    On January 29th, 2022, I placed an order for a game (Switch Limited Run #***: ********** Girls Zero Ultimate Edition) and a collectible trading card pack (********** Girls Zero Trading Card Pack) through their site, **********************************. The website was clear enough: this was considered a 'preorder' and the item won't ship until 9 months from the end of the preorder period, which was around mid-March. It has been well over a year since then, and I haven't received any update as to when my item will be delivered. In fact, my item has yet to make its way through production. I contacted the store multiple times since January of this year about cancelling, or refunding, my order. A representative explained that because I was provided with a code for a digital item--a code I haven't used, and am unable to use--my order is ineligible for a refund, and thus cannot be cancelled. I've provided screenshots of my order receipt, the most recent string of emails I sent Limited Run Games (though as I said, I've been trying to get a refund since January of this year, and kept contacting again every few months in hopes that they'll change their mind) and a screenshot from the product's page (**********************************/products/switch-limited-run-***-river-city-girls-zero-ultimate-edition?variant=40473442451509) explaining that the item will be shipped out 9 months from when the preorder window closes. As I have already explained, we are well beyond that window.I hope this is sufficient enough for a complaint.

    I purchased an in-stock item over a month ago, it has not shipped, and the company has not responded to four different emails (and a ******* message) asking for information about my order. I can resolve this by filing for a chargeback on my credit card, but that is an inconvenience - and some research shows that this company is terrible in general so I wanted to add my comments to the pile.

    I have ordered from this company roughly a month ago and the item is in stock and ready to ship. However everytime I email them someone emails back with an excuse saying they can't tell me when my order will ship ..they also billed me prior when they should be billing when the item ships ..I opened up a chargeback because there is no eta on my items and I refuse to pay for something I'm not getting. I get a response from **** over there and he's making threats to me that if I continue the dispute they will put my account on hold ...he also said if I Closed it out he would apply the 5% discount plus refund my money for shipping and the game case I ordered because they owe me the game case from a previous replacement. Now that I canceled the chargeback he's making more excuses like he doesn't know what's going on ...I NEED TO KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS SHIPPING AND WHEN IM GOING TO RECIEVE IT ..THE ***** I ORDERED ARE NOT RARE GAMES. IM TIRED OF PLAYING GAMES WITH THESE LOSERS AND I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN THEY DONT KNOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS THEY JUST WANT MONEY. NO ONE SHOULD EVER WAIT THIS LONG FOR A GAME .

    Order was placed on May 20th 2022 for $53.04 Order number is ******* As of May 24, 2023, still haven't received order or shipping number.I have asked for a refund multiple times within the past 3 months.I am told I am not eligible for a refund because the product has started the shipping process.I am in search of a complete refund as I no longer have an interest in this product and no interest in dealing with LRG.

    Good morning, On June 20th, 2021 we order a game from this company and it was advertised as 4-5 month wait for the item. In February 2023 they finally shipped the item with little to no communication about when or why there was a **** year delay. Upon receiving the item it was damaged. It was in plastic wrap, in a box, wrapped, and in another box. Clearly the item was damaged before it was shipped. We wrote the company and they will not respond. Any time previously, it took a few weeks to respond. I joined an online discussion forum with people who buy from this company and they all have the same complaints; lying about delivery times by years, poor products, or missing items, poor communication from the seller. We would like the damage item replaced. My order number is ******* and it cost $105.32.P. S. In my opinion a company that lies constantly about delivery times to acquire more orders shouldn't be allowed to operate in *****************. I could understand if it happens if was one or two products when they started the company but it seems like every product they have ever sold the expected delivery date was off by a year plus when originally they told everybody just a few months.

    Hello, we're sorry to hear that you didn't have a good experience. All of our ship estimates are just that, estimates. We do our best to calculate how long it will take to produce and item but since we manufacture to demand we can't start the process until after pre-orders close. That means any sort of manufacturing or shipping delays we hit can extend the time it takes for you to receive your game. We've made a lot of changes to try shorten this time which we've outlined in our blog. We also give monthly shipping and production updates in our blog, as well as email updates if the delay is largely past our estimated window. 

    We're also sorry your box came damaged. We can't help what happens during the shipping process but we're more than happy to send out a replacement. If you ever receive a damaged order you can always open a support ticket and they will take care of you. If you haven't already you can do so at support.limitedrungames.com, just give them your order number and they'll get a replacement.

    I placed 2 orders with Limited Run Games that I want to cancel. The orders are 8/19/22 Order# ******* for $201.46 for Knights of the Old Republic II Sith Lords Edition Switch Game, and Order# ******* for $74.27 for Knights of the Old Republic VHS Edition Convention Special Switch Game. The pre-order for Knights II said it could take 4-6 months to receive the game, it's now been 7 months and the game does not show up in their production list, and the site now updated to Ship of Q4 2023. This is a COMPANY that sells a PRODUCT, this isn't Kickstarter... if they can't meet their production schedule then they should allow you to cancel at any time. The order for Knights VHS Convention Special was an IN STOCK item, and that also hasn't shipped and it's been almost 3 months.. MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME to locate an Item and Ship it out. Multiple e-mails to the company and "Support Tickets" went un-answered. ONE did get an answer that basically said "We're busy, wait longer". This appears to be a company that grew faster than it should have and now can't get anything done yet STILL takes peoples money and is still taking orders for new games. Something needs to be done.

    I pre-ordered an exclusive Collector's Edition on January 14th 2022 (Order# 2075062). The order was cancelled in December 2022 without my permission and then a new order (*******) was created and the incorrect item was shipped to my house, and Order# ******* was closed. I've sent over 14 emails in the past 3 weeks to Limited Run Games Support (they won't provide a customer service number) and I am not receiving any responses. I want a refund or my order reinstated as it shows "fulfilled" and is closed. The total was $282 and I prepaid 1 year ago with the preorder. It was for the Castlevania Requiem Ultimate Edition and instead I received the much cheaper (and damaged) Castlevania Anniversary Edition.

    I had ordered a game on Jan 2, 2023. My order was shipped and most of the item was delivered on Jan 29th. I didn't receive my full order in the box. I reached out to customer support on the same day letting them know that I didn't receive all the items in my order. I waited the 5-7 days for the response time and submitted another ticket on Feb 5th. I still have not heard a response. I ordered 3 games in my order and only received two of them. My order number was #******* and the game that i didn't receive was Shadowgate for PS4. The price of the game was $34.99 plus tax.

    I have 4 orders to Limited Run Games (LRG). Listed purchase dates and amounts: August 28, 2022 paid $42.81; August 19, 2022 paid $92.66; June 18, 2022 paid $125.10; and March 25, 2022 paid $119.88.

    I reached out January 15th, 2023 through the company’s online help desk and requested my orders to be cancelled and refunded.

    They have yet to get back to me. The automated message indicated a likely reply in 5-7 business days.

    I placed a pre-order on 6/11/2022 (order# 2******* for ****** Anniversary Collection and a protective case totaled to be $47.94 (w/tax and etc). I have contacted them several times via official trouble tickets. Asking for an update and finally a refund after 7 months. No response to any of my inquiries. On a side note I placed a 2nd order with them on 7/23/22 and that was fulfilled in October 2022.
