would actually delete my posts. ********* messaged again on 11/2, and was asked to provide an order number. But in the email they send when the order is placed, there is no order number. I took a screenshot and sent back to them explaining there is no order number, no response. I messaged them again on 11/4 requesting an update and no response.
I would like a refund on my order to file an official complaint that they are thieves, pretending to have a storefront and not providing materials upon payment.
As I am going through my emails/messages to provide evidence of the times I have contacted them, I have found an order number on my computer screen rather than before when I was looking on my phone.

On 9/24, I purchased baby clothing that was a total of $95.40. My order number is ****** I have not received any of the items and the company has not been very responsive. Other people are also posting to their social media that they have been scammed by this company, but the company is deleting comments from Instagram and Facebook.Initial Complaint

Placed an online order through social media for a total on 10/4 for $94.50. I have not received a tracking number nor have they responded to my emails and requests regarding an update to my items being sent out. Whenever I reach out they block me on social media. On September 1, 2022 I ordered an item of clothing from Bay Bay Boutique. My item totaled to $31. I received a notification that my order was placed and that I would be emailed when it shipped. After 3 weeks with no update I went back to check my email to make sure I didn’t miss a shipment notification. When I didn’t see anything I went to their website to get their contact info. At this point I saw the item I ordered was now listed on their website as a pre order item. It was not listed as such when I placed my order weeks before. I found the only contact info for them, an email address, and sent an email. A week later no response to the email and no shipment of my order, so I emailed them again. As of November 1st, 8 weeks after I placed my order, there has been no shipment of my order, no return of my emails sent, and most importantly no refund. They have my money but I have nothing from them. I went to their social media pages to maybe find a different way to contact them, with no luck. I left a comment on one of their social media posts about my issue and customers with the exact same issue came forward. It was then that the boutique social media person messaged me on Instagram and asked for my order number. I sent it and that was it. Nothing happened. I waited a week and messaged them again on Instagram asking if there was an update and I still have no response. They have my money but refuse to communicate with me, send me my item or refund me.Initial Complaint

I ordered clothing from this store on 8/31/2022. When I inquired about my order 3 weeks later, I was sent an auto response saying it would take 30 business days to fulfill my order. Now it has been over 45 business days (and over 2 months!) later and the store has not responded to any emails or messages concerning my order. However, they have deleted all my comments on their social media, as well as multiple others who are having the same complaints. I made an order at the end of august for their Halloween preorder. I spent $80 on only three outfits. It’s now November and I haven’t received my items. After sending an email and messaging them on all forms of social media, nothing has come of it and they are deleting everyone’s negative comments/comments asking for money back on Instagram. I placed a pre-order on august 24, 2022. The promise date was communicated as 30 business days. It’s now October 28 and I have followed up repeatedly with the customer service team for updates. I ordered a seasonal outfit from this company, on 9/3/22 and it was listed as “pre order”, which according to the website, could take up to 30 days to “process”. A month came and went and I reached out to the “customer service email” they provide, as they do not have a number (red flag #1).
It has been almost two months, and I have not received a response, nor have I received the item I purchased.
I started messaging them on social media and realized very quickly, they were deleting comments of negative experiences people were having (red flag#2).
The website reports that they have wonderful reviews, however there is a post in the reviews which states the same complaints many people are leaving here- they pay for items and they don’t receive them, and cannot get a hold of customer service. This individual claims that her review has been deleted four times, and she continues to post it, to warn others not to purchase from this company.
I have opened a dispute with my credit card company also, which allowed for a temporary refund, while they contact the seller. This is a scam of a company, and so many people have been ripped off.
I sincerely hope that something can be done.
