      we've been going there for sometime now and have had no real issues except having to wait for extended periods of time due to them being busy. However the last time we went they took a car in ahead of us, then they got to us after we voiced our displeasure with that. Then they did an oil and filter change, also a coolant exchange to which they left the cap off the coolant tank. ******* the manager called and let us know and came to our house and put the cap on. ******* then told us he would do a 100% free coolant exchange for us, so we went several days later to get said exchange on a different vehicle. We were told then the 100% free exchange is for the original vehicle not a different one.Then why did ******* not make that clear in the first place so i would not get ****** ? We have 5 vehicles that they were servicing but not anymore. Goodbye Take 5.

      I wish I could give this business zero stars I got an oil change with them and within a month my engine started knocking I took it to dealership come to find out there was not one lick of oil in my vehicle, it was dry, no leaks, no nothing. Had I not taken my vehicle in when I did I would have been out of an engine possibly a vehicle. I went to speak with the manager and he did not try to issue me a refund just stated that my vehicle burns oil and thats why they offer top offs. That would have been acceptable had there been any oil in my vehicle in the first place for them to top off but it was not. The district manager was suppose to get with me according to the manager but I have not heard from anyone.Strongly do not suggest this place for oil change!

      I never received such horrible and disrespectful service in my life, I oversee about *********************************************************************** this manor. I pulled up to get a top off at the ******** location in ********* **** and upon arrival there was no where there to great my boyfriend and I so we waited, and about 1 min later a worker came from out of his car with glasses on reeking of smoke and instead of hello he said what do you need and then he proceeds to compliment me in a inappropriate manor and says Im used to seeing your pretty face here he pulls us in and tells my Boyfriend what are you doing? Why you keep driving to the left and upon finishing up the process he yells out have a good day **** to me in front of my boyfriend I dont know what kind of business is ran there now but I never received this type of service before and we feel highly uncomfortable with the employee and situation. No disregard for people or his job. This oil change was on June 10th : between 4:15-4:25 I didnt get the young mans name but this is unacceptable and we will not return. Ill go to the other locations farther away or maybe try a new oil place.

      I go to you guys often with both of my cars and this ******** location definitely rubbed my boyfriend and I the wrong way, we will think about it but it will be when we both come to agreement. Thanks for your time.

      I went to the take 5 in Baytown,TX on 5/01/2025. I had away's taken my Toyota Tundra to the dealership for service. Well I have over 200,000 miles on it and thought I would start saving time and money. So I changed it up and went to take 5. Well the pit man came running out of the pit during the process of changing the oil. He and the assistant manager bolted back into the the pit. I knew something was wrong. The assistant manager grabbed something off the shelf. Well apparently the pit man stripped my drain plug and the pan. So they put a temporary makeshift nut on there until I could get it replaced. He said repaired. You can't repair that you have to replace it. cost me over a $1000.00. It started leaking oil all over the place so I had no choice but to put it in the shop at Toyota. The pit man said it was barely hanging on there by a thread. Well then you should not have changed the oil Dude. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to take 5 ever.

      I decided to go to Take 5 since I had a coupon,I usually go to Jiffy Lube. The female that helped me was kinda odd but I went with it anyway since she was trying to give good customer services,she told me to come in for a top off at sent me on my way,I didn't understand that but she reset everything so she said.A week later the oil light comes on,I took it back to the location to have them look at it since I just recently got the oil change from there they stated that everything was good however the light is still on the guy reset it and it's still on he told me I need to go see a mechanic which I'm not understanding I never had any issues with my car whatsoever, he asked me who changed my oil I said it was a female and he said well don't listen to her she be smoking that s***, that just kind of threw me off because what are you saying? Everyone was talking about her and how she is dumb.So are they saying she should not be changing oil in vehicles?So now my car won't start at alI.I have not had the time or money to have it towed to a mechanic until tomorrow 6/10 now if something is wrong due to this oil change and these unprofessional employees that you have,trust me you will be hearing from me again.This was definitely a wrong decision I made going to Take 5. I don't think employees should be talking about each other that way especially to a customer,And what are they saying about this female ? Is she on drugs and incompetent of changing my oil ? I need answers Take 5 !!!

      BEST SERVICE EVER! I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 5 YEARS, FRIENDLY STAFF, VERY INFORMATIVE. NO PRESSURE INTO DOING OTHER SERVICES, BUT THEY LET YOU KNOW A TIME FRAME IN WHEN SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE.

      This place doesnt deserve 1 star!!! They spent so much time trying to upsell their products, they forgot to put oil in our car. Engine is ruined and they arent even replacing the cost of it! This place is so sorry in not helping people that they totally screwed up their life by ruining one of our vehicles. Its been a HUGE hardship on us trying to share vehicles to get us all back and forth to work etc., they offered a rental for a few days then offered to pay 1/2 price of the motor to be replaced. We cant come up with the rest and shouldnt have to!!!!!! I have gone to social media and now hired a lawyer! This was just wrong!

      I would not recommend anyone taking a position with Take 5 oil change. District Managers do not help shop mangers when there are a lack of employees in the shop the store manger is expected to figure it out and hire more employees, on top of that they have to work the extra hours to make up for a missing body. Some shop mangers are working 80 hour work weeks and mangers are not well compensated to be working all those hours and are treated unfairly. Something needs to change there is no work life balance at all. This going to cause mangers to quit and take 5 will go under as a result.

      I went to get an oil change yesterday and today when I pulled out there is a huge oil stain spill under my car! I wish I could post a picture it was at **************************************************. *** what kind of turkeys they hire there but they messed up my car. Now I have to go to the dealership and will file more complaints if they dont reimburse me.
