      I got an oil change and my coolant flushed from this Take 5. After returning for another oil change, it was discovered the my coolant cap was missing and there was no coolant in my car. I spent over $100 to have my coolant flushed and replaced, only to have the staff misplace my coolant cap and never refill the coolant.
      I paid for a service not provided. Would not recommend anyone get their car serviced here.

      Their prices are excessive. I felt trapped because they had my oil drained out before I saw the prices. I was told to only use synthetic. Total $103 Plus: filter, addl. *** ****** chg $31 I will never use them again!

      Management will treat you like c*** don't allow breaks or rest time have to stay busy 25/7 can't use a restroom without being bothered 20 seconds later will never work less then 10 hours a day and will make you work 8 hours of your shift before going to lunch it is 4:16pm as I'm writing this and I've been on clock since 10am and have yet to get my 30 minute required lunch break don't ever work at shop ********************************

      I went in for a service on 2/20/2024. The guy working at the time had just had his coworker walk out on him so he was left being the only one working. In result he did the worst job possible on my car. Due to him being upset he FORGOT to tighten my oil plug resulting in all the oil then draining from my car seizing my engine. $9,500 to replace the engine in my vehicle. Claims department is no help. I've been waiting weeks for a response and left without a vehicle because WHO has just ten grand sitting around. I don't! It's there lack of care and consideration that has left me without a car to get to and from work. Which oddly enough is how one makes money. This company should 100% be shut down and everyone should be getting a payout from them,

      This has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Please beware and trust these reviews. My son had his car for 1 full week and took it to Take 5 for an oil change. They did not put oil back in his car!! The entire engine had to be replaced!! We are on month 3 and my son (an active duty solidier) does not have his car! Nobody answers their phones. Nobody calls back. No response to emails. NOTHING! We are getting a lawyer. This place is ridiculous.

      On March 14th, around 4:30 in the afternoon. We went to take 5 old change on Fairmont. Parkwand we were being served by Anthony Lopez and we were getting our inspection. Done as he was inspecting the vehicle he broke off the driver mirror. And said that there was nothing that he could do about it and I think on purposely didn't pass our inspection to our vehicle very unprofessional. When I went to ask what he's gonna do about it, he said there was nothing they can do gave me a card to call a manager. Know who's going to pay for me to fix my truck

      My daughter took her 2024 ********** Mirage with 5000 miles for an oil change the drain plug fell out dumping all the oil and breaking the engine within ******************************************************** back this is really frustrating nobody answers the phones anymore you leave a message and no respond take your business else where

      I took my car in for a routine oil change. I was told that I needed to change my coolant. I asked if it was running low, and they said no, but they recommend that it be changed between 80-100,000 miles. My car was within those parameters, so I politely declined. Six hours after leaving there, my check engine light comes on, and the code that it threw said that the temp could not be read. When I checked the coolant, it was almost gone. They tried to force my hand into one of their more costly services. Very very unprofessional and it almost cost me a lot of money had I not caught it in time.

      AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!There is always a problem after going there. The first time my fiance brought her car there, they left their drug paraphernalia under the hood. A little piece of foil with three perfect circles of soot. As a paramedic, I recognized it for exactly what it was, pill smoking foil I should have taken this as sign and never went back but anyway. The second time she brought her car there she comes home and leaves a giant puddle of oil under the car. They forgot to tighten the drain plug. Luckily the engine didn't come apart from lack of oil. Now, after the third trip, the coolant reservoir cap is missing, I bring the car back and they have me wait in line for 30+ minutes. I run in to say "I just want the cap back" and am told that if it were there they would have found it when they cleaned up. Nobody bothered to look around. I have had it. On the third trip they upsold my fiance on a new air filter that somehow got dirty in the week or so since I changed it for her.

      January 26, 2024 came for an oil change. Received fewer quarts than I paid for. Employees that tried to side hustle me for $400 to fix a leak that wasn't there upon my arrival. I left and my car was smoking as I got home. After a tow/diagnosis. Discovered my radiator was punctured and the tool used to do so from Take 5 was still left in vehicle. Pictures were taken. Waiting on a claim. Damages totally $3,000 and rising everyday it sits. IM NOT PAYING FOR IT. So you can take your sweet time addressing my claim. $80.00 is turning into $1,000's.My first and last time coming here.
