      From October 11, 2022. We visited my sister in law. And nowhere driving to her building does it say, it was permit parking only. There was no sign for visitor parking, they took 140.00 from us. Not only that the people on the phone were extremely rude and condescending. The person who came to remove our boot was actually polite. We have video footage showing there is no signage leading to the building.

      If this is not predatory towing I don’t know what is.

      Signs are posted at every entrance to the community or parking area as required by local ordinance. In addition, it is the resident's responsibility to inform their guests of the community's rules and procedures to include parking.

      Please take a look at the video, and observe how there are no any signs from that entrance. Which is the entrance we came from. The resident lives in the new phase, and we checked the email and the pictures they shared and they didn’t say anything about her building. So please take a look at the video and let me know where you see the signs. In conclusion, you need to actually verify that your team is keeping up with the community expansion, AND ACTUALLY IN COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL ORDINANCE.

      On September 29th, at around 2 to 3 in the morning, I came outside to see my car was illegally wheel locked at my apartment complex at **** ******* ** ** ********** by LMS Parking Enforcement. 8 other tenants also had the boots on their cars as well. My vehicle is registered for the apartment complex by their standards and we were never notified that that would need to be done with them as well. I was told to pay 180 dollars by card to release it, and was then charged 220 instead. Later to find out only one other tenant was actually charged to have it removed. When we called the company to request an immediate refund, they hung up on us several times and would not give us the contact information on who we could escalate the issue to. The issue was not handled professionally and I do believe we were taken advantage of, since the apartment complex said they were at fault for not notifying the tenants as the lease states. We want the matter investigated and a refund established.

      All vehicles must be registered with LMS Parking to park within the permit required area. This has been communicated to all residents by the leasing office.       This information was not communicated to any of the tenants. There was no email detail sent electronically or anything in writing. The leasing office at our complex has confirmed this was a mistake on their end. This response is not acceptable.

      The complex were asking to register every single car.
      So we did
      We have registered my car in the app and after 4 days they sent me an email telling the photos weren't accurate, so this company booted 10 cars in the complex for the same reason, they sent me an e mail back 4 days after. and after the email 5 hours later they booted 10 cars. sounds like a very sneaky action.
      According to the e mail: the photos on the registration weren't accurate, but they said by email in last minute and booted our cars over night around 11 pm. They didn't give us time to send new photos, very unfair and sneaky...
      I want to them to return the money they charged $140 dollar for each residents, we couldn't go to work on 13 September. we work for living and we need the car.
      We know we have to do by the rules, sl they didn't gave us enough time to resend a new photos of the car's plates

      Hello,

      It is very important when filling out the registration form that all information is entered in correctly. All registrants are notified by email when their application is Approved or Denied. If the application is Denied then the vehicle is liable to be wheel locked or towed.
