      This company does poor work and and even worse customer service. They did not know how to properly change the oil on my new ****** Tundra and they unbolted things on my truck that did not need to be. Then they did not reinstall everything back on my truck. They also had oil spilled under the hood on the motor, all over the fuse box where they set the oil jug that has left oil stains. There is oil all under my truck from splashing because they did not properly drain the oil. I went to the store and spoke to the manager and he advised me to email everything with pictures and he would start a claim. He responded to my initial email that he would be in touch the next day with an answer. It has now been a week since that email along with a few other emails and he nor anyone else will respond to me. I understand things happen but to not communicate and take care of your mistakes is not acceptable. Especially coming from a large company like Take 5 Oil Change.

      I took my wife's ***** CRV in for oil change on 1/18/24 in ********,** I have been a customer for a number of years. They also told me the cabin air filter needed to be replaced. I said Ok When it was all said and done, the total bill was over$121.00, I noticed that they cabin filter was $49.95. What So, I went on the net and found the exact filter was $9.39 on Amazon. I called ************** and the OEM ***** air filter was $39.00. What a rip off. I went back to Take 5 and they told me that was their price. I asked them to do the right thing , and they told me to pound sand. I am almost 80 years old and a disabled ******* vet, but my brain still works. I will never be a customer be a customer again, and I have earned the right to take bad about you ******, ********,**

      The company is trash. They hire non certified mechanics to diagnose problems. I was a manager for the company and left under good standing with a two weeks notice. I recently tried to go to work again to find out a DM for the company would not hire me because when I left (with a two weeks notice) the other employees left on their own to other jobs. I had to turn in my company credit card and keys into another employee because no district manager or higher up came to get the item. Then this district Manger spread rumors I stole money. They let children run the company. If you have any damage we we're told to push the customer off until they give up. Good luck buyer beware they are using second rate oil and filters.

      I would not even rate them a 1 star. Don't use Take 5 for your oil change. ******** **. I went last week and never made it home. They cracked the oil filter housing and now it's going to cost ******* to fix. Of course they are saying it was already cracked so they will not take responsibility for the damages. Funny how the car was running fine before they touched it. They haven't even seen the damages yet they claim it had to have been cracked already!

      Oil change took over 2 hours, as they disassembled the entire undercarriage liner, claiming that this is their usual policy as per the manual to avoid oil spill. When they put it back they assured me that everything is back to its original condition, but when I checked it myself I found 10 missing screws and the liner wasnt replaced correctly. So, I went back to the shop and confronted them, and they confessed they lied and the manager went down himself to reassemble the liner. Dishonest crew, not to mention their incompetency!!

      If I could leave a Zero I would. I don’t know what happened to this business they use to be good. I took my car in for an oil change recently and they said it didn’t need it but they had given me a complimentary top off ( meaning they filled it up ) that was not the case . Not long my car started sounding and acting funny . Then the check engine light came on and the car was no longer accelerating. So I had a mechanic look at it and he said it barely had any oil in it . I was like I just took it to Take 5 and they supposedly gave me a complimentary top off. So they lied to me and made me pay for some windshield wipers for the ump teen time . I suggest they hire some professionals that knows what they’re doing before they start getting slapped with lawsuits because someone’s car has been ruined do to their negligence.

      I got my oil changed on Oct 30. My hood wasnt latched after and my hood smashed my windshield while driving on 35 at 70 mph. After multiple phone calls no one would return my call to give me their insurance claim information.

      Take 5 in ************, **. Giving one star because I have to give a rating. I went to get my oil changed and had quite an odd experience. Majority of the staff looked quite confused which left me feeling concerned from the very beginning. Oil change was completed and I mentioned that my tire pressure light was on. ******** suggested I take it to **** and fill them until another colleague reminded him that they could in fact do it there. He filled my ************ me on my way and once I pulled out of the parking lot I noticed he didn't even give me a sticker to reflect the oil change/when to return. I went back around and finally got it. Not even 24 hours later my check engine light is on (with NO previous issues to my vehicle at ALL. I keep this car very well maintained and up to date on ALL work at ALL times.) I was on my way to drive it to the shop to get the light checked when suddenly my car would not accelerate at all IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY. Thankfully I was close to an exit&was able to pull off in to a shopping center but once I turned the car off - I couldn't get it back on. Ended up having to sit in a parking lot for over two hours while waiting for a tow truck to come AT MY EXPENSE and once diagnosed was made aware that the damage was in fact caused during an oil change. Reached out to management, took me a month to even get a call back. Once I did, I got a call back from "*********************" who informed me he would make sure this was handled and to send him over the oil change receipt as well as the receipt for repairs. I did so immediately. He confirmed receipt and about four days later I had not heard anything so I followed up and received a response that I would be reimbursed for the oil change and the repairs. I asked what method since they do not have my bank info and the address on file is not current and he said he would reach out and get back to me. Now it's radio silence every time I email. DO NOT GO HERE OR TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY!!!!!!!!!!!
