I’ve been buying from them for a while and the wait time for my purchase just gets longer and longer. I have 12 orders from them (totaling $4k+) one back from May of 2021. I’m just fed up with the long waits and want my money back only on the orders I haven’t received. It’s such a hassle dealing with customer support and sometimes just getting ignored by them. This company is refusing to refund an order I had placed with them This is, apparently, an ongoing issue as several friends also are being refused refunds. is this legal? Can this be investigated? I ordered Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic master edition on November 19th 2021. Order number #*******. Initially the release date was delayed until Q2 of 2022. It is now over a year later and have not received any updates and the website merely says it is "still in production" with zero expected date.
I have paid over 200$ which includes taxes and shipping costs. I finally broke down last week and bought the online copy for the switch since it is taking so long which cost an additional 15$.
I have never received any updates from the company, and this long of a wait has guaranteed zero repeat business from this customer. If anyone asks, I would strongly recommend to not purchase from this company due to not only my experience, but researching and finding others with the same issue.
One consumer waited over 21 months for their order, which is now my fear and by then another new Switch will probably be available rendering this physical copy out of date.
To say I am disappointed is an understatement and I am hoping my details along with other consumers will push this company to do better.Initial Complaint

I placed a video game pre-order with this company for an expensive Collector's Edition of Victor Vram for Playstation 4 with Order#*******. The total purchase was $93.98. Upon receiving this game, it was noted to be damaged. Because the shipping box was undamaged, this clearly happened prior to being mailed out to me. LRG took forever to respond to my claim. They agreed to accept the return and refund me and thus sent me an electronic shipping label. Upon packaging up and arriving at the Post Office, I was informed that the label would not cover weight and shipping. Waste of my day. Several days later I FINALLY received the correct label and shipped the return. It was agreed that my refund would be sent to me via ****** but they've now had the item for a week and are not responding to my emails asking for the ****** payment. Pre-ordered my Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World the Game soundtrack on vinyl on January 12th, 2021 with the expectation of receiving my item within 4-6 months. It has now been 21 months since ordering and 13 months since the original September 2021 date promised. There had been hardly any communication about what is going on and any information you may find from any source if you can find it contradicts other information or even their own. No transparency or communication and blatantly lying about things such as shipping dates and shipping practices from manufacturer to the warehouse as well as warehouse to customer.
There's no obvious interest in this company having their customers best interests at heart and will take your money while providing no product and giving you the runaround with barely, if any information.Initial Complaint

On November 19 2021, I placed an order for Knights of the Old Republic Master Edition for the Nintendo Switch (order no. *******). On their website it states that it can take up to 9 months for a product to be shipped once the pre-order period has finished. The pre-order period finished on January 2 2022, a little over 9 months ago now. I understand that delays can happen and whatnot, however on the website for this product it states that it is still "in production" which would indicate to me that it won't be ready to ship anytime soon. The estimated shipping date on the website also says Q3 2022 (in April it had said Q2), which we have already passed. There has been no communication from them indicating that the product would be delayed or anything, despite it saying on their website that they will provide email updates for shipping. I attempted to contact their customer support to get an ETA for this product, only to receive a generic copy-paste response which completely ignored everything I had said and gave me links to websites I had already said I looked at and found no answers. I am really not impressed with the lack of communication, I would just like to know when my order is actually expected to ship and why it has been delayed.Initial Complaint

I order a game from Limited Run Games, at the time of ordering the item I lived in ***********, Ga. Worked moved me to ******* Texas In June, I got an email from Limited Run Games to inform me my order was ready and that at this time i could submit any changes to address( Which is customary for orders due to long turn around time) I submitted my change of address and assumed i would be ok, a few weeks later i got a tracking number informing me it was going to the wrong address. I immediately contacted LRG to inform them of the issue in which i was told to contact the shipping company (DHL) i which directed me to the USPS and they informed me they could not help. I reached back out to be told i would have to wait to see if the items got sent back, i have since then sent numerous emails to get an answer and to request a refund. Company will sell you a product stating it can take up to 4 months to get delivered and later on change the delivery estimates to up to 9 months AFTER the costumer made the purchase under false pretenses, they don’t send emails about changes or even address these concerns. Recently I made a purchase for the second time that goes like this, I bought something that the product’s page states 4 months to deliver and that was March 1, and now we are past that lapse of time and now they are telling me it can take 9 months. There’s plenty of cases from other costumers about how this company hasn’t even delivered products that been purchased almost 2 years ago, but as of now I’m talking about my personal experience. There’s not transparency and the company hands all the risk to the costumer, they sell more than what they can produce and deliver in a proper amount of time and just leave us costumers lamenting buying from them without not one single attempt to at least reach out when changes are made, they do it in silence and claim it’s because they are not equipped to do so but I do get their emails frequently about not missing a certain product or/and last chance to buy certain things. So they definitely can, it’s just at this point the business is operating so shady and recklessly to the costumer’s expense.Initial Complaint

The website offers physical editions of Nintendo Switch video games. On Nov 19, 2021, at 4:47 PM, I ordered the "Switch Limited Run #122: Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Master Edition × 1" for USD 190.98. "
I received an email (attached) stating, "Our general production time is about 4-5 months following the close of a sale window." Since today it has been nine months and three days, and I still have not received this item at my new mailing address of *** *** ****** **** *** A ***** ***** *****. I have sent several emails to this company over this period to find out what is going on with this item I purchased last year, and the latest information received was on Fri, May 27, 2022, at 12:29 PM. The email (attached) states, "From what I'm showing, those are still in manufacturing and will be shipping Q2 2022 (April/May/June). Sadly, Support doesn't have any additional information past what's been posted at the moment, but as soon as more details are available, those will get posted to the product page on the website."
The product website now states "Estimated Ship Date: Q3 2022" I believe this company falsely advertises their products for shipping dates and cannot deliver their products to their consumers on the promised timelines. If the company cannot provide this product within this month or next, then I wish to receive an apology and a full refund for this product.
