      Attendant mislead my daughter by telling her if she did not purchase an upgrade on her oil change, the oil used on a basic service would leak out. The oil used in the upgrade was the same grade oil. She was also told that she had purchased the upgraded oil change the last time the car was serviced. This was not true as we retain all of our receipts. I attempted to utilize the Take 5 website to communicate with management as suggested and he/she did not respond. I personally recommend motorists to look elsewhere.

      Dont go to the take 5 on nlanvonorth ******. The guy said I need an oil chg and I asked him to *** top it off and ck my tires, he said we dont give away free stuff!!! Really cause I took it to the automotive store and they checked it for me and it was fine. The little manager is the smart mouth and his name is *******. Dont go to this location.

      Horrible. If you like trying your luck go to *****. Nealry guranteed to loose here. I have had 4 vehicle service and 2 of them were damaged. I stopped going when they damaged the grill on 1 vehicle and they tried to solve it by using zip ties. I only noticed the 2nd much more expensive issue after it was time for my next oil change. I took it to the dealer thi time as I needed some routine maitenance in addition to my oil change and they asked me where my last oil change was done becuasye my drain plug was strippledge (video evidence and the oil pan was damaged the deal provided a video with metal shards from the plug and so they wouldnt touch it for fear of causing more damage. I took it back to take 5 oil pan. I to TAKE 5 #** and they refused to take any ownership even after there records showed my last oil change was done at there location i.e they were the last people to touch it. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Not to mention I called beforehand and the manager told me he'd take care of me only to not even greet me or even come out when I got there. An hour wait for them to basically shrug and do nothing

      We took my son's car for an oil change on a Saturday. Monday, my son comes home and says the throttle light is on along with a bunch of other lights and it's barely accelerating. So we took it to our mechanic and he found a rag in the throttle body. Once the rag was removed it was fine. I called Take 5 and spoke to the manager, Jason, who informed me since we already took it to our mechanic, there would be no refund (receipt states we have to take the car back to them if something is wrong). Jason said he can give us a future oil change for free which is comical since we will never go there again.

      They didn't put oil plug in place correctly causing oil to leak out ruining the engine.

      My name is **** and I am an former employee with take 5 oil change in the carolinas district , I am typing this review in an attemp to submit a complaint and video evidence of employee theft transpiring by employees from albermarle rd location , Former employee ****** last name unkwown at the moment has reached out to me several times about messages and videos he needs to provide to you guys I have tried to submit these documents and footage but I am having trouble accessing the drivenlink provided to me and no one from the corporate office will contact me to help navigate the driven link for me to be able to submit this information I can be contacted by phone or email. please be advised this information needs to forwarded past *************** . ******* due to sercurity purposes ..... this is a very serious matter and i need to contacted immediately because of threats being relayed due to knowledge of employee theft at this location this behavior is becoming more aggressive everyday and is employees are trying to keep activity under wraps ****** should be contacted soon because he hasvaluble information that he needs to produce to you guys to help assist in the investigation on ******************************** please get in contact with ****** soon he has called me repeadly everyday inquiring about steps needed to be taken to submit this information an now that i am involved with helping ****** get this information to you guys employees are aware and at this point today i am a little afraid myself because i now have knowledge of this

      I came in to get a standard oil change and unfortunately when they went to check my tire pressure one of my tires valves exploded off. I have to say that *** (***), ***** (****) and **** (Pit) were extremely professional and took care of getting in touch with a towing service and arranging for me to get to Discount Tires to help remedy my situation. I definitely recommend there location here in **********, ******* (store 607) for their professionalism and attention to great customer service.

      I got my second oil change at Take 5 on **** Pkwy. The first one was fine. After the second, I noticed a leak in my driveway after 2 weeks. I took my car back to Take 5. A manger looked underneath the car and told me the transmission was leaking. He claimed that the fluid was leaking from the transmissions gasket. I told him that I would take it to the dealership. The car had less than ****** miles.I then took my car to the dealership. They reported that they found oil on the transmission. The oil was leaking from above and running down the transmission. At inspection, they found oil leaking from the oil filter adaptor area. There was no O RING. They replaced the oil filter adapter seals and cleaned up the mess. I had to pay for a rental car. From now on, I'll pay the extra costs and go to the dealership for an oil change. T5 - Proceed at your own risk!!! Not worth the hassle.

      I got an oil change at take 5 on **** **************** *****. After a week of driving, i was with my son (luckily i was not on a busy road/highway) I had to tow my car to a mechanic that told me I had no oil in my car, the drain plug was missing, and i need a new engine because it locked! I am very disappointed this happened and take 5 should be held accountable to pay for my new engine I now need because of their lack of efficiently. I cannot purchase a whole new car..my ***** civic 08 was a good car, low mileage at 90k and more. This has caused me so much inconvenience, stress sadness and money I do not have towing my car 2x, diagnostic invoice, lyft rides, car rental for a week, and the 2 days I had to miss work because I did not have a ride. I work about 30 min away from home. I have reached out to ******* the manager at take 5 about 3 times and i still don't have status on my claim yet. This is very urgent and I cannot wait any longer. I need my car back, I go to work and my son goes to school. I need someone higher than The field manager at take 5 to call me asap so we can expedite this issue. This is not fair and not ok. I cannot just keep renting cars every week :(

      I went to take five to get an oil change that was done incorrectly because the car was still leaking oil . When I spoke with a manager who said he would fix it he told me that the former employee who did the oil change does not work there anymore and that he mustve done something improperly . I drive a 2016 Audi A3 . He told me that he would replace the drain plug and that I shouldnt have any issues after that . After installing a drain plus within a week my oil light was back on and car still leaking oil . I contacted him with no response . I had video proof of my oil being checked with zero oil . My car wouldnt start about a week after that and I got a diagnosis done at the dealership which told me that whoever installed the drain plug caused my engine to fail. Ive been trying to reach someone in ownership , corporate . They will not take responsibility. The manager was *** , I have all commutation receipts via text including detailed estimate from Audi . The ** *** was very rude and did not help at all . Take 5 location ************** ****** **
